Toyota toyota mirai

I leased a Toyota Mirai less than a year ago and the car had a damage underneath when i ran over a metal on the freeway. I took my car for service and I was informed that the hydrogen tank need to be replaced. I went ahead and agreed for the repair and my insurance agreed to shoulder the cost. Please note that the car was sent to the dealer in Toyota Longo on 4/19/19 and still in the dealer until now!
i have been calling Longo Toyota for updates about my car and Monty from parts dept. stated that the order to replace hydrogen tank had been placed but no ETA given. He further stated that he does not know when the parts is going to arrive. I have been in rental car for almost a month now and never fail to pay the car payment. i don't think I deserve to pay for something I never get to enjoy and utilize. i also have been calling Longo Toyota but they have been putting me on hold and I have been leaving messages but no one ever return my call nor my insurance company's call!
this is the worst service I have ever had in regards to cars!. the company should have quality and efficient service for a pricey car like Mirai!

Toyota complaining of servicing for long hours

Just to share with you that your service centre estimated time is really unethical, disappointed, dissatisfied and very angry.
Waited almost 6 hours in the service centre and all my appointments cancel. From 10.30am to 3.50pm! Estimated time 1 pm then were told 2.30pm lastly said need to check this and that.
Just go there for my 70k service and check up. At least had the courtesy to say the car will takes time and i can go for my appointments

Toyota toyota hilux double cabin, clock fixing issue

Hello,

I noticed this problem in many Toyota Hilux cars in Algeria, The digital clock installed on the board has fixation problem and while trying to push button to adjust time the clock drops inside the board as per the attached picture.

The design needs to be reviewed and need either : make stronger colck fixation or make softer clock adjusting buttons

Toyota toyota rav4 2018 hybrid

Dear Sir

I bought a brand new car RAV4 2018. 6 months ago. And while driving in low speed road by my son he has to steer to the left to avoid accedent and due to that the car hit the kerb and it rolled over directly as it shown in the photo attached and as such heavy car that should not happen unless there is something wrong in the car.

The car is total loos.

Your feed back is highly appreciated.

Toyota dealership

I went to the Toyota of Hattiesburg dealership for regular maintenance on my new car of less than 6 months. The service person wanted me to pay him $400 for some service he claimed was needed immediately. I refused. I told him I'd take it somewhere for a second opinion. He would write on the ticket and conveniently left for lunch.

Second time I went to the same dealership was an emergency. My severe profound mentally retarded was trapped in the seat by the seatbelt that wouldn't release. It was hurting him. They took the driver's side back seat panel apart to release the seatbelt. During this procedure they broke all the clips and other stuff. My daughter and I bought asked prior to the procedure if they could put it back..."yes, not a problem!" Well, they assembled it back. However, it fell apart. East side Toyota called them about the damage they had done to my car, but Hattiesburg refused to fix it. Guess what...once again no paperwork. This seems to be a regular procedure in Hattiesburg.

I want my car fixed, but only by a reliable dealership, such as Eastside in Mobile, AL. Yeah, it's 3 hours away, but they have never cheated a customer

Toyota toyota prado - mildew smell in air conditioner like mildew smell comes from cloth

I am driving prado since last 17 yrs, my previous prado has also same bad smell problem from a/c and that time local toyota dealer saud bhavan could not resolve it for my old vehicle and now my new prado started similar kind of smell once you on the air conditioner, which is just 2 yrs old, I have to open the window and let initial air goes out and then only I can use the car, local dealer saud bahavan is saying to change the evaporator which they did for old vehicle. but problem could not resolved."

Not only smell, but it can cause permanent damage and can be hazardous to my health. if any issue arising to my health, toyota will be fully responsible for my health

Toyota has world wide reputation and need to deal the bad quality issue sincerely where health is directly linked to health.

