donuts & bagels
Your filled donuts are very disappointing, Your stores need to be for consistent
One store ill get a strawberry filled donut and literally 3/4 of the donut has no strawberry filling and the last little 1/4 has some its actually really disappointing. I don't want to just eat dough
and then another store it would be filled and every bit you get filling!
You need to be for consistent with every tims you go to. I'm pretty sure you have recipes and the baker has been use a certain amount of ingredients but I guess that store is trying to be cheap with the filling
also, when I get a bagel toasted with cream cheese and cucumber its an extra 50cents for 3 slices of cucumber that is insanely over priced when you cam buy a whole cucumber for like 1$
be more consistent and not so cheap!
unethical behaviour
this location the woman (or should I say child) who worked the window was very rude, disrespectful, and immature. I ordered my food when I got the window there were people in front pulled to the side already waiting to get their food brought to them. so when I paid and got my coffee she asked me to move forward I said no there is people waiting there she looked around the corner where I couldn't see the other side of the building and said no there isn't. no one was behind me so by the time I said no why should I move the other co worker already brought my food to the window. so I said to her why would you make me move for 2 seconds when the food is ready right away and she almost threw my food in my face (1 mistake). then she started yelling at me saying why are you mad for? why are you mad. (2 mistake). im sorry I've worked customer service for over 10 years and I do not appreciate being yelled at, especially first thing in the morning. very horrible experience I go to this Tim Horton's almost every day since its on my way to work and this time was so ridiculous that I do not even want to go to Tim Horton's anymore if this is how they run it. when I called the supervisor at the location even she gave a stink attitude and when I told her what happened all she said was ok... im sorry sounds like to me she is okay with what happened. so if these are the people you are ok with running your stores im sorry I will be switching to McDonalds or somewhere else where I will be appreciated as not only a customer but a human being. this experience ruined my whole day! not impressed at al! I expect something in return for this!

The employees are so [censored] and rude to me and others. I went to get a coffee one morning and I drove up to the window, I went to give my money and the lady made fun of my hair. I just got it done too so then I looked at my coffee and their was [censored] inside of my coffee. So I told them their was [censored] in my coffee and I wanted a new one so they took it, got me a new one and then I looked inside and my goodness I found some white marker thing. I don't thing I can go to that store anymore with those people.

I have been going to the same store for a while now. I get 3 large triple triple and 1 medium double double. For the past 3 weeks if not longer the coffees are horrible. We need to add sugar because there isn't any or they don't stir, and burnt coffee is almost every morning. I spend alot of money at Tim Hortons however it just seems to be going down hill. I have complained before and heard nothing back. Thank you

I decided yesterday that I would take my mum for breakfast at the Warrington Tim Horton.
It was 9:30am.
The restaurant was absolutely filthy.
The floor was sticky and the piping around the edge of the faux leather seating was encrusted with food!
The high chairs were very dirty with dried on food.
The toilets were even worse ( I went over to Debenhams toilets in the end!)
There was stale urine all over the back of the seat and floor and the mirror was covered in dirt and it smelled.
When the restaurant first opened it was lovely and shiny and clean but it looks as though it's nevee been cleaned properly since!
I did mention the toilets to the girl at the counter who just shrugged and said "ok"
I will not be returning.

the frozen hot chocolate machine
I have currently stopped at the Tim Hortons I believe on Main st in Troy at least twice every week for the last 3/4 weeks on second shift and have been told the machine is down every time. I find it hard to believe that such a profitable machine would be left down for such a long time. I cannot say I will be back in there on second as some of there mannerisms are atrocious. The ladies on First shift early morning are a delight though
mocha
This is the 3rd time I order a mocha through the driverthu and I get it and leave. I continue on to the trip to realize they didn't give me a mocha. They give me a coffee. I can't drink an entire coffee for medical purposes. This location is in rockland on the old 17. It's really inconvenient as I keep having to find another tim Hortons and get another one. I have 2 kids with me most of the time and It wastes a lot of time. I'm just annoyed of getting the wrong coffee all the time.

