Stopped at Tim Hortons on Sunday, April 22 at 5:15 PM. Sign outside advertised two breakfast sandwiches for 4.00. I observed the menu on the sign. It stated that breakfast was served all day. I ordered the sandwiches that were on sale and was informed that they stopped serving breakfast at 5:00. I pointed out that the sign says ALL DAY. The employee apologized and said that he was only doing what he was told.
service.
I am @ Timmy's every day for years. I have colon cancer and am quite sick. Today, for once, my disability cheque doesn't arrive 'till tomorrow. So, I went to Tim Horton's @ Surrey Central, BC. I really begged them for one coffee which I pay for the very next day. I spend around one thousand $ a year there. They just booted me out the door! Thanks for your attitude to cancer patients, you people are the lowest type of human beings. I'm telling BC Cancer Society how I was treated by your vicious Staff.
walk-in patrons versus drive thru versus mobile pick up
4/24/2018
Oakville, corner of Great Lake Blvd and Superior Court - 7:15 am - 7:25 am.
Overall service at this location has declined over the past 12 months . The walk in patrons at this location work in the area (there are 5 major finance companies that visit this one location) in addition, commuters on their way on to the ramp at QEW & Burloak.
Walk-in patrons are serviced LAST . They are not a priority . I commute to work on a bicycle and walk. I entered this location (as usual) at 7:15 am . There were two patrons in front of me . After 6 minutes the man in the front of the line was serviced. At which time I started to count the cars that were serviced thru the drive thru. Total cars 14 cars. The gentleman in front of walked out without being served . The gentleman behind finally walked out with being served . After a total of 21 cars served thru the drive-thru and 11 minutes I finally was acknowledged by the one person at the front and served. She gave me my coffee for free. Embarrassed by the long wait. She is not responsible for no show staff, etc ., however this is not the first time walk-in patrons are last priority. I would understand if the other staff standing idle around the drive-thru were running busy but they were not . In fact one young worker was singing and having a conversation with the two other staff . The one lady at the front counter yelled to the back someone please come help me up front .. at this point the line up is out the door yet the drive-thru patrons were serviced before us . I am not willing to speak to a customer service rep from your head office. Assign someone from head office to stay in this location for a week or two. Assess and implement a strategy that puts the walk-in patrons in line with the rest of the patrons at this location. To witness 22 cars served before walk in patrons is inexcusable ! To leave ONE staff on the floor and have 6 at the drive-thru window is poor management . To do nothing about this complaint is almost an expectation as this has been ongoing and I am not the only person in our office who has filed a complaint with head office. As for Mobile Pick up I will not address that issue in this complaint. If there was a MacDonald's near by, Tim Horton's would take this complaint seriously . I 've already written MacDonald's and implored the look into a restaurant near our court of businesses.

