Tim Hortons donut

Friday April 6/2018 we purchased donuts for kids from Tim Hortons kiosk inside Logistics in Motion. As my 8 year old daughter was eating her donut from Tim Hortons, she bit into a sharp plastic glass object the size of a dime in her donut (pictured below) We returned donuts and were given our money back. Needless to say, they didn't care that this could have seriously damaged her insides if swallowed 😔

Tim Hortons owner

I have worked for Tim Hortons on Pickard Rd in Mount Pleasant Michigan about a month. I have received two paychecks and they both have bounced. The first check I was able to deposit later that day after contacting the owner of the franchise. Today it happened again and the owner has not returned my calls. I work for you then you pay me it's simple.

Tim Hortons gift card

I received a $50 gift card but when I went to use it. I was told it was not active. I took it back to the location where it was purchased which was Clarence Street location in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. They said nothing they can do because the number on the gift card did not match the number on the till receipt. This is very upsetting because that is a lot of money and the card and the receipt were put in the card folder st thd time of purchase so The wrong card must have been given at the time of purchase. Please let me know what can be done about this.

Tim Hortons employees & service at this location

I want to make a complaint about the Tim Hortons at 1340 Ridge Road, Lackawanna NY. My boyfriend and I "were" regulars at this location because we liked that the workers made our coffee good, the location was convenient, and they were friendly. Now, they must have hired a bunch of [censor], because when I went in this morning to get my usual coffee, I'm standing in line behind 3 other people. I can see that no one is at the counter, but there were about 5 or 6 employees just standing around, talking to each other and laughing and not making anything! Finally I ask the people in front of me if they ordered yet and they said no. So since I was in a hurry & had to go to work, I yelled "hellllllo?!" Then the workers all look over and Finally send a girl over to the counter! This is not the first time this happened, I usually let things go, but now this is going on too much! And they've been getting my orders wrong, not putting in enough sugar, or putting too much sugar and not stirring the coffee, the big clump of sugar sits at the bottom! These workers seem to only do their jobs when that district manager / owner comes in. Something needs to be done with this location. The workers may need to be re-trained, and told to pay attention to customers at the counter, clean up the food on the floor, or hire decent people that don't slack off! As of right now, they lost our business, and it will be more people if this continues! These people working there are going to ruin your business!

Tim Hortons coffee

I was in Tim Hortons today at the Royal Columbian Hospital, April 8th at approximately 1:40pm PDT, after being at the hospital for 20 hours with a recent stroke victim, I decided to go get a coffee with a friend. We both purchased a coffee and snack-I have never complained about a Tim Hortons coffee before but when the employee handed to me I noticed it was not very hot, drinkable right away so before I left I decided to taste it and it was very watery, I said excuse me but our coffee seems to be a bit watery, the employees response was "so...what do you want me to do about it" I was astonished! to top it off I walked away before she even gave me our snacks. Really bad experience here

Tim Hortons service

My complaint is about the rude service I received from an employee at the Telegraph store in Dearborn near Carlyle. I inquired about the cost of a dozen doughnuts and the employee was pretty rude and seemed inconvenienced about my inquiry. So, I then asked about an order of box coffee and that seemed to be even worse. I was told it would be 20 minutes and was rudely told that I should've called ahead. I'll never set foot in that store ever again. Luckily for me, I ended up at another one and received much better service and I let them know how much that meant and that the other location were rude and unprofessional.

Tim Hortons the new signature turkey melt

We went to the original Tim Hortons on 19 St.NW in Calgary. Two of us ordered the new signature turkey melt.It had no cheese on the outside and had very little turkey.Besides they were both burnt. We couldn't eat them so took them back. The server made us another which wasn't much better. We were very disappointed with our sandwiches. They certainly weren't worth the money.I should have requested a refund.
Thank you for your attention to my problem.

Tim Hortons' turkey melt review. May 7, 2018

Had my first one a few weeks back at the Kingsway and Tyne location in Vancouver BC. Very dissapointed. The video ad played on TV and constantly in store showed thick, huge slices of carved turkey 2 to 3 layers thick. What I got was one thin layer of tiny little (leftover?) pieces, sparsely positioned on the bread.

Thinking maybe the above problem was with just that location, I inquired about the turkey melt at the Metrotown location (Burnaby BC) just opposite the McDonalds. A staff told me that they had discontinued serving the large pieces of turkey a month or two ago and now only offer the small pieces (really?)

Since I am a turkey lover and am prepared for what I actually get this time, I decided to give it one more go last week at the Metrotown Food Court location. The food preparer dropped something onto the floor, picked it up and then continued to work on my sandwich (obviously didn't take or pass or forgotten about Food Safe training). What I got was a pathethic, thin sandwich with very little turkey spread thin. I was in a hurry so I didn't bother to return and wait for another sandwich. The sandwich was warm and cool in places. The meat tasted like soft, reconstructed deli turkey.

FALSE ADVERTISING to the max! Forget this ripoff sandwich!