I went to tim horton's on kalar rd in niagara falls ontario and there wasn't anyone in the drive through and I waited at the speaker for a bit till someone got on to serve me. The guy says do you want something, wow really i'm sitting at your speaker of course I want something! Very rude and I left. I would rather drive an extra minute and go to tim horton's on mcleod behind the petro canada then ever go back to rude ppl... It just opened, you would think they would be extra happy to build clientele. Rude rude rude!

My wife and two young daughters went into the Tim Horton #102635, in the Oshawa Centre Mall. There was two line ups so we went I to the line on the right where there was a young middle eastern girl. As it was our turn the girl left our register without commincation and starting cashing out at the left register. As both girls were now at the other register they started to laugh and said out loud is there two line ups.
The other white young girl came over from her register and while laughing said to us has anyone served you yet? My wife said actually no, is not supposed to be two line up? With out answering my wife she said what can I get you. Trying to avoid a confrontation my wife just told her the order.
After waiting 20 minutes for our order and watching the same girls laughing and snickering we finally asked the young white girl that if the three drinks that were sinking up on a side counter far away from was ours for no one was talking to us, as well we were watching other orders being handed over these that came in well after ours. Then the same girl replied oh I think so.
As she was walking away from us I said to her "What is that on top of the ice cap cup"
She pardon. So I repeated my statement.
She look back at the other girl and whispered and started to laugh. And wouldn't answer me.
I repeated it again, and all she can say was " I don't know while trying not to laugh.
There some kind of clear off brown colored liquid substance on my cup and for a chocolate drink that have ordered many many times before and this never there before.
Finally I said flat out refund my order. The girl said what, your whole order. I said yes the whole order. While tryi g not laugh she walked over to the supervisor (Linda) to have her come over to speak to me .
Linda asked me how can I help you, I explained to her i want my whole order refunded. Linda proceeded to refund my order as I was explaining to her what happen ed. Linda then stopped the refund to come out to the side to let me finish my account of what happened. Linda then proceeded to explain to me that she just a staff member walk out on them and the middle eastern girl was her baker. Linda kept apologizing over and over again. I explained to Linda I understand these things happen but I've been in retail for about 20 years and these two girls were going on laughing for no reasons and not once did they apologize for this there action. I explained to Linda this is very embarrassing for me and my family to have them treat us like this with two line up of customers. The whole time I was talking to Linda the middle eastern girl was standing right beside her listening to this conversation and still she did not offer up an apology.
We then went back to the revister to finish the refund. My family and I left and as we were walking out we notice the Linda actually charged us for the order again rather than a refund. So we went back once again to get a double refund.
Other than repeated apologies all that Linda offered us was a free coffee card.
This type of service is completely astounding and unacceptable, if these girls were short team members then they should have closed one register and has one girl on cash, one girl running the back and the other girl running for drinks and mid-shop along with frobr shop assisting. From this experience I will not be making a trip that my family make once a week from Scarborough to Oshawa Centre for a change of scenery furthermore I will be informing the Mall Manager as to the poor service that is happening in there mall, especially at there main entrance and directly across from a competitor like McDonald's.
I will apologies for using physical descriptions for the young girls but I would have used there names but either I could not see there name tags or they were not wearing them.
I look forward to hearing from a representative as soon as possible.

Yesterday, August 3, 2018, I downloaded the Tim Hortons App on my mobile phone and added my credit card number.
I wanted to explore the app. While I was exploring the App and learning how to place an order, by mistake an order was placed. I wanted to cancel the order immediately, but could not found this option. The App took money from my credit card.
When this incident took place, I was at home; therefore, I was unable to go to the location and pick the order.
In the light of the aforementioned situation, I urge you to please make the refund of the money to my account since this was an innocent mistake and the App did not offer me an opportunity to cancel the order.

