UPS ups drivers turning around in my driveway and my front yard.

October 23, 2017 at 8:35 pm was the third time since I called and reported to UPS about their drivers using my driveway as a turnaround when making deliveries to other residences on my street. The first complaint was filed after a driver missed my driveway, his rear wheels running over my sprinkler system resulting in the sprinkler head needing to be replaced. I was assured this was not their practice and wouldn't happen again. Needless to say, their word seems to be worthless.

UPS am complaining about your agent send the package to the wrong address

Your agent make a reading mistake with one letter ( instead of Boylston st he use Roylstan st)
Then I call the costmer service to change the adress ( I called twice to make sure the adress has been changed)
Then after 2 days i was calling to get the updated. The customer service told me your new adress not updated and you need to report the company which is actually was Ups company in another country.
Am hoping to solve this problem as soon as possible.

UPS misrouted, very much delayed and no proper response

Dear all,

I send 5 Kegs of different varieties of Dates to Malaysia from Riyadh for the export samples. I registered my parcel with UPS Riyadh on 08-Oct-2017 and they give me 1Z10A27R0472996524 as my tracking number.

When I ask them about refrigerator facility to send dates, they said no refrigerator facility available, but this will reach before 12-Oct-2017, so don't worry. Hence I send this through them.

But when I try to trace my parcel from their tracking link, I found this was misrouted. It went to Dubai-Australia-Singapore-China and finally reached Malaysia on 15-Oct-2017.

But even after reached to Malaysia, they are not collected from the customs for more than 6 days. I send several emails to their customer support saying that this is very urgent for the business samples and need to delver as soon as possible, but no proper response.

In the mean time my counterpart in Malaysia has been terminated their business with us due to not able present the sample on time.

I have attached business termination email and still requesting to the customer support. But they send message "We will notify you once your parcel has been delivered". They don't understand the seriousness and important of my business. They are very careless and irresponsible.

Finally they get the parcel on 21st morning, but still they did not delivered to my client. They are saying they called the company, it is closed. It is Saturday, the office is closed for the week end. But there is mobile number also available in address to deliver on the same time. Again they prove their carelessness, irresponsible and not understanding of their customer issues/problems because of their services.

And today 23-Oct-2017 morning they deliver around 11'O clock. Due to misrouted, not clearing from customs on time and again delayed delivering to the consignee, I lost my business with my potential client.

Why should I be penalized for the mistakes of UPS services? Where is my justice?

UPS they lost my item

Tracking number 1Z5A69T50354778240 on September 19, we bought a power generator to be sent to Puerto Rico. We haven't receive it yet. We have only received delays and nonsenses from UPS. We need help with this. We are living a nightmare without power here . Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I'm in a similar situation. I bough a power generator that is reported by UPS as being already in Puerto Rico since 10/30/2017. There is no delivery estimate, there is no information. I called UPS customer service and the said there is nothing they can do. That there is no communication with the Puerto Rico Center, which is totally unbelievably since I know there is communication with the island already. They say their ground phone doesn't work, but can you believe a LOGISTICS company the size of UPS can't communicate with one of his branches 40+ after the event? Even I can call PR inner towns by cell phone. But the most worrying situation is that they don't even take responsibility. Can't even give estimates. If you know your available resources and current situation, you must be able to give an estimate. But it is unbelievable and unacceptable hearing a customer service saying "their is nothing I can do" and "there is nothing anybody can do", "You can send an email complaint to corporate office if you want.". I'm taking about "Chris"in customer service (International).

UPS parcel delivery disaster!!!

I am just disappointed with the service provided by UPS. I requested my personal items left behind in Barcelona hotel to be sent to Australia. The items were collected and returned to hotel after 2 weeks. I had no communication from your counterpart in Barcelona regarding the progress of my parcel. UPS Australia was unable to contact them for quite some time. My parcel was returned to hotel without discussing with me first. I was notified through email that my parcel was returned from UPS Barcelona warehouse to the hotel. No one informed me why.
By the time UPS Australia called me and told me the parcel was returned to the hotel, I already knew through the email notification. It seemed to me that UPS Australia was unable to contact UPS Barcelona.

I had a few phone calls from UPS Australia. Apparently, UPS Barcelona needed my tax file number so that the items can leave Barcelona. So I provided my tax file number to Barcelona hotel reception staff so they could write on the label.

