CPAP cleaner and sanitizing machine # [protected]
I have contacted Walmart two times with a request for replacement or refund and was told that the manufacturer would contact me with in two days on October 6, 2022. Nothing has happened either by Wiscky or Walmart to date as of October 30, 2022.
I am disabled and depend on the machine to function which it is not doing cutting me at a health risk.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

We buy everything's in Walmart by interned because we are disabled, we always check the bank account we were very disappointed with this store return few things for different issues we didn't find the return money from Walmart.
We want to denounce this issue because money is tied, especially for sick people like us.
Furthermore, we really but if they don't give the money back we are going to stop buying in Walmart star buying on Amazon, nobody never had problems with returning money.

I Oder tires there because there cheap and I was told they would come in 1 day when it took several days I made my install appointment the tire came in and they canceled it thought they were not in and now I have to wait 2 days cause that’s the soonest when I did not cancel my appointment I’m very mad I will not ever get tires there I was lied to .

When the card was to be used - it was found that the card had been hacked.
The amount was 350.00 - purchased on 9/10/2022
2 transactions were recorded - one in FLORIDA to fanclub.com. It was 301.00
and a 2nd one in Arkansas for 47.00.
These were done over the internet. I live in Mississippi. I did not make these transactions and I am struggling to get my money back.
I have called Vanilla Mastercard to get this done. I am just delayed or wait on hold for hours.

I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from WALTMART.
My tires have a roadside contract on them both of my tires pick up a nail I return to the store to get them fix, they put my car on the rack for about an hour while I waited I saw the technician gathered with the service manager talking about my car I went and ask what the issue was with my car not being work on I was yelled and ask to get my car and leave the store by a rude lady I retrieve my car and left. I contacted customer on August 11,2022and explained that the service unsatisfactory. response was I will be receiving calls from the service manager and store managers Reyna Garcia or Elise Vasquez I am still awaiting their call this is my REF#[protected].
I paid $164.00for this service. payment was made by credit card the name of my credit card is CAPITAONE.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would a full to receive a full refund from WALTMART of the cost of service in the amount of $164.00 and other charges.

Vision center, prescription lenses promised but improperly made
I paid for custom made, prescription reading lenses that dr. James dimarco of their optometry office within the wal-mart location of n. Mesa street, el paso, texas, had prescribed. I paid almost $300 (three hundred dollars). I had to wait another 7-10 days for my prescription glasses to be made. When their staff called me over the telephone, left message for me to pick up my glasses, ready for pickup, the lenses were not made as prescribed, and the staff there wanted another $100 from me to fix it. I could only see clearly through the middle of the lenses, the surrounding area of the center of both lenses were blurred and were not custom fit tailored to the doctor's order. They misquoted the price to me, and wanted another $100 from me to fix it, in addition to waiting another 10 days. I said, no. I gave the glasses back, and in turn, their vision center staff refunded my money that i had paid at initial consultation. It seemed as though they were playing games with the time and monies of wal-mart customers that truly needed prescription glasses. Vision impairment is not a game and definitely not a laughing matter. Their vision centers have lots of complaints against them. Now, i understand why. Their optometrists gage prescriptions all wrong. There was some unprofessional behaviour between the optometrist and the folks working at their vision store that issues the glasses. The optometrist was not dressed like a professional doctor, he was dressed like a school teacher, rather than a doctor. My experience there was not good.
Desired outcome: IMPROVE THEIR STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THEIR VISION CENTER PATIENTS. STOP TELLING LIES TO THEM.
Wreaths Online Purchase
Rec’d wreaths 9/15 started a return which said said all free returns and it did not go through. I filed a dispute with PayPal, sent email to seller (YZHTSJ) he responded to return wreaths to address he provided. I paid $25 USPS to return, never heard back. PayPal denied my claim because they said I returned to the wrong address, I told him that I have the email where the seller told me to return. So now I’m out $25, the cost of the wreaths and the wreaths! I closed my my acct with PayPal I sent them numerous screen shots of proof of my case! I was charged $63.88 for the wreaths I would like my money back!
Straight talk activation kit
Purchased a Straight Talk activation kit and the scratch off pin # was damaged during my gentle and careful scratch off as instructed. Now the $35 card is useless without the pin # and Wal-mart won't refund according to their phone card policy. Legally, they are responsible for selling a defective product. I followed the instructions and the pin was still damaged (missing 2 digits).
This happened before with American Airlines gift card and they sent a replacement, like Wal-mart should.
I am sure that if I buy another Straight Talk card from Wal-mart and ask the store manager to scratch off the pin, the same thing would happen (damaged pin). I might need to do this to prove my point.
Desired outcome: Refund of $35 plus tax.Stop doing this to innocent people. Happens a lot with gift cards too.
27 inch x 48 inch mini blinds
Hi, I purchased some items on 10/16 around 12:15 pm at the Waldorf Walmart for $35.81. I forgot the mini blinds I purchased at self check out. The next day I realized and went to the store. I couldn't find the receipt so the customer service lady used my credit card and found the purchase and verified the blinds. I asked what happens when someone leaves something behind and another women (supervisor?) said they put it back on the shelf. I was told security will have to look at footage and see if I actually left them behind and they would call me back. That was the 17th and haven't heard back. I tried to call but no one picks up. I ended up buying another one and would like a refund for the first one.
I do a lot of shopping at Walmart and .com and wouldn't lie about blinds that cost 10.00. If someone pays for something I would think it could be put in customer service for a few days in case someone comes back.

