Online Photo Department & Call Center
I order 2 photo books that were supposed to be shipped to my closest Walmart, I ordered one on the 13th of August and the other one the 19th of August. Since that day the orders were placed I never received my photo books. The stores just says we don’t have anything! When I call the call center for online orders I got 3 different answers every time I called. I just spoke to a supervisor and also said she can’t give me a refund because only the photo department can give me the refund, but the photo department has too many calls and she was going to get someone to help me but instead she just hung up on me.
Desired outcome: I need my books, but if it’s too hard to solve I need my refund for both photo books!

I was told one doll would be delivered Oct. 13 and the next doll would ship on Friday the 14th, yet the first doll never arrived and now my order just says delayed and there is no status update on the second doll at all. I called customer services and not only was I treated horribly I could hear workers in the background being loud, laughing and insulting customers calling them Karen's and the such so loudly I could barely hear the person I was speaking with. There was no effort made to help me, none at all. I was given the run around, lied to and treated disrespectful. I was told there was a financial hold on doll two but that they would contact the business office to have it removed which didn't happen nor was I told why there was one on one doll. I tried contacting Wal-Mart by other means, Instagram and Twitter where I was give paste and copy answers. No attempt was made to help me and I was lied to at several points. I would like to know the point of a pre order if Wal-Mart has no intention of honoring them as well as treating their customers so poorly. I have never dealt with such unprofessional behavior or been spoken to in such an insulting manner simply because I want my order that I placed in September fulfilled. I want to actually speak to some in charge but I suppose my money isn't good enough for Wal-Mart .

MONTHLY Membership FEE
I am normally charged 12.99 per month for walmart services. The last several months instead of charging the card that I used for this tranaction they have been selecting what ever card I have used to make my onlione purchases. I never authorized them to do so. This month on 10/9/2022 I get a charge for 14.12 which is odd. This transaction is perceived as fraud on my account . I get the message from my back asking me did I authorize this charge and my response is NO . My back put a hold on my account and I had to wait a whole week to get another card due to Fed EX horrible service. I reached out to Walmart and was told oh that is the taxes that we added for you membership fee due to the state that you live in . I have had this membership with Walmart since 2019 before the pandemic and have been paying the same amoutneach month. When I asken to speak to a Supervisor was told due to the high call volume I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I asked if this is the new policy that I will have to pay a salestax on my mebership then can this be sent to me in writing via my email and was told no. I was then sent an email stating that I can write then and ask about this which is truly unacceptable. I am starting to rethink my membership because from time to time I will get a random 3 charge from Walmart and made no purchases. If indeed the rule and policies have changed then I need to see this in writing . This the third time that this has happened and I had to go through the whole process of getting a new card and disputing charge. It may not be the first but it will be the last
Walmart plus online
I chose to sign up for the Walmart online service for a free 30 day trial. I have been charged unexplained amounts of money and with no explanation and this is ridiculous. I requested a refund for $10.59 and it looks like Walmart refunded the money and then charged me the same day $9.01. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone and I don’t have money to give away. You guys need to fix this issue. It seems to me someone in the company is doing this and they need to be reprimanded for this.

Customer service
Wal-Mart obviously contracts its customer service to foreign countries to save money by paying cheap wages! Of course they don't have to deal with the fact that most of their customer service team can't speak or understand english! Between the 5 minute pauses for every communication you write via chat they are either using Google translate or just not understanding English! The website is trash! I tried to order some Halloween items and manually changed the address to the correct one. Somehow despite my attempt to change it the address somehow reverted back to the old one. So when I realized this I contacted customer service yesterday. The person who I was talking to obviously didn't understand English because there were extremely long pauses between each communication and his answers were generic responses such as "I am addressing your concern." He obviously had no clue what the problem was. So after 15 to 20 minutes of this I asked to speak to his supervisor. All if the sudden he tells me that the order is being fixed and sent to the correct address. I suspect he jyst said this to get me to go away because today I received an email that my items are being sent but once again to the wrong address! I contacted them again and told them they need to cancel the order. Now they are claiming they can't cancel the order because its in the mail! Then they lied again and said they would cancel it. When I asked for written proof of cancellation the guy disconnected right away! I plan on disputing the charge with my bank and will be sending the screenshots! Never again!
Desired outcome: Cancel the order and give me my money back!!!!

