Dark roast and open food
Hi
I consistently order four large dark roast coffees every morning. Ninety percent of the time they do not have enough ready to make all four coffees. I have brought the us up with the managers with nothing done. Also the health department would be interested in knowing about all the open food that has flies and bees all over it pooping on the product all day long. I also brought this up and nothing done.
The location is in summerside Prince Edward Island at the esso service station at reads corner.
Please rectify.
Desired outcome: Enough dark roast brewed.Covering needed on open food product.
My Credit card information compromised
We made a purchase using a credit card rarely used at Marion Ohio, Marion
Mt.Gilead Rd Tim Horton. Our purchase was made Friday 14th at 2:58 Pm at the drive thru window. The cashier dropped our card, apologized for the drop and delay and returned the card after our 6.66 purchase. At 4:22 Pm our card was used by an unauthorized source and we were alerted by our cardholder .
The unauthorized charge was interestingly for 66.65. The card was canceled and we were refunded the charge.
Thank you,
David C
Desired outcome: The matter is looked into as we and our family frequent the use of this store. We will be waiting for a response from you.
washrooms
I went into the Tim Hortons at King and Caroline for a coffee and while there I had to use the washroom, I had to get a employee to buzz me in as they keep them locked, the washroom was in total disarray, no toilet paper and the one stalls toilet was so full of feces that when flushed would cause a flood. I came out and told an employee (which had no name tag on) and he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. This happened on Saturday April 8th at about 1pm. A few of the regulars mentioned that this is always the problem and no one there cares.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if someone looked into this matter and it is resolved
Disgusting staff who assault customers
I went through drive thru this morning with my partner and 2 year old as we were getting my partner to work. The woman in the drive thru (extremely rude) told me my card didn’t work, and when I asked to try again she said no I already punched in $50 so here’s your change. I told her I wanted to use my Tim Hortons card because I had money on there that I...
Read full review of Tim HortonsHard butter in a tiny container
The butter your locations serve is to hard to spread on bread and a muffin that needs soft butter the quality is very low taste less, quantity of the the butter is to small to evenly spread on a bun served with chilli or a bun all times u have to melt the butter why do u expect people to melt butter to spread properly u need to switch the hard butter to soft.
Staff Extremely Rude
Staff was extremely rude, I was told to F off by the lady making food after making a joke about a mobile order that was left on the counter. I was then informed that the lady was the assistant manager. It is extremely unprofessional and not the first time that she has been this rude. This happened on Friday March 31, 2023 at the Tim Hortons at Jackson Sq. Unit #450. I will not be coming back to any Tim Hortons until this is rectified.
Desired outcome: Loss of job or demotion
Watford drive through 06/04/2023 around 08.00hrs this morning
For a treat i took my grandson to your Watford UK branch
I tried to place a order by the Lady server could not understand me. I am English spoken with no accent.
After trying at least four times to get the order for what we wanted, a male server took over and we placed our order straight away.
I placed a order at the drive through for a bacon roll meal and a bagel meal, when I got to the window, my grandson asked if he could have a doughnut, and I asked the server to add to the order. He accommodated this and I paid.
He asked I did not move the car but remain at the window to take my order we waited and a lady gave me a juice and a coffee, then she handed me the bag with our food, she then asked for it back as she had given us the wrong order. I asked for the doughnut, she looked puzzled and went and check and then came back with the doughnut.
We pulled forward and left the car park for my grandson to then, say he had syrup instead on ketchup then opened his meal to see he had pancakes. I turned the car around and went back, as asked for what I had ordered. a male server gave us a bag that was just sat on the side and said this is your order. We sat in the car park and ate the cold food. As I was about to leave my grandson said I dont have my doughnut, So again I had to go back in, by this time now late for work
This was a poor and disgraceful service with no apologies for the three attempts at getting our food right, or for the waste of time. The best thing about the meal was the orange juice, my coffee was even wrong ! but I could not be bothered and just kept it. Overall this is a serious lack of customer service
That barrier you have as you come out of the drive through is a serious hazard on leaving the lane for the drive through you cannot see the traffic coming around the corner. Accident waiting to happen!
I would like a response to my complaint

Refund, an apology - a goodwill gesture - staff training in customer service and delivery of your product food safety of product left on side and then given out, surely foods should have been cooked fresh, seeing as orders had been given to wrong people, infection control ? and some communication training. service with a smile, correction with a apology ! would be great when they get it worn dont you think!?