on tuesday 10/11/22 i was placing an online grocery order... when i hit submit it advised me the time slot i had requested is no longer available and i need to pick another one so i did. when i hit submit again it says my card had insufficient funds. so i hit submit again and again insufficient funds. i had gotten a notification on my phone that funds was also taken off my cash app card. i check my ebt on your website and sure enough it you had already charged my card. i checked my balance on your website and the money was gone on my ebt card. it never gave me an order number or confirmation number, no email nothing. i contacted customer service several times for a week. they assured me it would be back on my card within 48hous. LIES... no they cant help me, i need to contact ebt. which i have done the amount posted to my ebt and funds removed. they refer me to walmart. walmart says they cant help me so im out 374.44 on my ebt and 69.21 on my visa. walmart failed the order prior to this one as well. they forgot to deliver everything from the frozen section on my order. but they didn't care again i had to jump through hoops as though it was my fault. i have children, this is devastating. not being able to provide for my children, watching them go hungry is truly unbearable. i just want my money or my order so i can provide for my family. i have a long history with walmart been ordering for years. this is a service that i very much need. but has repeatedly let me down. i have been every patient but im at my breaking point and i would rather be DEAD. I order 2 photo books that were supposed to be shipped to my closest Walmart, I ordered one on the 13th of August and the other one the 19th of August. Since that day the orders were placed I never received my photo books. The stores just says we don’t have anything! When I call the call center for online orders I got 3 different answers every time I called. I just spoke to a supervisor and also said she can’t give me a refund because only the photo department can give me the refund, but the photo department has too many calls and she was going to get someone to help me but instead she just hung up on me.
Desired outcome: I need my books, but if it’s too hard to solve I need my refund for both photo books!

There was no effort made to help me, none at all. I was given the run around, lied to and treated disrespectful. I was told there was a financial hold on doll two but that they would contact the business office to have it removed which didn't happen nor was I told why there was one on one doll. I tried contacting Wal-Mart by other means, Instagram and Twitter where I was give paste and copy answers. No attempt was made to help me and I was lied to at several points. I would like to know the point of a pre order if Wal-Mart has no intention of honoring them as well as treating their customers so poorly. I have never dealt with such unprofessional behavior or been spoken to in such an insulting manner simply because I want my order that I placed in September fulfilled. I want to actually speak to some in charge but I suppose my money isn't good enough for Wal-Mart .

MONTHLY Membership FEE
I am normally charged 12.99 per month for walmart services. The last several months instead of charging the card that I used for this tranaction they have been selecting what ever card I have used to make my onlione purchases. I never authorized them to do so. This month on 10/9/2022 I get a charge for 14.12 which is odd. This transaction is perceived as fraud on my account . I get the message from my back asking me did I authorize this charge and my response is NO . My back put a hold on my account and I had to wait a whole week to get another card due to Fed EX horrible service. I reached out to Walmart and was told oh that is the taxes that we added for you membership fee due to the state that you live in . I have had this membership with Walmart since 2019 before the pandemic and have been paying the same amoutneach month. When I asken to speak to a Supervisor was told due to the high call volume I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I asked if this is the new policy that I will have to pay a salestax on my mebership then can this be sent to me in writing via my email and was told no. I was then sent an email stating that I can write then and ask about this which is truly unacceptable. I am starting to rethink my membership because from time to time I will get a random 3 charge from Walmart and made no purchases. If indeed the rule and policies have changed then I need to see this in writing . This the third time that this has happened and I had to go through the whole process of getting a new card and disputing charge. It may not be the first but it will be the last

I chose to sign up for the Walmart online service for a free 30 day trial. I have been charged unexplained amounts of money and with no explanation and this is ridiculous. I requested a refund for $10.59 and it looks like Walmart refunded the money and then charged me the same day $9.01. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone and I don’t have money to give away. You guys need to fix this issue. It seems to me someone in the company is doing this and they need to be reprimanded for this.

Customer service
Wal-Mart obviously contracts its customer service to foreign countries to save money by paying cheap wages! Of course they don't have to deal with the fact that most of their customer service team can't speak or understand english! Between the 5 minute pauses for every communication you write via chat they are either using Google translate or just not understanding English! The website is trash! I tried to order some Halloween items and manually changed the address to the correct one. Somehow despite my attempt to change it the address somehow reverted back to the old one. So when I realized this I contacted customer service yesterday. The person who I was talking to obviously didn't understand English because there were extremely long pauses between each communication and his answers were generic responses such as "I am addressing your concern." He obviously had no clue what the problem was. So after 15 to 20 minutes of this I asked to speak to his supervisor. All if the sudden he tells me that the order is being fixed and sent to the correct address. I suspect he jyst said this to get me to go away because today I received an email that my items are being sent but once again to the wrong address! I contacted them again and told them they need to cancel the order. Now they are claiming they can't cancel the order because its in the mail! Then they lied again and said they would cancel it. When I asked for written proof of cancellation the guy disconnected right away! I plan on disputing the charge with my bank and will be sending the screenshots! Never again!

Needed help to locate sometning in the store and and i encountered not only one, not only two, but three walmart female employees that i asked for help and they walked past me only saying no english, and went on their way. There seemed to not be any english speeking employees on the floor at this store. I guess that i am sorry i only sdperek english. They were reading their phone and putting things away