I hope toyota will maintain their reputation and solve the problem without any extra cost immediately

Toyota service centre madhuban toyota

* 5th March I gave my car
* WORK TO BE DONE
* 1) Windscreen to be changed by insurance
* Service to be done for 80, 000km
* A/C not working properly need to check
* Rear A/C switch nob to be replaced
* Flooring bush missing.
* Side skirting pending since last 3 years.
* Left rear suspension to be replaced.
* I had told very clearly that I want to go on a road trip with my family so please check the car properly and make sure there is no goof up and what ever is required please do to assure my and my family safety & comfort.
* 6th March they made a Whatsapp group.
* No response when I ask questions.
* Flooring Bush work to be done (reply all 6 bush are there not required) and then I checked on 1st April the bush was missing.
* After fixing the front windscreen they didn't check the wiper nor they told me that the wiper linkage had issue. I had to solve the problem outside and pay extra money.
* A/C nob and side skirting rubber was not ordered as they forgot to order it.
* All the work was delayed and not done properly I had personally gone on 9th to collect my car and I told them clearly not to do anything and return my car that very moment.
* Mr. Sadik Shaikh, Mr. Vinayak & Mr. H.D. Hiremani (on Phone) pledge and requested me to give them one more chance and they will solve all my problems and deliver the car on 11th afternoon to me.
* Inspite of assuring me they did not keep their words and the wiper linkage work was not done, wiper spray Gun was not done, flooring bush was not done, A/C filter was fully chocked but not cleaned or replaced, air filter was fully chocked and not cleaned or replaced. Left rear tyre one bold was broken while fitting the glass they had broken the A/C grill which was not fixed by them.
* Is this way TOYOTA works ? Is this way TOYOYA treats its customers?
* All the possible work I had to do with a local workshop and with NON GENUIN TOYOTA PARTS because Madhuban Toyota forgot to do so and also I had to pay a good amount of money as it was done on urgent basis at the last moment.
* On the 11th evening they told me that they will order the A/C grill and get it change after I am back from my road trip but as usual they never call the customer nor they ordered the part.
* On 1st April I went personally to Madhuban Toyota at 1.20pm to do the pending work. I was told that the A/C Grill has still not come then when I raised my voice and they told me that they have one pc for some other car and it will take a few days to complete that car so they will use the part which they had ordered for that car and when the part for my car will come they will use for that car.
* Madhuban Toyota has put the A/C grill of some old accident car. Can a authorised service center do such things ?
* I have faced my problems because of MADHUBAN TOYOTA and till 8th May 2019 my pending work are not done and also there is no reply from them. I pending orders are still there but no reply.

Toyota steering wheel shake

I have a 2016 4RUNNER sr5 I bought new in St George Utah USA. About a year after
owning the car the steering wheel begane to shake at about 60mph. I have replace both the wheels (2 sets) and tires (4 sets) several times, I have tried different brands, had tires balance rotated, road force balanced and still the steering wheel shakes.
Is this a common problem? Any ideas on to fix the problem?

Toyota warranty problem

Hi Toyota Department,

I am Chaw Kok Pu, contact number (+[protected]) one of the loyalty customer of Toyota, bought a limited edition HILUX 2.4g Model last year May 2018(ALA 5518) which having a warranty of 5 years.

However, This HILUX encountered some technical problem which the meter could not function well suddenly last two weeks when i am on my way to work in the morning.

I was then took my car to the nearest toyota service centre (TELEGAMAS KULIM KEDAH MALAYSIA) for checking.

My car was overnight at TELEGAMAS KULIM KEDAH TOYOTA SERVICE CENTRE one night as they could not repair on that day itself. The next day, I AM SO DISSAPOINTED that the problem not only cannot be solved, and yet the condition became more worst. Furthermore, I have been required to pay(Around RM 3, 000)in order to repair, as there is no warranty available.

I am so dissapointed with the explanation given by the TELEGAMAS KULIM, TOYOTA SERVICE CENTRE as they blame that the incident is not under warranty because it is caused by the dog bitten the wire. TELEGAMAS KULIM, KEDAH was then trying to pack the wire without our concern which make the condition more worst.

This explaination is totally ridiculous and cannot be accepted.

I have contacted MALAYSIA TOYOTA HQ after the incident however the solution given was really disapointed as they trying to avoid to take the responsibility and trying to delay in responding.

I am one of the TOYOTA loyalty customer for more than 15 years. This is the first time i encountered with this kind of problem and i have been unfairly treated which making me losing my confidence on TOYOTA.

I sincerely hope that TOYOTA can take this matter seriously and solve the matter as soon as possible.

