Dear Team Truworths
I am an unhappy customer and buying from you since childhood (my parents) and in 2004 I haved opened my own account. In November 2023 I place an online order with you, and received it in December, in December placed my second order (sneakers for my husband birthday prezzie) follow up to the store in Mountain Mill mall in January 2024 after almost 1month, just to get the baddest service from some of the staff and do not reveived my order. I was so so disapointed cause it was really shocking for my first time in so many years, And this while I 'title' myself as such a loyal customer, never skip a payment and above all Truworths was my brag to go store.
At that time I also return my shoes from the the first order as the shoe tear appart from the sole. They refuse to take it back.
After all that happen I still go back and buy from Truworths.
In July 2024 I bought myself a pair of slippers and after 3weeks I cant even walk with it... Broke again.
I am looking for help please?
