Walgreens review: Pharmacist Pat JCLYDE VA

I havw e been receiving my medi ation for years, and with any relationship, I am aware that not everyone agrees always. I was told by the newest Pharmacy member Pat that why haven't I been going to Kroger, she then proceeded to be so rude and unprofessional. She stated I am flagged, I asked her why and is she is aware of what stating a patient is flagged mean. She stated, that was a poor choice of words, she staed I am not flagged, but she is wondering why I am paying and not using another Pharmacy. I then told her that even though I feel uncomfortable giving her information about my personal business, my husband pays with discount card and out of pocket for my medications.

She stated she would call me when its ready and never did. Today I called in and it seemed as though whoever pi ked up phone in the department was agitated and extremely rude. Whatever is going on in this Pharmacy in Virginia, Newport News J Clyde location is extremely unprofessional and just sad for loyal customers and si k patients that count on their neighborhood pharmavy to treat us with respect as we do for them. Walgreens training employees is horrible.