UPS Australia told me to ring Barcelona Hotel, and asked hotel reception to ring UPS Barcelona to collect my items, which I did. However, UPS Barcelona refused to collect the items. So, I ended up calling UPS Barcelona myself. When I rang UPS Barcelona, they told me that they do not ship personal items out of Barcelona. Then I rang UPS Australia told your colleague. She finally checked on the system and told me that this was true.

I was furious with the whole process and wanted a full refund of my payment. I was promised that I will be contacted by the billing department so I could get a refund. And now it is 2 weeks later, I still haven't heard anything.

There are a few problems within your organisation:
1. There is lack of communication within the organisation. Why can’t UPS Australia talk to UPS Barcelona? And I had to call UPS Barcelona myself?

2. If UPS Barcelona does not ship personal items, why can't they inform me or talk to me in the first place? I clearly state on my collection request that they are my personal items. Why can’t they email me or call me? My put down all my personal details online when I requested the parcel to be collected. Why would UPS Barcelona have no access to my contact details? My contacts are even written on the consignment form attached to the front of the parcel. I don’t understand.

3. Why doesn't UPS Australia know that UPS Barcelona does not ship personal items. And I had to go through all these steps and ended up wasting my time and money calling Barcelona?

Now I just want my payment refunded. I am very disappointed with your service. And will not use UPS for parcel delivery, ever again. I have also since told all my colleagues, friends and relatives to avoid UPS. This has been a terrible experience for me!

UPS parcel never received

I just want to warn all customers who actually care about packages they send or receive (which is basically everyone): AVOID UPS by all means! I was expecting a large parcel from my parents whom I have not seen for 2 years. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT! As per tracking information package was "delivered to the front door". There was nothing at the front door. I live in a 12 store building with more than 1200 tenants - people walk by my door all the time, I was pretty sure there was a mistake- who would throw a delivery in front of the door just like that?! I never got a call from the driver (which you would normally get in case of attempted delivery from DHL or FedEx as they would normally leave the parcel in their closest location so that client can pick it up), I never got any notes, no nothing! I called the company and I just could not believe what I was told: "If there is no one at home driver can leave the package at the door and they don't have to call you or ask for a permission to do so." They actually leave packages UNATTENDED and if you are extremely lucky it won't be stolen or damaged. This is BIZZARE! This company does not care about their clients and their business whatsoever. Was my package actually left at the door? Did the driver took it or just threw it away? Who knows! I honestly wish I read reviews about this company before letting my parents send the package. UPS was the cheapest option and now I see why, there's 0 GUARANTIES you will ever receive what was sent to you. After finishing investigation of the case they said Sorry, we'll give you what you've paid for using our services... That's it! My mother was crying for 2 weeks as everything she sent had a high sentimental value ( I am not even talking about the financial one). I am just shocked! I have never had such a horrible experience in Vancouver. UPS as a business has 1 basic job to do: deliver packages to their clients ( I am not even talking about customer service or any other extras). Unfortunately they are not able to do it properly. What a shame!
I sincerely hope that this review will help all the potential customers make a right choice when choosing their mail services provider!
I would kindly ask the person who receives this message to redirect it to somebody who has the authority to provide proper assistance.

UPS driver habits

While leaving Ocean Beach in San Diego @1710 on 10/19/17 we witnessed an aggressive UPS driver littering, changing lanes without signaling, following too closely and not allowing people to
merge safely. I have his photo, license number and truck number upon request since I was the passenger. The roads are bad enough without a corporate driver in a large driver reaking havoc on the freeway.

UPS non receipt of delivered parcel

Two packages were said to be delivered and left in front of doors but nothing was there. I have a security camera, it did not capture any shipping guys came closed. Filed complaints and they said the parcel were delivered correctly. I will only purchase from Amazon from now on, even though they are using UPS to deliver but deal with Amazon is much easier than with UPS.

UPS ups driver

Yesterday afternoon your driver that has been delivering here at Salon Lofts in Clearwater for a long time was either having a bad day or decided that he didn’t care that there is a clear sign on my door stating DO NOT DISTURB! I am a massage therapist at salon Lofts in Clearwater. I’ve known this driver to always be very nice but that was not the case yesterday. People come to me to relax and they pay good money to do so. I was in mid massage when the driver, who knows how to read knocked on my door twice! Then decided to argue with me through the door instead of finding someone to sign for the package like he does any other time. Then said he’s not delivering to me anymore and that what I’m doing isn’t surgery. It’s was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I would like something done about this and a phone call from his direct manager would be appreciated.