food in general and marketing
Since the purchase by restaurant Brands International, the food Tim Hortons serves is just getting worse. Why should i go there when they serve the same wrap McDonald serves. And what about there not supposed to be french fries. The good thing about Tim Hortons was the healthy base left by good person. Now that it's owned by a fast food compagnie it's not worth going anymore. I'm very sad that it is a bad investment and a bad choice healty wise. There is enough fast food in canada that we don't need a new one. We need good food for canadian owned by canadian. In a few years when restaurant Brands sells it it will have been a bad experience for this once great canadian company.
employee
I was at sherway garden with my family and we decided to get coffees.
I went to line up at tim hortons around 1.15pm on monday april 23' 2018.
At this time there were three people in front of us and there was no one else behind us. Your employee saw us lining up and also noticed we were confused with the line up. She didnot day anything.
The lines were very confusing. One line for mobile online and one line for other customers.
Everyone was lining us at the on line order as there was one cashier right there.
All of a sudden there was one customer came behind us
Your employee decided to take the customer behind us.
I told her that I was here first. She told me to read the signs.
I asked her what was the problem. I was here first and she saw us.
She said I cut in the line. She lied. She lied straight face in front of her manager.
I asked the manager if she saw me waiting before and she confirmed yes. I asked your employee again why would she said that and she did not say anything else.
I told this employee that she had camera behind her and that she could check the camera.
Why in the world would I have to explain myself to her? I was there first and she saw me. She should serve me. She was being difficult and she lied.
When my brother heard she lied about us cutting in the line. He told her to shut up. She got angry. If you don't want to get angry then do not lie.
She proceed to tell the customer behind me to come to the cashier.
She tried to embarrass us. This is totally unacceptable.
She wanted to humiliate us in front others. Why would she want to do that? We were there first and we had the right to receive the service.
This employee needs to learn some common sense about customer service.
This is totally unacceptable from your employee's behavior.
This is your company's responsibility to specify the lines.
This is the mall setting there will be many people and you should know to help customers.
I was there at 1.07pm. Please check your camera and see what happened.
I demand an answer for this.
If your company is too arrogant to deny customers like myself then it's a pity for your company. Look through your camera and understand the situation.
I have pictures of your employee.
If you need I will email that pictures for you.
customer service is amazing at this tim hortons location
Tim Hortons in the Canex Mall in Oromocto NB CFB Gagetown has the best staff you will ever come across. There have been many times that I have walked in and the lineup is doubled but the girls work hard and the wait is short. The wait is worth it anyway as you will get your morning coffee and probably a good giggle about something to start your day.
Highly recommend this location. Absolutely fabulous.
rude staff ever
The most pathetic staff of tim hortons ever seen! No sense of professionalism and communication with customers. Every now and then they don't have something or the other. From last two consecutive sundays they have been refusing to provide us chai tea bags saying that they don't have it. Cannot even count how many times we have been refused a simple dark roast coffee, every time with the same reason - we haven't brewed it. When we questioned them why we never get what we ask for, their 2 employees, raminder and mandeep, started arguing and showed us out of line attitude and rudeness instead of being polite and apologetic about it. And the most surprising thing was - after the argument they suddenly had a chai tea bag for us!. Don't know where did that come from, within 5 minutes, when they'd claimed that they do not have it. Terrible staff and service! I really wonder how this location is still operating. The only thing this location does is adding a bad name to this reputed franchise.
owner and work ethics
As a mother i am concerned about how the thoroldstone and portage road in niagara falls treats there younger staff... most afternoons they have no manager to guide them and heaven forbid they run late from school as they get all sorts of threats of being fired and rudeness.
I would like some input before I do call the labour board regarding some of these issues
Cheers

management
I used to work for Tim Hortons on Henry St in Muskegon MI. I have nothin bad to say about the actual company itself. But the amount of nepotism that is going on within the restaurant I was trying hard to work at is absurd. The store manager has her Bestfriendd as the other manager. And they both on hire friends and family. Anyone else will will be lucky if they last 3-5 month. I had another job at the time that I was trying to work there, and I've had the other job for almost a year and a half. I've been cross trained and never have any of the complaints there that I had at Tim Hortons. When I was trying to work for Tim Hortons still I was even willing to loose my main job to full commit to working and learning what I needed to be successful at Tim's. One Manager Teresa Rudd tried to accuse me of stealing because I accidentally left a receipt paper in the cash drawer. And the Store Manager Danielle made a point to tell me every day that I don't need to "get cute" for that job. When never did.. I never work make up, nail polish or extravagant hair styles. All of that came from me tucking in my work shirt and wearing a belt. I only ever wanted to look clean and presentable. I never spent large amounts of time in the restroom. I always asked how my progress throughout training was going and what I could do to improve. When speaking to me they almost always told me I was doing well and learning quickly. So when they just stopped retiring my calls, and scheduling me I was super confused what went wrong. Both managers dodged my texts and calls, wouldn't speak to me when I would come to the store, they never even asked for my uniform back! Which I felt was highly unprofessional. They could have at least spoke with me. I personally would just like for someone to look at their employment turn over rate. The ONLY people that have worked there for a truly long period of time are Theresa's Daughters. All I ever wanted to do was obtain a new job and gain some new skills to help me progress through my journey of working in customer service. I apologize if I come across as rude. I would just like some closure or maybe some better understanding as of to what is going on. If anyone would like to contact me personally my email [protected]@gmail.com.
Thank you.