Tim Hortons rude drive through employee

I ordered a crossiant breakfast sandwich at the drive through this morning in Brampton, Ontario, Rutherford and queen location, and the woman taking my order automatically replied with "the 2 for 5$ deal is over". I said that I didn't ask for that. Then I asked her to remove the egg and she said it again that the 2 for 5$ deal was over. Again I reminded her that I didn't ask for that. She rudely cut me off and asked if I wanted anything else. I said a medium hot chocolate and she said I'm a rude tone "can you speak up because I can't hear you". When I pulled up to the window they asked me again what my order was, no apology and I went to work upset because of this experience. I will not go back to Tims due to such poor service. Having a rude start to my morning was not necessary at all. No Tim Hortons should automatically assume what I'm going to order and give me attitude about it; Unacceptable.

Tim Hortons the service

The manager, who said he was also the owner, used foul language ( lots of profanity) and in his words told the lady to take a hike. Mind you, this man cursed at the woman in front of many customers including some law enforcement officers. Unfortunately, me and another women left without ordering anything, and may no longer require any of Tim Horton's service or foods. After digging into this matter further, it is true that the manager is in fact the owner. He should have his mouth washed out with soap and have his franchise ownership revoked ( stripped from him). Hopefully you all can find resolution to this horrible behavior.

Tim Hortons credit card fraudulent use

Last week on Monday, March 19th 2018, at the tim Horton's in Walmart on the watt Blvd sw, I stopped by with my toddler son to buy a coffee and my son who always tap my credit card for paying at the till, dropped off the credit card in the Tim Horton's donation box. On approaching the manager on duty, he said that the box is opened every Thursday and advised me to come back. I went back on Thursday only to be told to come back next week. Now on March 31st, 2018 when I go to bank to pay some bills, I see $700 used for gaming from my credit card. This is crazy ! I immediately blocked the card and went to that Tim Hortons, but found no effective way to complain. The cashier at the till just reluctantly gave away my credit card. Found no manager to complain nor any tim Horton's customer service number to lodge my complain.

I was also angry at this time that I smacked my son because he dropped the credit card in the donation box. What is crazy is she called the police on me because she did not like the way I disciplined my son. What is even crazy is they sided with her. They must get free donuts to take Tim Horton's side. Now I face the possibility of losing my son and having him placed in foster care.

Tim Hortons service and product

I went through the drive thru at 2625 Weston
Road, Toronto and ordered five drinks and a 20 pack of timbits. I asked for 10 chocolate and 10 honey dip. I payed with debit and when she passed me the box of timbits, I gave them to my daughter and said check them. My daughter said; these are wrong. When I looked in the box, there was a variety. I went to hand them back saying; this is not what I ordered and the girl says; I know, that's all we have, we're very busy. She should have told me that before I paid. I would not have taken them. Then when we got home and opened the box, some of the timbits were broken, crumbled, out of shape and hard as if they were left overs. This is totally unexceptable and I will not be going to that location again.

Tim Hortons management

I'm regards to the manager at the Tim Hortons/Esso locates at 24796 Dewdney Trunk Rd. Maple Ridge BC

This woman Patti Wood is an embarrassment to Tom Hortons. She is a bully who disrespects her staff in front of customers on a daily basis. She degrades them for not knowing the job when in actuality she does not train them properly...also in front of customers. I have witnessed this myself as I was once an employee. My daughter still works there. she is 16 years old and tonight has shown more responsibility than this manager as she worked for free just to make sure one of her coworkers was not alone on a shift he was thrown into with NO training whatsoever! THIS can not keep happening. They have lost 6 staff members in the past few weeks due to this women's bullying and disrespectful nature! She will listen to a customer complaint but does nothing about it. She will yell and scream at staff in front of customers and completely makes a fool of herself and more importantly, embarrases these poor young people! I could go on and on but a phone call would be nice So I can actually explain and know that I am being heard! Susanne Breckenridge [protected]
Tim's and Esso are being gravely affected and I am still getting complaints from customers that I have bonded with! I hope to hear from you soon. This woman needs to be removed from her position all together!

Tim Hortons dirty and small donut variety

Store offers little variety and the store and grounds outside are filthy. If this is the flag ship store then it sets a poor example of the brand. Floors and walls are stained and look like they've never been cleaned or cleaned properly. And where are all the different donuts that we Canadians grew up with ? Store brand has changed to much, much better before new owners took it over. I guess we can't expect much considering all the BURGER KING restaurants are also poorly kept. . No Pride, what a shame.

Tim Hortons I gave $10.00 a bill to pay an order of $3.86 I did not receive my change correct it

February around 14th, I went to Tim Hortons, I order coffee and bagel. The lady said $3.86; I gave $10.00, she returned it only coins, immediately I told her I gave $10.00 she looks confused did not remember, so she said to wait for the manager to call me. No contact, I complain three times, after a month and a half I stopped by again, and I ask for the manager, she look at me did not let me talk, right the way she said sorry, but the balance was equal, turn her back and said sorry and very arrogant way. I am angry it is not for $5.00 she that did not return, its the way they treat a consumer that goes there every morning. They don't look for the satisfaction of the client; they really
make me feel very low. So I decided I will not come back to that store