Toyota my painted door handles are peeling and starting to turn colors.

I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. The truck is Barcelona red. The rear door handles are turning colors and the right rear door handle has the clear coat coming off. I really don't believe they should start looking this bad already?

Also I took my truck through the car wash the other day. The passenger roof molding fell off. A couple months ago when I went through the wash the drivers side molding came off. My wife took it to the dealer. They said this is a on going problem. The fix is to re glue it. REALLY?

Toyota complaint for low quality in altis 2014

I would like to complain a car that I bought from Toyota. I bought Toyota Altis 1.8 Esport in 2014
First major, I stated faced a trouble in noise problem from badly assemble plastic component such as console. I had to go to service center many times to add some foam support for noise reduction on the first year I bought. right now my car is 5 years I face the problem from air conditioner does not work well sometimes cold, sometime only wind blow without cool temperature. I have to turn off the switch and restart sometimes for make it work, I went to the service center and no one can solve the problem. What is the quality from Toyota? After buying a car for 5 years air condition will fail for sure, especially new model? why the quality so weak comparing with other brands?
I don't know, maybe after I send this email there will be someone take care this problem or not, maybe I still trying to fix this problem by myself again and again and pay with my time and money. and this is will be my last time thinking about buying a car from Toyota I bored for your quality

Toyota 2017 tacoma

I bought my truck brand new in October 2017 and can not drive it more than 3k miles before the check oil light comes on. I have had 3 oil consumption test ran and the dealership says after 1k miles the truck is burning about 1/4 of a quart of oil. They say this is within spec and nothing Toyota would be willing to fix. This has been the worse truck I have ever had.

Toyota blizzard white paint peeling on scion

I would like Toyota to fix the problem of peeling paint. I purchased this scion new from Koons Toyota in Annapolis MD. It began peeling in the first couple years. The dealership made me pay about 1, 000. to have the roof repainted.

Now the sides are peeling. I have never had a car that peeled paint- and do not see many on the road (even though they are much older) with peeling paint. I took my car to two different body shops, both said that the factory paint job was not done correctly- that more than likely the primer was skipped.

2012 scion is gently used, with currently 33, 000 miles, and was purchased in late Nov 2012. The rude and unhelpful Toyota reps that come to Annapolis to service this dealership have not even responded to emails. Have promised to contact me when they find out more information, and have not done that either.

Come on Toyota- you are better than that! People pay alot of money for a new vehicle and it should not look like crap in 2-3 years when they take care of it. This is your fault, and you need to fix it.

I would like my car repainted correctly, and a refund on the paint I already had to pay to have the roof repainted. That should be about 3500. in a quote I received from Toyota a few years ago.

Toyota toyota corolla 2019

Dear Sir,

Am Hesham Shawky from Egypt,

I have the honor of purchasing my second Toyota car since 3 months which is Corolla 2019 after I had yaris 2008 as am confident of your quality and your caring about safety of your customers,

My issue is that Toyota Egypt had presented last year a basic Corolla category which exclude several options such as rear electric windows and safety equipment such as VSC but I supposed this is a Toyota standard related to each caegory and it will never change the basics of each category after launching it in the markets,

however I have been shocked last week after the launching of Corolla 2019 new shape with providing the basic category inclusive of the options that are excluded from the basic category 2019 previous shape in addition to other additional features,

So I would like to have your respectable clarification about the provided inconsistent models in Egypt market and how safety features are excluded and then added in the same category with same price noting that I have suffered a lot to obtain my new car and am really now very disappointed from my new car and from Toyota action and thinks to sell it and buy a European made car with complete safety features.

Finally am confident that I will receive a clear reply and satisfaction corrective action from your respectable company.

