roll up the rim prize
I won a $50 tim hortons card. I thought it would be a simple process, just a minute to go to a tim Hortons location to get my prize. Unfortunately I was repeatedly given excuses as to why I could not recieve my prize. It was extremely inconvenient to have to make 5 separate trips to claim my reward. The following excuses as to what the employees had told me were as such, "the manager is not here" "the system is down." It is clear to me that the adverstisements for roll up the rim are indeed false.
service
6640 Vedder Rd #100C, Chilliwack, BC V2R 0J2. This is the location of the tim hortons i went to today i.e. March 23 at around 10 :30 pm. I received the worst customer service from the girl who was on the till.
I ordered a medium steep tea and i just requested her, " i can wait can i please get fresh ?"
And she replied with a rude face it is fresh and then she bumped the cup on the counter so hard and said try it in a rude way.
I wont ever go back to that location again.👎👎👎👎👎.
poor service
I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons. The crew members, and supervisor had horrible attitudes, maners, and broke down machines earlier and closed before closing times. My Hot drink was cold and made incorrect. I got made fun of and told that i was wrong. I was very upset because i value Tim Hortons very much. I recommend to all my family, friends, and co workers that it is the best. Better then Starbucks, Local Coffe shops, and Food resturants. I was so dissapointed. I had to go home with my family and put on fresh coffe. Also i went and invested in a Keurig Machine because i never want to go there again or hear the name. I will not even buy bags of coffe or K-cups to put in my machine. It gives me panic attacks and anxiety about the terrible experience i had happen to me. I get no enjoyment anymore riding past there.
breakfast egg and sausage sandwich
March 21, 2018
I am blessed on Wednesday mornings as my Aid picks me up an icecap and breakfast muffin.
When I bit into my muffin I started to chew and thought the sausage was tough and to my surprise I pulled out of my mouth a white bread twist tie.
Thank God I did not swallow it or I would have had severe damage. My Aid witnessed this and told me to call the manager right away.
On calling the manager at Tim's he did not apologize and said that it would need to be returned and he would have the owner call me that afternoon. My Aid returned it right away with my name and phone number on the outside packaging,
The owner (Jack, I believe) called not apologizing and offered me a free breakfast the next time I came plus a $20 card.
This is ridiculous for the seriousness of this of this offence. Either employees were playing a prank, lazy, or inefficient. Policy and procedures will be changed apparently in where they take the twist ties off their bags in another area so this cannot happen again.
But this is day three and I have still not been able to settle my stomach and feel I should be compensated much more.
Sincerely,
Moyra Hilderman

refusal of service
This complaint is regarding the Tim Hortons on the corner of Boul. Maloney E and Des Sables St. in Gatineau, QC Canada. I went to order a breakfast wrap, and I have special wraps for my dietary needs. I gave them my wraps to replace the one they serve and they refused to do it. The manager refused to take my wraps. How is this acceptable? I find that this Tim Horton has horrible service n every single time I have gone there, they are out if this out of that... and at nine in the morning when you want breakfast, they are out of eggs, or potatoes... and they refuse to make more! I don't understand how this manager is still there! This manager should be fired and replaced with someone who is competent for the job!
unethical behaviour
On february 24th, I bought a coffee in tim hortons (3600 notre-dame ouest, montreal) and won a tim card. A few hours later (around 9:05 pm) I went back to the restaurant to get my prize. The employees told me that I have to come back when the manager is there. I then asked her if I have to keep my cup or just the part that I rolled up saying carte tim/tim card (picture). They told me that I just need that part of the cup, so I kept this part and threw away my glass. I went back on march 14th to get my prize when the manager was present. He then told me that it was impossible for him to give me my prize because the NIP was missing. I explained to him that his employees told me I don't need anything else to redeem my prize and he was very arrogant and uncomprehending. I asked him if he could at least check his cameras to see if his employee kept my cup and he just answered that it would'nt give me my NIP back anyway. I am very disappointed with this situation, since I took care to ask if I needed to keep something else and your employee confirmed me that I don't have to.
breakfast combo meal
I ordered a breakfast combo meal this morning (drive-thru) at your location in Carney Dr., St. Clair, Michigan. My order is bacon & egg in a plain bagel. Bacon is super thin and there's only 2 pieces in there. You hardly can't taste it. The hash brown sticks is hard to chew because they are dry. I still prefer the traditional hash brown patty which you don't serve anymore. I didn't have a chance to take a photo because I am driving. I hope you will take action in this complaint because this is not a first time experience.