Desired outcome: As above
Email hacked - points redeemed
Email [protected]@shaw.ca was hacked and has since been deleted! I NO longer have access to that email account. My Tim's card attached to that email was used to redeem 1100 points March 17!
I immediately after I noticed on my app the points were used, contacted Tim's customer service support and explained.
I have another Tim's account hydro.[protected]@gmail.com
I have been very stressed out over this as I have been dealing with changing all my email and account passwords and have had to deal with other issues with the compromised email account. I have tried a few times emailing Tim Hortons and
I have been patiently waiting for a reply.
Desired outcome: WOULD LIKE 1100 POINTS BACK, BALANCE TRANSFERRED OVER TO NEW ACCOUNT, AND THEN DELETE OLD ACCOUNT.
Roll up the rim and your service in general
This app is crap. I cannot get it to appear properly. I cannot even get access to everything on the app. I have deleted it and reinstalled it more times than I can remember. I would also like to state that roll up the rim is absolute crap ever since it went on the app. I buy 1-2 coffees a day and won two crap coffee prizes. I never use the card except for roll up the rim. Mainly because the app is junk and it takes extra time to pay. It’s not even worth using anymore. I guess it’s time to go to McDonalds for my coffee. Your company has lost mine and other customers interest. It’s insulting to your customers to think that we should buy so much to be rewarded so little. Long lineups, wait forever for service at any location, receive a simple coffee order that is wrong and tastes burnt or lacks flavour. I am out. Bought my last 2 coffees ever from you this morning. I won’t waste anymore money or time on this business.
Desired outcome: Get rid of your stupid app and go back to the way you had it previously. Perhaps you could change your roll up the rim back to the way it was as well. It appears that you’ve got monkeys. Designing your app. Complete junk.
Iced capp caramel supreme
This morning I went to Time Horton's ordered an Ice Cap Carmel Supreme paid $5.89, gave the man $6.00 never got change back and never got the supreme on the drink. I ask about it and they looked at me like I never ordered it. Never got a receipt or was even asked if I wanted one. The worked were to busy playing around in there. I went through the drive thru. I will never go back to Tim Horton's again. Totally aggravated about this. I took the drink as was and told me to keep my money and I will never be back.
Desired outcome: I don't want anything I will never go back.
Product
Not only do I never find maple flavored donut, which is associated to Canada. Like tims.
I had to walk to a further Tim's and all they had was maple flavored Boston cream, so I took it.
When I took a bite, there was no filing.only a drop on the outside where the poke the whole.
It clearly was not filled, the whole bottom part is shriveled/deflated like an empty balloon.
Desired outcome: Maybe stop selling to every Tom, Dick And Harry. They need to represent CANADA. Sorry TimThis was my last experience with you.
All of them.
We visited the Ranch location in Strathmore, Alberta on Saturday April 1, 2023 at 10:15 am. We ordered 2 coffees one regular and one 3 cream 2 sugar, both were not hot and tasted very off. There was also no sugar in either despite it saying so on the lid. We had to go to a different location to get a stir stick to see if there was just sugar on the bottom but there wasn’t. Not to mention it tasted horrible. My husband ordered a breakfast wrap without hash browns and he repeated it 3 times because they have messed up and charged for hash browns more times than I can count on my hand and she said no hashbrown. Open it up and there is one inside. We keep getting charged for this and it is adding up. That’s no way to do business! I got an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. The bagel was stale and there was the thinnest layer of cream cheese on it and you guys charge a ridiculous amount of money for that! To top it off they didn’t cut the bagel again! Very hard to eat while you are driving. I will never eat at this location and am on the edge of not going to your establishment ever again. There are just too many issues for my hard earned money. This branch in particular is the worst! They need to all be retrained. I am just mad at all the money we have wasted at your stores. We have complained before and have just received a we will deal with it and nothing is ever done?
Desired outcome: I wish you would give me back all my money I have wasted on you and shut your doors!
Bacon breakfast sandwich
My mother (92) and I bought 2 bacon breakfast sandwiches on English muffin in Minden today, the purchase was made thru the drive thru. We do this each week after an appointment, this time who ever made them overloaded the muffin with butter that it ran or dripped out all over our jackets. You could gently press the muffin and it would have a steady run of melted butter. We now have greasy stains that may not come out even with dry cleaning. My mothers jacket is the worst and aged 92 should not have to worry about the expense of replacing.