overall products
This is a complaint about Tim Hortons overall as a whole entity.
In the last 5 years or so, the products at Tim Hortons are not the same as they use to be. For example, the puddings/creams in the doughnuts all taste like a manufactured machine taste. I use to love all the doughnuts. I am down to eating only the Apple Fritter, it may be higher in calories but at least it still tastes like the old apple fritter. Then there is the muffins, these are all mass produced now and brought in, I ordered the Raspberry Cream cheese muffin and it was horrible, very artificial tasting. The only one I dont mine is the Pumpkin Cream Cheese muffin and all of them are of course full of oil and calories. Also, everything is made in the microwave oven which is not good for anyone. The coffee is still good, but I would like to see Tim Hortons return to the old standard of great products and introduce more of the old products back into the franchises. This is my complaint to the company of Tim Hortons. I was always a strong believer in this place and now not so much. Its going downhill sorry to say. Thanks.
iced coffee
Every day I go to my tim hortons on transit rd. In Lancaster New York. For the past 4 years I always order the same thing. Medium iced coffee 1 cream 3 sugar and a bunch of extra ice because they NEVER put enough ice. I want a cold coffee not warm or room temp coffee which is why I always ask for extra. After years of them never putting extra ice after I ask specifically I've learned to ask for a side of ice. Apparently that pisses them off because they usually give me a small cup with 4/5 pieces of ice. Why is it so difficult to get it correcr?
employee refuses to serve coffee
I arrived at the tim hortons located 5980 Hurontario street exactly at 10:38 pm, the guy who was checking his phone upon my arrival, told me that the store closed. I know by fact it closes at 1100 pm, when I confranted him with that, he said that the supervisor already cleaned the counter and for that he cant serve coffee. It appears to me he just want to go home
I hate cold tea!!!
I went throw the drive throw today aroud 545 pm at the Tim Horton west end of Talbot street st.thomas . I was given a cold large steep tea and the cup was not full. I go to this location all the time. I was already home when i notice my cold tea. I have small child and did not want to put them all back in the car and return to Tim Horton. Thank you for your time.

supervisor charging me for product not bought.
Today on 14th April i was at Bramley city centre with children . for luch snack . purchased order # 015210 at 14:03:33.
When i requested for 2 extr empty cups for children . i was asked to pay and the recipt i got back is for ranch dipping sause . which i never purchaded order no 015214.
Supervisor was extreamly rude . for providing extra cup asked for money which i paid but the bill i received for is for a dipping sause not provided or purchased by me.
How can you charge a customer for product not baught and bill differently . When i asked supervisor to talk to manager. She first said he is busy in the office and i waited for him . after 15 minutes of waiting i was told he is not at store and shall be coming soon. What kind of sales and customer service is this.
tim hortons on martin grove and rexdale blvd in canada ontario is a 24 hour tim hortons
I am a good loyal customer of the Tim Hortons on Martin Grove and rexdale Blvd of Canada Ontario and it's a 24 hours Tim Hortons but they telling me I can't be there for more then two hours but the worst Pat is I spend 300.00 to 400.00 a week on them and the worst part is I am homeless and pregnant and living on the streets and yet no warm place to live or keep warm and the worst part is I have a dead cold car and no money to get a car and yet if they had a issue with people sitting at there restaurant all day then the should take there seats and tables away and make is only a drive Thur Tim Hortons so I ain't gonna deal with the disrespect from the Tim Hortons employees at all
garbage issues, dirty drive thru
hello,
I am regular daily customer of Tim Horton's. I have good experience mostly all lower mainland drive thru. But unfortunately main Guildford location at intersection of 152nd street and 104 avenue (esso gas station) near Guildford mall has no garbage cans in the drive thru area. people are throwing empty Timmy cups and papers everywhere, left over food, coffee as well. I went today it was filthy. I told reps more than three four times, they said their boss don't want garbage bins there. I don't know what is his/ her concept. could you please check this and make this earth beautiful. put the garbage bins there so customers can through garbage easily. otherwise whole drive thru likes garbage. if you any concern please contact me at [protected] or [protected]@hotmail.com.

the creamy chocolate chill
My favorite drink is the Creamy Chocolate Chill. I have gotten it at several different locations, mainly Tantallon, Timberlea, Bayers Lake, and Lacewood locations. The real chocolate chill comes with chocolate cream on top and chocolate drizzle. I have been so disappointed so many times ordering this drink with white cream and no drizzle on top. This drink does not taste the same at all with the white cream on top. Just wondering why it is being served this way.
some locations do not have chocolate whipped cream