UPS receiving my package

I had ordered an item from a website who uses UPS and well I received my box which contains a perfume for my wife's birthday and the box is squished like a accordion on one half of the box. That is inexcusable and unacceptable that I received it that way. I am enclosing pictures of what my package looks like. Nobody knocks or rings a doorbell. It seems like they throw it and run. Disgusted by this.

UPS delivery

On Saturday 10/14/17 UPS delivered from Amazon Kleenex Hand Towels, 60 ct, (Pack of 6). I get this every month. Instead of putting it on my covered front porch, the driver ALWAYS leaves it in my driveway by the garage door. It was raining very hard ALL DAY and most of evening Sat. So you can imagine how that box looked after sitting in the rain all night. So what do I need to do to have the driver do his job correctly? He leaves all my merchandise in the driveway unless it fits in the mailbox. I have stairs going up to the porch, so I know why he is doing this, but this is not the first time my merchandise has sat in the rain or the blistering heat, because I didn't know it was there. I am complaining to Amazon as well.

UPS delivery

UPS moved my package (and many others) into an area behind the fire lines AFTER the fire lines were established. Now they can't get it out. They will not explain to me WHY they did this, instead threatening to ban me from their Facebook page because I keep asking the same question. I keep asking the same question because they do not answer it.

The fire lines were established October 10, blocking off the facility in Santa Rosa, CA. UPS moved my package into their facility and past the fire lines on October 12.

They need to explain to me (and others) why they would do something so incredibly stupid, retract the threatened ban, and apologize to me for threatening to ban me. The apology should be in written form and delivered to my home. Those who have been involved should also undergo training on telling the truth and answering questions instead of ignoring people.

UPS delivery driver, delivering my packages

Your hired ups driver that is supposed to be delivering to my home says “If I’m not home and he has to come back he says he’s gonna throw my packages in the street.” My packages are paid for to be delivered safely to me at my home. Paid! He gets paid very well at his job to do this. I shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of attitude and worry about my things getting here or not. Something needs to be done. This is not how you treat people or be professional on your job representing ups who has been around for ages delivering safely and effectively. Now I worry and fear what is happening and if I’m even able to order ? This is so wrong!

UPS package pickup

PICKUP Was scheduled before E 8 pm oct 9th. Didnt happen. No phone call. I called spoke to three people in another country who all told me a different story. Lies. Was put on hold over 2 hrs. Personnel refused to give names . Asked for manager. Was told too bad. Told to schedule for next day but i am moving and have to catch a flight. Told them be here by 8 am. Was told it makes no difference what time pick up even after trlling him i was leaving that morning not coming back. Personnel couldnt seem to understand. Now i will miss my flight to wait for pick up. I want compensation. I want a phone call by 8:30 am. I want my packages picked up. I will report this to everybody and anybody. This treatment by UPS personnel is not acceptable. Not calling me is not acceptable. My lawyer is handling anothet case in court this week. He will hsve no problem filing damages action against UPS.

UPS I had changed a package address and it's been over a week!

I had a package that was originally going to Austin Texas . I called next day to speak with someone to have my package delivered to this address.
4250 E Busby Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85635. The package Tracking number is listed below. 1ZX8W9201324380330, I called 3 times and each time they said I will get a call back. The first time I called they told me that my package was at the Sierra Vista warehouse. So, I left work to the warehouse and they told me that they don't have it? that its located in Austin Texas warehouse? and its been setting there? What's frustrating is you guys cant even call or email customers to inform them that there is a delay in finding there package. One Warehouse does not now what there other is doing or you guys have theft in the warehouse! I'm extremely frustrated, with your customer service and your procedures in tacking packages that are in your systems.

UPS terrible service, processes are failing

Your driver left a tag on 10/6 stating he will return the next weekday. Your driver returned saturday!

Not only did he return Saturday, he returned when we were pulling into our driveway. He was leaving the house, he saw us for sure, and he drove past us and didn't even stop!

Your services are far inferior to Fed Ex. I will make sure we only ship with Fed Ex from here on out.

UPS delivery

Tracking No. 1Z7962X00399081957. I was home all day when I got an email that the package was delivered. No one had rung my bell so I went downstairs to retrieve the package and didn't see it. I went outside and there it is, sitting outside on a busy street in a bad neighborhood where anyone could have taken it. It was an expensive item. The driver was too lazy to figure out how to ring the bell so I could have buzzed him into the lobby where packages should be left, not sitting outside. Plus it was raining and the box was wet. This is a reoccurring problem. A few months ago when the driver left the package outside, someone came along and opened the box. It was a set of new dishes so they left it, it was too heavy to carry away. This leaving the packages outside needs to stop. Please talk to all the drivers on my route.