My husband got this meat at the store in elizabeth city as he was eating his sandwiche this was in it looks like a cat claw my husband could have choked and could get some disease from it. The employees on the floor
Wed. Oct. 12, 2022. Super walmart store morris illinois. Needed help to locate sometning in the store and and i encountered not only one, not only two, but three walmart female employees that i asked for help and they walked past me only saying no english, and went on their way. There seemed to not be any english speeking employees on the floor at this store. I guess that i am sorry i only sdperek english. They were reading their phone and putting things away

Optometrist
I took my daughter to Walmart vision center (1881 baltimore pike hanover, pa) for a check up on 8/22/22. She saw Dr. David Emrich – the optometrist there. She has always had just one astigmatism and he told us she had 2 and that sometimes happens. We left with a sample of lenses and we were to return in a couple weeks. We returned 9/5/2022. My daughter told the Dr. the contact lenses he gave her to try did not feel right and she was seeing worse than with the previous pair. He proceeds to do the entire check up all over again. I brought my husband this time. Last time, I had a very hard time figuring out what he was saying. His words were jumbled, he told stories and it took way much longer than it needed to. I stopped him and said to just please give us a script. I still did not know what he said. He did feel confident enough to give us a prescription for contact lenses. I went to another Walmart vision center to get it filled – they could not read the prescription. It was illegible and could not be filled. And what could be made out on the script made no sense. I ended up taking my daughter to a different eye dr. altogether. She still just has one astigmatism and the script she received is nothing like the one Dr. Emrich gave us. She is able to see clearly. I wasted our time with this dr. at Walmart.
Desired outcome: I would very much like to reimbursed the $50.00 fitting fee of the contacts. I had to pay a second fitting fee for the 2nd eye dr. I had to take her to.

Hello all, I went to this store to make a walmart to walmart money transfer I wait in line than after when they attend me I pay then they asked me to qualify them for the service I qualify them ok them after that they told me that it was not confirmation number and I was supposed to wait for them to fix it after aprox 1 hr waiting I let they know that I can't no wait no more and I ask them for my money back amanda the person in charge in customer services told me that was not possible and she told that I was supposed to wait or fix it myself I let her know that either one was not ok because was a person waiting for this money she ask me again to wait and told me that maybe in couple they can fix the problem I let her know again that iwas with no time and can't wait for 2 more hrs so the answers was the same them you fix it finally I exit from walmart went to the bank withdrawal more money went to another place and finally I make the transfer without a problem now my question is how to recover my money for a service that I never received.

I placed a pickup order for items at a local Walmart. When the employee came to put my items in the trunk of my car, he noticed something and touched it before putting it into the bag and into my car. Getting home I realized it was molded, outdated protein shakes.
Desired outcome: I would like for this location to be assessed by the health department or some public health official to open an investigation on the practices there.
Delivery service from your store @4505 W. Charleston in Las Vegas
I've been using your delivery service for about 6 weeks now,every time but once my order is screwed up in some way,this last one was the worst,they forgot my 2 cases of water,coffee,sugar,6 cans of rotel,cheerios,ramon soup,bushs baked beans,hot dog buns,they said they would return my money for these items,but thats not the point,what kind of employees do you have working there?I could see messing up maybe 1 or 2 times but this is ridiculous,you need to do something about this,I'm going to have to use another delivery from somwhere else,I am retired on a fixed income and 73 years old,I do not need this kind of aggravation.
Grocery Delivery
I placed a grocery Order on morning of 10/7/2022 through my Ocoee, FL supercenter and delivery wasn't available until afternoon of 10/7/2022. I spoke with the Pickup/Delivery Counter at this store who told me that if Uber drivers aren't available to perform deliveries, customers are at the mercy of whenever they are available - HOW ABSOLUTELY IDIOTIC. IF UBER OR DOOR DASH ISN'T AVAILABLE, THEN THIS ISN'T WORKING - Get your own delivery drivers. Jesus H Christ! Not rocket science. I'm canceling this $125 order and ordering through Amazon Prime which has ABSOLUTELY no problem delivering same day - I'm also canceling my Walmart + Membership