cleanliness, lack of management and overall customer service at nanton, alberta branch.
I love Tim Hortons and was so excited when I heard one was being built in our town of Nanton. I've been forgiving and thinking that eventually service will improve over the 7 month period. However, tonights visit at 7pm was the last straw. The garbage cans outside were not only overflowing but garbage was being piled on top of the garbage outside the bins and when wind picks up it sends it flying everywhere. Inside there was not one clean table and stacks of dirty dishes were piled on a few tables and onto the garbage cans. The washroom was filthy. I don't think that it had been cleaned since the night before. I opted not to use it to even wash my hands, yes it was that bad. There was no management in the building from what I could see. There were 9 staff out front and all but 1 was in training. It took 20 minutes for the only sandwich maker to build a bacon grilled cheese melt. I can't entirely blame him as he had no help. The fellow in front of us requested 2 ice caps which took 15 minutes for him to receive and he gave up on trying to order anything else as most things they were out of. Some of the staff were working but others were chatting. The entire visit was nothing short of disgraceful. Although Tim Hortons relies alot on those passing through town for business there are many in town who would be interested in spending money there but won't because of the above described situation. The Facebook Rant and Rave for Nanton is filled with negative comments regarding the local Tim Hortons and more and more people have stated they will no longer visit there so it is apparent that this is not an isolated incident. Please do something as I don't think this outlet will do as well as it could if you do not. Thanks.
all day breakfast (false advertisement)
Not like it matters when you complain tim horton's does nothing typical. First take your false advertisement down that you sell breakfast all day [censored]. My friend in sparwood bc went to the drive thru at 11:00pm and i'm the witness he asked for a farmers sausage on a biscuit not sure something like that but the employee said to him twice that they were cleaning the machine, more like laziness. Good all them foreigners you hire are gonna kill tim horton's can see it there not busy no more. We will promote for a mcdonald's they have better stuff. Your company is a joke false advertisement my buddy deserves vouchers not a stupid reply saying sorry we take this matter seriously, whatever that's a laugh. #boycott #tim #hortons. wrong order at the window
We ordered three meals - a sandwich, a wrap and a chilli. When we left we were missing wedges for both meals and a bun with the chilli. After we turned our vehicle around and returned to the window the woman who took our order (who was also difficult to understand) proceeded to argue with us and tell us that we ordered our meal wrong, rather than try to be helpful and assist us in correcting the issue. We were not even given the opportunity to order additional food to correct our order. We were also not offered a receipt at the time of our ordering. We will not be returning
too much smoke and bad customer service.
I went with my family to enjoy some coffees and hot chocolates for the little ones at Appleby/Dundas location, when we noticed a lot of smoke and the smell of burning. I approached one of the workers and asked him if something was burning? He told me it was the machine they use to do the sandwich paninis, "it's always smoking ", so he told his manager and he said with a rude tone" it's always like that" then he turned to he's partner and said " really, what kind of person brings his kids to Tim Horton's to eat dinner!" I was really upset to hear this remark, specially when I'm with my family and it's my daughter's birthday. All of our clothing smell like smoke. Never have received this kind of service from anywhere.
main entrance doors not operating properly
As a daily user of this store I find it difficult to see why this has not been fixed. Since Sept of 2017 or about the time this store was upgraded the main entrance door remains open for about 20 seconds every time it is opened. If the above switch is on auto it closes properly but the wheelchair timer does not work. So they switch it to on so that the wheelchair persons have access. Anyway two wrongs don't do it right. Over the winter there were times that it was uncomfortably cool with the door needlessly open. I brought it up numerous times with the franchise owners son, the Manager (Pam) and most of the other daytime supervisors.
This is Aug 1st and it is still going on: and the flies are coming in needlessly. I believe the auto circuit is not properly wired up or some other part of the hookup I also tried to show the maintenance person but he didn't understand either. I compared other Tim Horton locations in Mb SK AB and they worked as designed. Sorry I didn't go to another location in Vernon.