Thank you.
service at a drive through in hamilton ontario (kenilworth location)
Morning. I usually go threw this location during the day and evening for my coffee or a snack.
On March 9th at approximately 6 pm. I drove through with a larger order.
When I noticed a drink was missing I kindly asked to pass me that drink.
When my order was given to me. I asked is everything in the bag.
They said yes but when I checked two donuts were missing. The lady got me those. I double checked again. I asked are you sure -she said everything else u got. She seemed frustrated but the order was larger then usual.
As I drove off... I heard her say ‘ holy [protected]@#*!
I couldn't believe my ears. How disgusting. How disappointing. I will never go through that Tim's again and give them my business!
Even when I double checked the order it WAS WRONG, but it was like I was holding them up-really ...?
new shop heathfield ayr
Hi there and sorry to bother you...
This morning myself and my famiy attended at your newly opened store at Heathfield Drive Roundabout in Ayr Scotland...
I asked for a roll containing bacon and was told there was no bacon available...i then asked for 2 rolls and link sausage which looked good on all the in store advertisements...
I then received these rolls, these which contained all i can describe as 2 pieces of flat round rubbery sausage and a small piece of plastic cheese which was no where near what was on your in store menu or advertised on your menu boards...
This being my first time in attendance at your establishment can only be described as disappointing and a poor effort in attracting new customers...
Its just to let you know as it is a new store and im sure you would appreciate any feedback given...
Thanks

store number 9360 general manager
The General Manager of your franchised owned Tim Horton in Adrian Michigan United states is a rude incompetent person, she is dragging down your store name. Driving away costumers, I watched her with my own eyes get into another employees face who was a shift manager. She was amazing, she quit yesterday 031618 she has quit before because this women. She curses and down grades her employees. She also curses and calls her costumers names. I do not appreciate being called a liar when my order is wrong and I am sure that the employees don't appreciate when their general manager talks bad about them behind their back. The owners have done nothing to fix it. I would think when their best employee quits twice something would click but apparently not. Something needs to change before that General Manager burns that place down
rude customer svc employees
March 16, 2018 about 10:15 AM I used the Gowanda Tim Horton's drive-thru and ordered a coffee and a hot tea. The server said they had no tea! When I questioned her as to how a coffee and TEA business could run out of tea, she said "We're out, and you can go to another store if you gotta problem with it!" She was loud and rude! I pulled up to window and the employee there was very nice; she tried to explain, but another employee in her late 30's-early 40's with eyeglasses shoved her aside and yelled at me to get out of her store! Then she slammed the drive-thru door in my face! My passenger and I couldn't believe it, especially since they know me there--I patronize the Gowanda NY Tim Horton's store at least twice a day and often three or four times a day, for multiple coffee and tea orders. To be treated like this was completely uncalled for!
I've had multiple problems with the store running out of things, like certain flavors of syrup or coffee/tea cups (For example, I order a large but they'll give me two mediums because they're out of large-sized cups.) I understand sometimes a store can run through their inventory quickly, but how do you run out of tea? I think the employee(s) on this day were just too lazy or "busy" to brew some tea! But even if they did run out of tea, they should not have been so rude about it and told me to get out of their store!
service
I went into Tim Horton's on thursday march 8th with a roll up the rim for a free donut and 1 for a free coffee when I left I was looking at my receipt I was charged for my coffee so I called and spoke to a manager and she told me to come in the next day so when I went in I asked for her and I was told by the cashier she was on break for 30 min but I was pointed to a table were she was sitting and told to go talk to her which I did not and left at that time went back on Tuesday and got the coffee .ordered food and the sandwiches were just thrown together egg was falling off the muffin very hard to eat they are very rude, slow, as people go in on their way to work and have to leave because it takes so long to be waited on went in on Wednesday ordered and waited 15 min for food went in on Friday and ordered 2 coffees and didn't get 1 coffee so I said I ordered 2 and the cashier told me I didn't and tried to argue with me I have never been anywhere were the service is this bad
unprofessional.