Honeywell ceiling fan led light
Bought 2 new fans for my new house.They have been installed one year.When walmart sold these the replacement led light had been discontinued in 2019 an a law suit involved.Still walmart sold these to the public.Now all I have is a useless fan with no light in my main living room! This was not a cheap light fixture! I THINK IM OWED A CEILING FAN! MAYBE A GREAT WHOLESALE BUYOUT FOR YOU. BUT A CONSUMER LOSS TO ME!

I have been trying to order a PS5 from the website for 2 days their system kept auto cancelling my order. Was told on 9/28/22 that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, waited and retried, had same problem. 9/29/22 Contacted them yet again was assured the issue would be resolved in 30-40 minutes retried, again had same issue. Contacted them yet again was told to wait 72 hours. About an hour after the last order was auto-cancelled by their system and reversed a pending charge for the amount of the order appeared on my bank, with no order associated with it. Have tried contacting them about this and keep getting the run around. This has been an absolute nightmare for me.
Desired outcome: If I can get my order at a discount for this nightmare they've put me through that would be nice.If not I would like to just have my money refunded posthaste so I may take my business elsewhere.
Handicap shopping carts
For over a year I have approached the manager as well as walmart customer service over the dismissal condition of their electric handicap carts none of the function for long batteries are wore out some have defective issues and constantly shut off. For what ever reason the refuse to listen and repair or replace these necessities for us handicap customers. I am tired of this falling on deaf ears for us to suffer because they are to cheap to fix these issues

When I received the ice maker it wasn't put together and had a broken piece that I never could figure out where it went I started calling walmart right before my 30 days were up asking for a return shipping label never received one I kept calling since the 18th of July everyone just seems to pass the buck for instance the ice machine is out at Walmart now and today he 27th if September I went out their to prove to them that I had been calling since July 18 and was told again they couldn't help me it was a walmart marketplace problem I just want to return this broken item

Walmart money card
Had the Walmart money card family account almost 10 years. We have our life savings in this account. It got compromised last week due to some sort of scam or suspicious activity and random charges started happening. We requested we be able to pull OUR money off the card, they requested we send in verification of identity and proof of address which we did. Holding our money until they get around to it, meanwhile automatic bill withdrawals aren't able to go through so now we are dealing with creditors and late fees. We requested we go to Walmart to close this bogus account and they denied us access to do so. I will never again use any of their services or shop at their stores. A couple thousand dollars on hold until they get to decide how to handle it... turned into FDIC
Desired outcome: Would like my money in my account withdrawn immediately and this fraud card account closed.
Walmart.ca keeps lying & violating their purchased delivery promises
I ordered 2 items online for the first time ever with Walmart Canada on Sept 17/22 with delivery to happen on Sept 19/22
No delivery on Sept 19/22 & I logged a formal complaint with Walmart Canada on Sept 22. A Walmart email to me dated Sept 21 promised again that 1 item would be delivered on Sept 22 & the other item on Sept 29/22
Again, no delivery , no message, call or email re the Sept 22 delivery item.
Did not realize till now that Walmart Canada can lie the ways it did to me & repeatedly violated their own delivery promises in writing.
Walmart Canada also failed or very secretive of telling me what went wrong--hackers into their secured system, human errors, am I the only one having this issue, nothing!
Also, they control the entire complaint process & suffered customers are not allowed to communicate direct with their "escalation team" or someone higher up in their private, non-transparent business bureaucracy

It has been 6 weeks since I have been able to buy the above mentioned item from any of your stores in San Angelo Texas. Is there a legitimate reason why for this? You would think one would simply order more of this product if they see a product dissappearing from the shelf. There may be 2 or 3 rows of each of the other flavors and zero in the flavor, Chocolate Caramel. Apparently your manager in that department isn't aware of the problem.