UPS driver nancy klein who drives for ups in westminster, co's unprofessional, harassing, and unethical behavior

Nancy Klein works M-F in Westminster, CO predominately along Sheridan Blvd.
In July 2017 when I was living at her home, she asked me for my office complex's door security code so she could use the bathroom after hours. I don't think that is ethical or professional.
After Sept. 25 when she asked me to move out unexpectedly, on October 4, 2017, she sent me a text said she wanted my dog to come live with her as her dog was "having seizures".
Today, October 7, 2017, she filed a police report against me, reporting I was leaving my dog in my truck outside my office complex for extended periods and overnight. She told the police my office number but the police found her information untrue and harassing.
She has used her position as a UPS driver on the same route that covers my office building to check up on my truck and my dog, and she has the confidential office after hours code now so I am afraid, and so are the police, that she will come into the building unauthorized and harass me and my dog further.
I am going to file a police report against her, but I would like UPS to follow up and tell her not to use the confidential after hours door code, not to enter 8120 Sheridan Building C unauthorized, and to stop using her position to stalk my vehicle and my dog while delivering to my building.

UPS shipping to puerto rico - lying to your customers

Good afternoon,

I just got off the phone with a customer service representative who informed me that a package I sent on October 2nd to San Juan, PR is just sitting in a warehouse in San Juan because you are still stuck delivering packages from before the storm. The Tracking Number is 1za8464y0301014757. Before I sent the package I checked your website, which states you've resumed services to the zip code I'm sending to, and I spoke to a customer service representative on the phone to ensure that the package would actually be delivered. I was assured the package would be delivered. I was told it would maybe take a day or two extra, but it would be delivered.
Trusting what your website and customer service person said, I paid over $100 to UPS to ship a package to my family in Puerto Rico. Why would you like to the community, especially when people are desperate to help their families, when you KNEW that you hadn't even finished delivering packages from before the hurricane, so there's no way in heck you could deliver packages from after the hurricane! You have taken full advantage of people who are desperate and emotional to make a profit. You just banked over $100 from me because I trusted your organization, and now am being told it could be weeks before they get the package. That should've been disclosed from the beginning. I would've looked for a different company and not wasted money trusting your company. Now I'm out money and my family doesn't have what they need. You flat out lied, and continue to lie to the community, about your ability to ship to PR just to make a profit. I am going to make sure I voice this and post this lie to everyone I know to make sure no more families fall victim to your scam. I expect I will get a full refund for the shipment as it was not delivered on time, and I could use the money to pay a private charter or someone that is actually going to provide the services offered to send another package to my family. I also would like to know an estimated date of deliver, so that my family doesn't continue to sit hopeful for a package every day the UPS guy drives up to their building when in fact UPS is just sitting on it.

UPS no delivery

So much for 2nd Day Air ship UPS, ordered on 10/3/17, not out for delivery until 10/6/17. After 2 phone calls to [protected], first speaking with MJ, who SHOULD NOT be in telephonic customer service, she told me back, "the package was out for delivery up until 8pm." I called back after 8pm, spoke with Lily, she stated delivery times up to 7pm, then she changed to 9pm and lastly telling "as a UPS customer" she has gotten deliveries as late as midnight (sure but it's not Christmas season). Lily was insisting, I call back after 9pm. I instructed Lily, that I received a package earlier today at 2pm. UPS deliveries are never this late, especially on a Friday. I spoke with Dell/ the supervisor and after holding for over an hour, I finally accepted the fact, that UPS poor customer service would not be getting my package to me in any way, shape, or form of timely, much less in two days. Dell / supervisor was great, he kept me informed during my hour plus hold and called me back after I gave up and disconnected the call. Only to tell me my 2 day air package has turned into a 5 day maybe delivery, because it was put on the wrong truck.

Why offer a service you obviously can not provide? With all your technology and apps, it's as only good as the sad UPS employee operating it, which isn't saying much. At this very moment no one has updated my delivery status as of 10pm, 10/6/2017. My package is still out for delivery. I don't need my 2 day air package on Monday, I needed it today.

I suspect that the true story is, it was Friday and someone want to get off work on time or early so the customer is just out of luck.

I am an online shopper and I work from home with no less than 3 deliveries weekly to my home. I will request FED-EX even if it cost more, one can't put a price on Great customer service of which UPS is clueless. Every opportunity I get, I will be sure to give you a bad review.
