Tim Hortons double double

Not sure why some managers feel the need to mess with the sugar machine, or teach employees to not put sugar in their coffees. Seems like it should be included in a double double as just cream makes the coffee bitter. However the lastv3 times i went the the drive thru in the morning before work.. They put no sugar in our coffees. Not really worth buyingit if you cant drink it. The two stores by my house withbthe same manager.. Worst service by far. I higly suggest youbsend a mystery shopper to your stores to see the horrible service provided by employees who just dont care to dontheir job. Not saying all are that way.. But when you have some like that what is the point of them being there if they cant or wont do their job. I am a tim hortons addict.. But will not spend my money or support that service much longer. It needs to turn back around.

Tim Hortons customer service

I ordered a vanilla cappuccino with whipped cream and carmel and when I drove up to the window and asked if I could change my order as I meant to ask for a vanilla ice cappuccino and oh they said that's fine we'll change it and after I drove away I noticed that my ice cappuccino was warm and all they did was pour the hot cappuccino in a different cup and top it off with what I really asked for. It was awfu l and I wasn't very happy I stop and purchase this at $4.23 a day at least 5 day's a week. That doesn't sound like much but it adds up over time and well let's just say I don't plan on going back. Im pissed

Did you try taking the drink along with your receipt back to the location you purchased it at? They should have been able to offer you a replacement or refund. You should be a little more understanding however as it was your mistake in the first place.

Tim Hortons hot drinks

I asked for a Extra large tea one time and got a coffee. I don't like coffee. Was driving out of the city when I noticed that it was coffee. Gave it to my husband. This was in Rockland in the summer time. Went to the Tim Horton in Embrun to change it and guess what, they actually replaced it with another coffee. You should have heard me swear. My husband was laughing because he received 3 coffees instead of 1.

Got charged for 3 coffees when I actually ordered 2. Paid separately for the 1st one and the clerk charged me for 2 after that. Paid with interact and did not notice until I viewed my transactions online a couple of days later. This was also in Rockland. Two weeks ago!

Asked for a 1/2 coffee and 1/2 hot chocolate and received a black coffee. Gave that one to my husband (again). Montreal Rd near the Queensway. This was Nov 6, 2017.

Asked for an xlarge tea with 2 milks on the side and received the tea with sugar inside. Do you know how gross it is to drink something sweet when you're not expecting it. This was the Tim Horton on Montreal Rd, affiliated with the gas station on the corner of Montreal Rd and Ogilvie. October 22, 2017.

Tim Hortons tim hortons original blend k cups

So I have recently relocated to California from The North East and my daughter attends College in Bangor Maine where there is a Tim Hortons restaurant. I love Tim Hortons coffee and think it is the best, unfortunately cannot get here in California so she will occasionally send me a box of K Cups to enjoy. I have noticed in the past couple of boxes that there are a few K Cups that do not work and the water will not pass through. I currently have a box at my house and have had 2 that have not worked. It is since you re designed the cups that they do not brew as well.
I find this very disappointing as they work out to be almost 65 cents a cup (more expensive than other brands) which I don't mind paying as an occasional treat but then when 2 or 3 out of the box do not brew it is extremely disappointing and also raises the cost per cup.

On the bottom of the current box it says:

I would appreciate feed back and also think you should pass along to your manufacturing/design team.

Tim Hortons service and readiness

We visited the Tim Hortons at Grant Park Mall in Winnipeg yesterday which was not opened until noon. We were told the soup was not made yet and would take another half hour. The grilled cheese sandwich had to be taken back because the bread was not even close to toasted and the cheese not melted. Apparently the grill takes half hour to heat up. WTF?!?!? You open at NOON! Be ready! Never again!

Tim Hortons service

I was at a Tim's in a Walmart on the west end of Edmonton, Alberta. There were 3 people behind the counter and only one person helping the 1 customer that was there.
The other 2 employees just stared at me I asked if they could help me and they told me that they were busy.
I left and went to a McD's for a cup of their coffee...much better coffee and much better customer service. Everybody go to McDonald's for coffee now.

