Walgreens Pharmacists

They lack empathy. They don’t care if you’re going to croak or have a heart attack they will not dispense medication “at The pharmacist discretion”. What about the health of the patient? What about the needs of the patient? They accuse people who suffer with mental illness of “abusing a controlled substance” for needing it 1 day early. I threatened that if I have a panic attack overnight because they refuse to release my Rx I would call corporate. She simply said “Ok” and hung up.

Desired outcome: Hire staff with better hearts who not judgmental [censored]

Walgreens Pharmacy

I have requested repeatedly for the pharmacy to give me my prescriptions in 30-Day increments. TOO often they come for 90 days and I am already home and don't want to take it back.

I have an insurance policy for home health care that includes $10 back for each prescription. When they give me 3 months at a time, I only get $10 back. If they give me prescriptions in 30 day increments, I get $30 back over 3 months. I realize they are busy, but if you are in the prescription business, do it to satisfy the customer. Thank you.

Walgreens No refund on returned Abbott Corvid Test Kit

I 'am required to provide a neg test for a cruise. I purchased the Abbott test. I was told by the cruise line that a supervised test must be submitted. I made a doctors appointment.

WHEN I WENT TO WALGREEN TO RETURN THE TEST< THE MABAGE SAID WALGREEN WILL NOT ACCEPT REYURNS>

I THINK THIS POLICY IS ABSURD. THE TEST IS UNUSED, I PAID FOR IT OT OF POCKET AND I WANT A REFUND>

Walgreens Walgreens pharmacies shutting down for lunch

This new shutdown of the pharmacy in my local walgreens store is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable! Who do these people think they are? You've made billions off the very customers you are screwing. Elderly people come in to get their prescriptions and have to stand or wait a half an hour because walgreens is too greedy to have pharmacists and their staff available during lunchtime, which in many cases is the only time someone can pick up their script. This is a bad business practice and needs to be overturned. There should no shutdowns of the pharmacy during the store's open hours!

Walgreens Appearance of your store

Do you have standards for your stores? Store# [protected] W. Flordia Ave. Hemet Ca. I'm writing because you store looks poor and the parking lot is full of trash the exterior is nasty. We feel that your store is a blight to our community.

Walgreens Verio test strips

I called in my reorder 3 weeks ago. The store number is 17236 item order number. 0141896, I called a week ago as a reminder. I called 2 days ago, pharmasist forgot. I called today he put me on hold. Now he has blocked my number, all because he and wal greens has screwed up. This is a reorder, I have already been approved. I have 2 more refills. I don't know the exact dates, but it is in your system

Walgreens They keep filling the wrong prescriptions

I have two prescriptions (Omeprazole 40 mgs and Lisinopril 20 mg) that Have been CHANGED to Panoprazol 40 mg and Losartan 50 mg. Picked up 01.31.2022 in the drive thru, (there phones were not working, no way to ask them in the drive thru)

For the past 4 months they keep filling the old prescriptions. Even after I tell them I no longer take those two. So now I have to pay more for the correct ones.

Desired outcome: I would like to return these two and get the correct ones, and I would like to see the fee waived. for the inconvenience, and know for sure that the other ones will be removed from account.

Walgreens Manager/staff/photo - center

Hello, ,

Now, yesterday I went into the wal Let me begin by telling you I’ve been a long time user of your store and photo printing center. As a photographer, who makes money on the prints that your stores develop- I consider Walgreens to be my secret gem- as nobody would ever guess that is where I get my work printed , being that the outcome is usual very high-level print shop work.

Evening I went to pick up an order at Walgreens on Vine st in Eastlake OH. I knew for a fact that was where I sent my order because thats my usual store, also because of the email which alerted me to pick them up there. However - my prints (which included 3- 11*14 Poster board prints , and one 16*20 regular satin print) were nowhere to be found by the worker. She couldn't locate them in the computer , nor the hard copies that had been waiting for pickup- mind you this was NOT the main issue, we're getting there. So after she told me they weren't at that location , I proceeded to check 2 different Walgreens - the one in Willoughby OH , on SOM center rd. - as well as the Walgreens in Euclid OH, on Lakeshore Blvd. I was not shocked to find out that these stores , which together , there and back took me at least an extra 25 miles / 1.5 hours round trip all to NOT find my images . The Euclid Walgreens was my last stop , so since they didn't have my prints, I just decided to reprint my order there- as I needed them for work, my photography is my work - these prints had be paid for by my client already. Euclid did a wonderful job of reprinting my order - they were kind , efficient , and ever so welcoming.

