12/14/23 12:45am... My daughters school said she had lice I bought the Nix medicine got home checked her head I didn't see anything so I try to return the unopened medicine the cashier was gonna do it but she needed approval from a manager she said O no now I gotta get him to come up here he's so mean & hateful everybody complains on him she said I felt bad for her already... The manager is Nathan.. As soon as he gets up to the counter he says eww no no I'm not doing that? I'm thinking why to myself.. The cashier says why? It's unopened & he's got the receipt he just bought it yesterday.. He said because I do not trust that just look at it it's for lice right infront of 5 shoppers VERY embarrassing.. Anyway he says you can bring it back tomorrow I said it's not even been opened & was gonna explain like I just did 2 you but he cut me off & said I said bring it tomorrow or don't I do not care it's nasty & I don't trust it! This is the most embarrassing thing I've ever went thru...He is so unbelievably Rude.. On top of it he was making faces like he was disgusted by me trying to return a hair product he definitely should not be a manager the poor cashier doesn't even wanna keep working there & several other employees are gonna quit over him he is not a manager at all nobody likes him & always gets complained on for being rude is exactly what she said before he came & I see why he needs fired...
Desired outcome: Disciplinary action taken against Nathan or a Apology & of course me being able to return the hair products I was trying to return this should not be this difficult when I've got the receipt & it's unopened product!!