Tim Hortons chipotle steak sandwich

We ordered two Chipotle Steak Sandwiches of which I am send you pictures. This was the worst steak sandwich I have ever had in my life and i am 63 years old i have teveled almost all ove the world even poor countries in Arfica this tops them all. We took a bite each and trashed both the sandwiches there was no resemblance to the picture on your sign. I tell you I will not feed this kind of meet to my pets.

In the future, it's best to save the food and bring it back to the location of purchase along with your receipt. Unfortunately they typically cannot refund you with the return of a product.

Tim Hortons mold on english biscuits

i went to your timmies in stony plain alberya location on highway 16 a. i orderrd my english biscuit and there was mold on it i told the girl who toasted it and she said i will give hou another one. well she took it out of a bag that was full of moldy biscuits i told her and then i said get a different bag and she rolled her eyes at me. i never got my biscuit and tjey didnt even refund my money. i have not been to another Tim Hortons since. which is said ss i travel a lot between bc alberta and saskatchewan. So sad that the standards in this store have been lowered.

Tim Hortons item on menu but don't make the item

I went thru the drive thru and they had a Western Omelet Sandwich Picture on the Screen. I told the lady I would like a western omelet sandwich. She said we don't them. I said there is a picture of it on your screen out here. She said we discontinued it. I said really? Ok then... Then I told her my grandson would like the Hash Brown Sticks. She said we don't have them either. I said there is a picture of it on your screen out here. She said we discontinued it. I said really? Ok then... I think I will cancel my order.
I drove then to the canal Winchester location and ordered both. My brother had surgery yesterday and wanted a cup of Tim Horton's coffee.

Tim Hortons drive thru inaccuracy

Every single time i go through the drive thru at the location at collins bay and bath rd, I can almost guarantee they're going to screw up the order. So today I go through and ordered a large tomato soup combo, with a sour cream donut and a large steeped tea. They asked what kind of bun I wanted with the soup, I said White please, everything on the drive-thru screen was correct, so stupidly of me I figured okay everything should be good. Instead I end up with chili, no bun, a large black coffee and the sour cream donut. At least they got one thing right. Usually I go through that drive thru after 11 p.m. on my way home from work. The staff who work the night shift are always friendly, and accurate. But often seem embarrassed because they don't have any product to sell such as Donuts or muffins. It shouldn't be too hard of a job to do but the day staff there is just horrible. I don't think I'll be going back

I'm a technician on the road I drive a van sometimes your drive-through my truck has a hard time going through so I went straight to the window it was around 9 o'clock there is three employees and the store empty the gentleman refuses to take my order because I didn't go around the drive-through I told him why I didn't go around and he says I am not allowed to serve you you could leave

Tim Hortons cherry cream cheese pastry without cream cheese

Today, I went to the store on Jefferson and Grand Boulevard this morning. I ordered 1 cherry cream cheese pastry, and 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. The biscuits were delicious as always.

The cherry cream cheese didn't have ANY cream cheese. The pastry was very flaky with the cherry spread. I was thoroughly disappointed.

On Saturday morning I ordered the pastry at a Tim Horton's in Dearborn near the Transit Center. I enjoyed the pastry (with cream cheese), that's why I ordered it today.

Please have the quality assurance/control carefully inspect all products for content! I have always enjoyed your products, courteous, efficient and timely service.

Tim Hortons iced coffee

At 2:30am i went through tim hortons drive thru to buy an iced coffee at kennedy and eglinton. There was a dead dirty fly in it..as i sipped on the straw the fly went in my mouth. I am now im concerned about it because who knows what the fly is carrying, like larvae. I went back to tim hortons to complain and they didnt do anything, they offered me a donut. Really? I said no to the donut and told them i will never come back here again or any tim hortons ever..even though i liked iced coffee. I still have the coffee and the dirty fly and waiting to go back to see the manager who starts at 530am. I know they wont do anything, so who do i talk to.

Bought an iced coffee took a sip from straw and there was a dead fly in my mouth. I went back and they offered me a donut. Really? Concerned now because who knows what the fly was carrying like larvae disgusting. I still have the coffee and the dirty fly and will go back to the tim hortons at 5:30 to see the manager. But they probably wont do anything. Honestly who do i talk to. I dont know if i swallowed anything from the sips before the fly went in my mouth.