Unhappy customer
Desired outcome: I would like compensation to cover cost of cleaning jackets or if jacket is ruined compensation towards the purchase of new jacket.
Coffee at other places around town. Places other than starbucks and tim's.
Patti wouldn't let me talk to "strangers" when we were together, sometimes. If they were safe, she would let me know. When I was by myself, I wouldn't talk to strangers, because of Moms directions. So, the ones Patti would sometimes let me talk to when we were together, were the ones I would be talking to when she wasn't around. They were the ones who paid her 4or my sexual favors. Sometimes, in Hamtramck, there were strangers coming into my bedroom to wake me up and I went to work for Mom. That was money for bread, milk, and Kool Kings. When I wrote lyrics for Marshall Mathers, I included an idea with details. A computer, a fax-machine, and a telephone party line. I came up with a Chat Room idea. AT&T, or Revelation John, brought my Chat Room idea to another level that became the "Information Highway." I met people in the music industry. I wrote "4-Non Blondes." 25 years and my life is still...trying to get up that great big hill, for a destination. I cry sometimes. It's been just under 30 years, now. And, I am homeless, now, again. - Free Coffee, please. That's all.
Desired outcome: - Free Coffee, please. For, let's say, a month?
Decaf coffee
My local Redwater, AB Tim Hortons was so great up until about 4 months ago. I used to grab a decaf coffee every time I was in town (almost every day) but recently the decaf coffee has been so weak it almost tastes like water with cream mixed into it. The last 4 times I’ve gotten coffee there, I was hoping that maybe it would be different, but every time it tasted like water.
Desired outcome: I really wish they would make the coffee stronger like they used to, I would definitely return.
my coffee and how we are treated at tim horton in sooke
I have had numerus problems with this timmies in sooke. Never can they get my coffee correct, they never write on the lid. some of the people who work there are... just horrible. We walked into sooke tim horton and the girl taking our order was swearing about someone she apparently kicked out. I have seen or heard such nasty language at any tim hortons before. Today my hubby surprised me with a coffee. Yuck. I had to add sugar, as there was none. I had to add milk, and there was not 3 milk. Then i get to end of my coffee to get a mouth full of grounds
Tea
This is the second time in two weeks after spending $2.17 every day on way to work.
I take black tea and by time I got to
Work and settled for the morning I go to take a sip and there is milk in my black tea
I mention at the drive through the next day and no apologies amd still pay for my drink
I am beyond frustrated as I understand they want to keep cars moving but they are constantly making mistakes and I’m always so stressed if my tap doesn’t work it’s almost like they are angry about it
Desired outcome: Speak with location about accuracy of ordersAnd try being a bit more patient and friendlier
Roll up the rim
This electronic roll up the rim is a farce. Prizes expire within a short time period and a lot of older people don’t have cell phones so can’t play, go back to the paper roll up the rim where everyone can play, put the fun back in the game or stop the whole roll up the rim. Don’t use Covid as an excuse cause it’s here to stay like the flu. I’ve heard a lot of groaning over this electronic roll up the rim, not too many people happy with this new version, so put your heads together and change it.
Desired outcome: Go back to the original game of paper roll up the rim.
Crispy chicken wrap
My name is Preet Kular.
I go Tim Horton salmon arm(2991 10 ave SW) today between 12 to 12:15pm and I ordered crispy chicken wrap combo with coffee and donut.
The chicken inside the wrap is not fresh and its cold. It taste so bad. I usually go to Tim Hortons everyday but never tried this kind of wrap.
You can reach me anythime by email at [protected]@gmail.com.

Free rollup process
Denied free rollups!
Hi I went through the free rollups process, which is brutal to begin with, and Tim Hortons sent me links to get the rollups. The link took me to my app but no instructions come up and no rollups when I checked in the app. I followed all their directions but still No rollups. I even took screenshots of the process and sent them to Tim Horton and after about 8 emails, they have ghosted me. Isn’t it illegal to have a contest where you have to purchase products to get a chance to win?
I have the latest version of the app as well.
Desired outcome: I just wanted my free rollups. Was going to go through the process every day but because the 1st time still hasn’t worked I haven’t sent in other entries.