NOW... flash forward to today , I thought it would be wise of myself to check in with the original place where I printed my work, to let them know- in case they happen to find my missing work, that I had to reprint it due to the issues from the day prior . I didn't want them to think I simply didn't pick them up. ALSO, as I said - my photography is my WORK. I simply couldn't fathom 3 pieces in which my client pays upward of $100 per price, just "lost" - because they were printed but just not located. That is- until today. As I said, I stopped there to explain everything and the middle age / bald on top mail manager(description because he had no name tag) and the younger man working at photo literally acted as though they thought I was making up a fib - trying to get something for free. It's a bad look for your store, moreover it was largely offensive to me - after ALL I went through to get my images , all giving one damn about any of the trouble I went through - or considering the fact that all of this was due to issues at the store , not on my end - the older gentleman who called himself a manager - said with a sigh and roll of his eyes "we'll do you want them or not, best I can do is 50% off" - which isn't what I was looking for but certainly was less than what he should have offered ... Far less. All in all I just wanted my prints to remain private - and therefore I took him up on his offer . The younger man rang me out without even looking up at me, ignoring me, not even asking if I'd like to use my Walgreens card , and all but throwing my images at me . He gave me the WRONG images , which I realized after getting back into my car. Being that Ieft this store crying and I just didn't want to be treated like [censored] again, for the damn stores mistake - I called 1st and asked if someone could come help me at the photo center , other than him- after briefing the person on why. Another employee met me up front and corrected the mix up, and re cashed me out. I don't know if this sounds like as big of an ordeal as it was for me. But please know I've never been treated like that in any facility . Also, what should have been me popping out ONE time around the corner to pick up my order - turned into all that. I'm a mother of 3 , my youngest is disabled, so even though her dad was here when I sorted all of this, it was stressful as hell to not be able to be right back as I said I would be . All bad - and if it weren't extreme I'd have NEVER taken the time to write this / call. I don't think I've ever made a formal complaint like this in my life , so please understand that being that I am now- it is a problem. Thank you for your time - I appreciate you handling this situation as you see fit , just as long as I or no other person is ever dealt with , with such distaste and disrespect.

Walgreens Lomairia

My coupon from Good Rx was not honored because they said it had expired. When I called my prescription in I told the person I had a coupon with Good Rx, on my cell and she said just bring it in and they could scan it. This was on1/20/2021. But said I would not be able to pick up until the 25th due to the cold and at 72 I have sever Arthritis and was unable to get down my stairs. I live alone with no family or help. So the 25th was able to drive and pick it up. Showed the coupon and she said coupon was expired. With coupon it was $11.15 for 30 day supply and I had 90 day supply. I just bought enough cash to cover $11.15x3 and the tax. So, had to pay $58.98 and put on credit card, which I really do not like to do. Being a senior, and only have my Soc. Sec. that's a lot of money for me. So called Walgreens today to complain, spoke to Aurora and she said just get another coupon and we will refund difference on your card. I said great. So went on Rx and they no longer had that price of 11.15 per 30. CVS did, but I had already paid the higher price and opened the bottle.

Desired outcome: Just want the price of the coupon I got the 1st time. And credit my credit card.

Walgreens Delays in filling prescriptions

Good morning,

I am a long term customer and have generally had a good experience with Walgreens. Ever since Walgreens transitioned to the central fill for processing prescriptions I have had nothing but problems getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I have had recent problems in getting my felodipine and irbesartan filled before I run out of medication. Case in point: My most recent refill request was for another 30 day supply of irbesartan. I called the pharmacy on Friday January 21st in the morning and was advised the prescription would be ready on Monday January 24th. When I called on Monday to see if the prescription was ready I received an automated message advising it was in process and they would contact me it was ready. Today is Thursday January 27th and it has been two (2) days since I have run out of this medication. When I called the pharmacy I received another message advising that it was still in process. I was able to speak to an employee who advised that the order was being filled by central fill and was supposed to have arrived on January 24th but they still had not yet received the shipment. Fortunately, they had irbesartan in stock and would immediately fill it. This is the second time in the last 2 months this has happened to me (the first time was with a felodipine refill). The central fill process is not working and can jeopardize the health of customers by not being able to fill their prescriptions in a timely manner.

No sign saying that card system was down. So told After waiting In line for 10 minutes. Said company policy not to post signs. So sent me to front to ATM to get cash to pay for prescriptions and the machine charges me 3.75 to get $$z. Had to go back and wait in line. Girl in pharmacy knew I have been there and did care or bring me forward as I already waiter. Terrible customer service!

My wife is terminally ill and needs her pain meds. This/today is the 3rd time I went to get her prescriptions and the pharmacy dept was closed. I'm pissed and I will never shop at a Walgreens again. You have allowed her to be at the mercy of her illnesses. What kind of pharmacy is frequently closed for prescriptions? Do you have a family member who suffers but can't get their meds?

Walgreens Pharmacy department

I have been using this pharmacy for 2 plus years located on the Corner of Lincoln and Scottsdale Rd in Scottsdale AZ. 85250
I have never been treated so rudely by the pharmacy staff there, it once was a pleasure to deal with the personnel there. Those days are long GONE! all new faces and obviously inexperienced and unequipped to deal with customers.
I get calls that my script is ready, and then EVERYTIME since Dec 1 2021 when I arrive I get another story form whomever is working there.
I was told by 2 of the staff there yesterday to take my business elsewhere! Another customer overheard and saw me in the parking lot and commented.."I COULDNT BELIEVE HOW YOU WERE TREATED.
May I add that since you have utilized a"call center", the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