Toyota toyota corolla 141 lx 2008

Hi this is Delon from Sri Lanka. recently brought my 141 lx 2008. i am totally disagree with most of the comments in this section above. for me its a very good vehicle with good fuel consumption. its rather big and comfortable car, with a 1.6 engine and a big body this car is doing fuel very well.
for me in city drive traffic (11km per ltr)
Long Drive (15km per ltr)
in total run i have checked manually its doing (13.5km per ltr)
so what else more we can expect from a giant 1.6 vehicle gentleman? also good fuelling is depend on your driving skills.
for me its a good car physically /Technically with good fuel consumption. Recommend to buy it 🚘

if you willing to buy a vehicle only for more better fuel consumption, you guys can buy a hybrid toy 👍🏻

Toyota latest toyota sales approach; misselling approach

On 8th apr, I was attracted by one advertisement (mudah.com) on toyota c-hr used selling price of 118k. Without hesitation, I immediately contacted the person mr tan for further enquiry. He answered the call & shared that the car since sold. I'm amused with so fast market responded that the advertisement was published on 8th apr 20.30pm & the car was sold at early morning (9th apr). He then counteroffer me whether i'm keen to take a new toyota c-hr since he is sales personnel from toyota shop. I'm then declined the offer.

On apr 09, the same advertisement reappeared on the mudah.com again 14.25pm (published by muhammad dahri & mr tan 16.25pm.. I then what's app mr tan on the status again, but he didn't reply me. I then tried to call muhammad &enquire the same objective. He answered the call then introduced that he is toyota sales personnel from above co. He then shared that the shop got last one unit of 2018 toyota c-hr to be offered. I told him I heard the offer before but the price offer was at the price of 139, 888 (jan 2019) which i'm not keen. He then further confirm that the co willing to drop the price for 118k now due to clearance of the stock. He then advised me to visit the shop at 9 am (10th) to place the booking. With curious & exciting mode, I then asked him to call me back for the deal confirmation. But, he never called me for the request, I then called him instead for the confirmation (many calls made) deal. The final request from him was asking me to drop by the off at 9am sharp before make the booking..

On 10th apr, to ensure everything in order, I called him not less than 4 times prior I make a visit to the branch (8. Xxam). Again, he never answered my calls!

I then traveled from pg to prai. To my surprise, he was enjoying breakfast at the show unit. He replied the same sales pitch as mr tan's version "already sold, why not consider new car with 138, 888 offer"..

Frankly, I was frustrated on how toyota selling approach? Is this approach how you attract customers visit your shop?

I then make a feedback to contact centre on above experiences. Within 2 hours, I received a call from fadason's sales head to follow up on the above encounter. Initially, he introduced himself as mr tan & with intention to explain the situation. After further discussion, I then discovered that he was the personnel that I deal with on 8th apr case. I then asked why he didn't reply me & wasted my times for the whole episode. I then asked is this the trick how you using toyota's brand to attract customers? He was then agitated with the remark & raising his voice that I made his life difficult..in view that the conversation was rather to cover himself instead of addressing my concern. I then ended the conversation.

I'm user of toyota wish, altis, camry & prius for more than 15 yrs & have strong trust of toyota brand. I certainly will discount whatever offers that published in media via using individual personal name's capacity. But, i'm attracted of the offer simply because of toyota ‘s brand & toyota sales personnel.. I suppose your sales personnel should own some min sales ethics that could uphold your brand. Moreover, from sales head of the shop!

I may walk away & go for another brand, but I still feel toyota ‘s leaders should know what is happening on the ground..

Toyota unwanted sms

I keep on receiving irritating Toyota Menlyn SMS's regularly.
I last used Menlyn services around 2008.
Since then I have moved 1600 Kms away from Menlyn.
Despite many complaints, I keep receiving these "special deal" sms's.

Toyota Menlyn say they can not do anything about it.

I have had enough of this.

Toyota must immediately remove my phone number ([protected]) from their data bases and stop the sms junk mail to me.

Toyota moulding absorber

Totally no reply on EMAIL SENT ON 4 April 2019 after my log of report of complaints. Feel very disappointed and wondering how Toyota handling a worldwide customers. It is just simply ignore the customer complaints and keep quiet to avoid any solution.

Dear Customer Support, ( 2nd time complaint on Service Provided By Toyota )

Refer to the above, I high appreciate that Toyota become the well known brand in Malaysia today and I am one of the customer to Toyota with Vehicle No. BPJ9632( Toyota Vios ).

I am pressing on and looking high attention from Toyota Top management to look into the lifespan of these parts and give a good explanation and solution to me. Dont give me such answer that these parts cant stand the weather of Malaysia.

Looking forward the reply from TOYOTA regarding the above after your judgement and actions.
