Dear sir
On the 16 february 2014 I purchased the blush lace dress with (Embroidery) on the upper part cash amounting to (R625.00) at truworths mafikeng. After washing the dress I experience some torn on the dress and on the 06/march/2014 I took the dress back to truworths mmabatho. The manager told me that she is going to return the dress for quality assurance because if she can refund me it is going to be a loss to them, and I was surprise by this kind of behavior and I even asked her if the truworths is only considering their loss rather than customers satisfaction. Until now I am still waiting for my money at truworths. When I go to truworths to look for area manager they always tell me he in not available.
I had an Account at Truworths by 2005 then they black listed me so my complain is that I paid that owed amount to your company Two month back then someone promise me that she will send to me the clearance letter that state I Paid all the amount and I can't do any thing right now coz I'm still appear in a Black list names. So please complete the process I'm waiting for the letter and please clear my name on black list names.
Bad Service
I've received a bad, stressing, humiliating service at Truworths Sammy marks in Pretoria today, I've went to the store at around to 12 today to pay my account, I got there pay my account I didn't even last for lo minutes in the store, when I was by the door to live the security machine ringed, I was call to come back, then I was searched, they couldn't find anything except my cards and the money that I was having on my pocket, they've told me to live, then that bell ringed again, then a Security by the surname Muvhango called another security who said we don't have a choice take her to the fitting room to search her, i was like but you've searched me but you did find anything, so in order to show them that am loyal, i went with the security to the fitting room, i was searched to such an extend that i had to take my top out, then my bra was searched, my trousers down, then my underwear's was searched, taking my shoes off, they were searched, and they couldn't find anything, can you imagine the humiliation that I've being going through, I've being a loyal customer for truworths for 14 years, but just imagine what I've went through, i can't just wait to pay the remaining balance with truworths and forgot that i was at one stage their customers, or Truworths will have to be reimbursed for the embarrassment that I've went through, this is such an experience that i will never forgot for the rest of my life.
kind regards
Tsakane Mahlahlane

How can one agree to being humiliated, if such things happen to you, you become so shocked, as to what have I've done to deserve such a treatment, you become like is this the way on how people must be treated, we go to truworths as customers i mean to grow their business, how can not one realize that if i can stop going to truworths it will impact negatively on their side, how can not one realize such things, how cannot one understand how important is the customer, perhaps truworths should take their staffs to training, to ensure that their customers doesn't become humiliated the way i felt.
Last month I receive a message from MBD showing the amount I owe. I paid all the money at the end of the month that is March.Within 3 days they phone me saying I owe them R400.00. Within 3 days again the money has escalated to R537.21Who must I consult to help?