Tim Hortons coffee orders

I have been a die hard coffee drinker of Tim Horton's for 39 years. For the past 6 years I go to Tim's and buy 6 large regular coffees and take them home, I am a little disabled so I can't go back and forth for my coffee so I get them all in one shot. The problem is when I get home my coffees are always not filed to the proper spot it's always at least an inch from the top I've even pour it into a medium size cup and it didn't fill it. When I complain about it they fill the cups for a couple of days but they go back to there old ways again. Now when I complain they give me not only short change me on the level but I get all different coffees from reg dd tt to tea it's not right I spend a lot of money in your business I buy my breakfast lunches and dinners on top of at least my 6 coffees per day. I really don't know what to say but I'm really getting fed up with this and wish you could fix this problem and it's not just one location I get these problems with multiple locations

Tim Hortons service, location and staff at railside road and lawrence ave e

I ordered 2 cups (1med, 1 large) steeped tea through the drive through 2 nights ago. Upon getting to my home which was approximately 14km away from the location, I realized I was given coffee. Due to the distance I could not return the items. I happened to drive by today Oct 31 and told one the staff and they called another staff that had the name Junaid on his tag. I explained the situation and he blatantly told me that he did not believe me. That I was not telling truth and he point blank profiled me based on my race. I was stunned about his approach and told him that I was not poor that I needed to cheat Tim Horton's of less than $4.00 but about the principle of admitting the wrong doing. I will hope that this will be handled accordingly as I will be filing a complaint with the Human Rights Board of Ontario as well.

Unfortunately unless you are able to return the drinks to the store with your receipt, there isn't much they can do. Do you have any physical evidence that you were racially profiled?

Tim Hortons nippon location

It is awful that you have to wait in line forn30 minutes when there is only three people on front of you all because the 20 staff ate talking to each other and not doing their job. It is also awful customer service to not have anything in stock. At least show on the menu the several things you are out of so people don't have to wait in line only to be told you have nothing to make an egg sandwich, a crispy chicken or a cold cut trio at that point of trying to order three different sandwiches after waiting twenty minutes I just waked out hungry and now upset. Horrible experience

Tim Hortons condition of a timmy's

Stopped Sunday for coffee& donut on highland rd in White lake, mi., on M59
It was terribly dirty on the floors, flies zooming around(in Oct.).Server did us a favor by waiting on us. Got my donut, it was stale.Visited the men's room, water all over floor from overflowing urinal.First wash basin not working, second cold water only.Dirty floor on way out.

You have absolutely no proof that that's what they were going to say. You don't even have proof they were talking about you. Getting so upset over an assumption is unreasonable. In regards to your drink, did you bring it back to the restaurant for a replacement or refund?

Tim Hortons horrible management and customer service

I stopped at the Tim Horton's on memorial drive in Lancaster Ohio on my way home from school. There was a huge like for the drive thru, but it was raining so I did not want to go inside. After waiting over 10 mins, finally the line started moving. As I got up to the speaker the employee says "Our computers are down, if you want to order come inside". First of all, why did it take so long for them to tell me this? Second, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I went inside and there was another huge line of frustrated customers. The lady's in front of me were asking for the manager and on of the employees goes to say, "I don't know where he is" and just stands there. Finally I order, no one ever apologized for the wait and they were very rude while I was ordering. After on of the employees finished making my drink, she set it on the counter and spilled it all over my arm, staining my white sweater with iced coffee. She never apologize, and she didn't remake it either. She handed me the same drink and said "Well, here". I just walked out after that. Horrible customer service from the employees and how could no one know where the manager was?

Tim Hortons pumpkin spice promotion

Went to the Tim Hortons in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia yesterday to order a pumpkin spice donut. Worker stated they were out of them. Asked for the pumpkin spice muffin instead. She then informs us that they never carried any of those items and would not be carrying any pumpkin spice items. However, on the way into this Tim's and at the drive thru there are several advertisements for pumpkin spice items. We've had a couple of complaints about this particular Tim Hortons and not one person from your company has ever responded. Rotten lettuce in a wrap, stale donuts and cold breakfast sandwiches.