I have been a loyal customer my whole life to the tim hortons that is right near my house. I have never done anything wrong, yet I was told by an employee, that based on her personal grudge against me, that they did not have to serve me if they didn't want to. I'm pretty disappointed considering I've been going there for as long as I can remember. I thought this was a professional business.

horrible customer service
I am writing this complaint because the location 6161 York Region Rd 7 in Vaughan is the worst Tim Horton I've ever experienced and I've been there numerous time because it's right beside my work and the customer service is unbelievable. Every morning as loyal custimer i am i come for my 1 cream 2 sugars coffee every morning I'm waiting 10-15 mins with a line of 2-3 people. The staff was more busy socializing with each other than noticing a customer standing to be served or more worried about drive thru with 10 workers instead of giving the customers who are standing in front of them the same respect and sense of urgency like we dont have work to go to as well.
I have read the reviews for this particular Timmies and they are not pleasant. I'm very surprised that nothing has been done about this shameful Tim Hortons giving it a very bad name. I am fed up and writing this complaint so something can be done.
Thank you
the staff information about prize
Hello customer service,
I bought a coffee last night from Tim Horton and won 50$ when I show staff they told me the manager in a store can give me 50$. they didn't mention to me I have to keep the number in a cup, this was my first time and I cut the prize part in the cup.
Today manager refused to give me a prize because I don't have a number.
I think the manager should be training the staff about how prize work and need number in a roll-up, I really get upset.

This Tim Hortons is not in any way acceptable to the hundreds of customers they enjoy every day of the year. They are situated inside Oshawa General Hospital and what is needed there is a larger counter service area and more specifically much higher quality personnel. The training must have been very limited. I was in line today at 11am approximately and waited 37 minutes for service and then the cashier kept making mistakes and blaming what she called "a cash register problem, too touchy". I realize the quantity of customers served at this location and hey, that is wonderful for your organization, but horribly inadequate for customers. Your customers are not smiling in the lineups let me tell you.
So disappointed as we visit the cancer care unit every day for the greatest care ever and then want to enjoy a coffee, tea or lunch. No was take to our car and go to any other TH location where they know the customer is so important and the servers know what they are doing. D. Holm
treatment of white employees
Two Tim Hortons in Winfield b.c was bought out by east Indians, since taking over they won't hire local residents or students, they only hire east Indians wanting permanent residency in canada, they promote there kind with no experience over locals who have worked there for years, if they can't read or write English the owners complete their tests for them. Also if they are not allowed to work in Canada they are told not to log in on time clock, the owners also tell employees to change expired dates on products so they have no waste, I have personally seen them serving product that expired over half a year ago and with mold on it. These people should not be in the food industry and Tim Hortons don't seem to care. The main thing is these people from other countries don't seem to like showers, when customers and employees are complaining about the body odor, which is overwhelming and these people are serving food, it makes for a disgusting place to go, but they seem to get away with it.
roll up the rim prizes
I have at least one large decaf tea daily and recently rolled the rim up tho win a time card. Wow I thought this was great.
I had to go to 3 different Tim Hortons location before I found a managers as a manager Is the only one who can deal with this dollar value. At his time I am asked if I still had the cup as i did no roll up half of the cups rim which also had a number on it as well as the words "Tim Card". I did not know there was a number so I cut the words tim card off the rim just like most people do when they win a coffee or donut.
Tim Norton's is not honouring this prize. I tool them they need to make their customers aware of this policy/rules.
Not happy with tim hortons.