dirty store
On August 1, 2018 at approximately 645 am I went to the Tim Hortons located in the Vancouver International Airport on the second level near CBSA. I work at the airport and frequent this Tim Hortons. On this day there were several flies behind the counter area and in the food display case. This is not the first time this has occurred. But that is not what completely disgusted and will keep me from going to that location in the future. I'm not sure the name of the worker, but she is pregnant. She took a knife and used it to move a latch below the monitors displaying the food for sale in order to turn to the screen on. She then put that knife back on the counter where sandwiches are made and another girl used that knife to prepare food. I was called up by the pregnant girl to give my order. I confronted her about using the knife to adjust the monitor and then placing it on the counter to be used on food. She just stared at me and in another language said something. Then I said I didn't want to order anything because that was disgusting. I can't believe she didn't care that she did that and it makes me wonder what other things she/the workers have done that I haven't seen. I went to Starbucks instead. I will not go to that Tim's again. I hope that individual is at least counseled on the importance of hygiene and the store is cleaned of the flies. Thank you for your time.
employees - bad attitude
Rude attitude from the morning crew at the 1406 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C 1N6 Tim Hortons.
Went in Monday morning this July 30th 2018 and was asked to repeat my order not twice but three times because the girl serving me couldn't hear, which surprises me because I wasn't speaking any quieter than I usually do, and people never have trouble hearing me. Then when discernably frustrated on the third repetition, the lovely girl replied "is that it, sweety?". I'm a thirty year old lawyer and to be called "sweety" by a snarky and rude teenager was beyond rude.
Then again this morning, I usually ask for cream and milk alongside my usual order and today (Wednesday August 1st 2-8) the young man snarkily remarked that I should just order the coffee ready made instead of asking for fixings on the side. As if it were any of his business how I take my order! I go to Tims because I like the coffee and I expect good service (i.e. being able to order my coffee the way I like it!) without being questioned about how I like my coffee! As if! Since when do employees question customer orders?
The morning staff at this location are in serious need of an attitude check. Not surprisingly it never looks like there's a manager on site to supervise!
repeated incorrect order
It has to be at least 10 times over the last 6 months I have received coffee when I clearly ask for your excellent steeped hot tea. I stop at various locations EVERY DAY on my way to work, I'd say thats a good customer. The main location I stop is at Delaware & Sheridan Dr in Tonawanda NY 14150. They are always apologetic, friendly and give me a free tea the next day but that doesnt do anything for me now that I am at work TODAY. If I dont open it and smell it I cannot be sure my order is correct. I realize the store is busy and human beings make mistakes but its such a pain in the behind. I think Tim Hortons needs to do something, differnt lids, different cups, something to help their staff complete the order correctly.
Today a friend stopped at a differnt location, Tony Walker Plaza Williamsville NY 14221 to see if she would have better luck, Nope Coffee again. On top of the fact that the woman at the window was miserable, no smile, no hello, didnt even say my friends total due. Of course I called to report it and the gentleman who answwered the phone told me I 'could come back to get a tea' well thats not possible now when we are at work. He NEVER apologized for her error, that is not what I have become used to with your staff customer service.
I have taken to posting this on Facebook as it occurs and the response from friends is full agreement that it happens to them as well. You have an issue Timmy!
poor customer service
went into tim hortons in bloomfield hills, mi on telegraph before work for breakfast. they over charged for my husband and my breakfast, didnt have oatmeal ready and its breakfast time, charged us .60 for strawberry jelly that everywhere else you get for free. they weren't the friendliness and hospitality was low. it's pretty much always that way at that location and they need to understand more english and that they are in america! it's that location that everytime sucks or don't have things ready.

Some confusion over our order for lunch.
When we wanted to point out the young man's error, we were met with a very saucy attitude, claiming that we had made the error, and that it wasn't his fault his training did not cover these kinds of issues.
The situation was only over a chocolate chunk cookie that I had ordered for my husband in order to make a "combo" for lunch; and I did not want the kinds of cookies that were available...so said don't bother making my order a 'combo'.
We have almost never run into the kind of rude response from this young man in a Tim Horton's coffee shop...we go regularly to the one in Campbellford, Ontario.
I'm sorry I did not think to get his name...we were offended by his comment, and that angered us. Silly of us, however, we had traveled quite a far piece and were on our way home...we frequently stop at that Tim Horton's location - for quite a number of years, and have never EVER run into this kind of attitude.
On another matter - what is going on in some of the Tim's?...the music is AWFUL!
This is becoming very annoying - you do not need an UPDATE - it is the 31st of July and that is the date that I am submitting this complaint!
