I'm Delase Tshabalala, went with my mom Susan Tshabalala to the above mentioned store. She asked the teller if a skirt was on on sale as there were marked items on sale and the teller said to her only marked items are on sale. She took a 2 pack pair of DH t-shirts maked down to R340 from R520. When we went to the till point, the teller by the name of Lerato who was standing next to the store manager said to us that the tops were not yet on sale but were marked for the sale starting in two days. What i couldn't understand was why did they tell us that only the marked items are on sale only for them to change their tune when it didn't mark down when scanned if the store prrsonel didn't mark the wrong items. They blatantly refused to give us the tops on the marked price, both Lerato and her manager. I greayly disappointed at the poor level of sevice, especially seing as my mother is an account holder at the company and that what they did is totaly against the consumers act law.
