Walmart Selling and delivering expired skincare products

Y23505489. Order date April 2, 2021
I received a product that had expired 11 months ago.
At first, I wanted it exchanged for an active ingredient product but since I have had no response I now want my money back.
I emailed and left phone messages with no follow up resolution.
I have never used Walmart's online shopping experience before, nor will I ever again.

Walmart Douglass tires

I bought 2 new Douglass tires 28 days ago. In less than 1 month the tires are nearly bald. Of course any warranty is void by alignment issues. While it is true that the car probably needs an alignment, the tires still shouldn't be nearly as worn as they are after less than 1 month(1, 000miles).

ONE MONTH!

The manager at the Walmart looked at my tires, and even admitted that they shouldn't be that worn even with alignment issues, but "unfortunately the alignment issue is going to void the warranty, and those ARE the cheapest tires we sell" to quote him.

Of course Walmart doesn't do alignments either, but you better get one!

The Douglass tire is an amazingly shoddy product made by Goodyear exclusively for Walmart. Walmart and Goodyear should both be ashamed to produce and sell such a product

Desired outcome: REFUND! But that's not going to happen. No use in them replacing with the same crappy tires.

Walmart Self-Checkout Only Option

Walmart has recently implemented a new policy where there are NO regular checkout lanes with cashiers available. Everyone is now forced to use self-checkout. This is not a good customer service move. People are so frustrated they are just leaving their full carts. The self-checkout lanes are so crowded that there is no social distancing and the wait is long. I, personally, will not be shopping at Walmart until this policy is changed. My small town of Sparta has few other shopping choices, but I will do my best to find alternatives in the surrounding area or online (but not at walmart.com). I have shopped at Walmart for many years and recognize many longtime employees who I no longer see. Has Walmart laid off all of them in order to increase their profits?

Desired outcome: Reopen regular checkout lanes (more than one when necessary) with cashiers instead of forcing customers to use self-checkout.

Walmart Grocery deliver

Yesterday we placed a Walmart Order for Groceries. We ordered in middle of night to ensure timely delivery. We were told 10am and then received notice around 11 that order was delayed and new delivery time of 1pm. At 1 order still did not show and we started calling the store. We called 294 times before we got someone on the phone. Several of those calls were picked up and we could hear them chatting and giggling in the background and then the line would hang up. We worked with helpdesk to no avail as we do not want to do a refund as it takes to long to get to our card that way. We offered to have them put it on a gift card instead and was immediately refused and told all refunds are sent back in 24 hours or less which is not true as we have had to refund 3 seperate times now and it always take 5 days. This order had our childrens dinner for last night included in order and has all of our funds tied up into this order. We called today and still couldnt get through to the store and then called helpdesk and was told they would send it out ASAP. It is now 4:30 and still no delivery or update on Walmarts site. We need something done fast. I can provide the call logs showing the 294 calls placed to local store and if you look at the tickets from the helpdesk you will see they also tried calling the store to no avail.

Walmart Grocery delivery

I place orders a lot with Walmart grocery delivery. The last couple of months they have been 1 to 2 hours late bringing my groceries. When I call customer service they blame it on the drivers and tell me to just have a nice day and wait. One customer service person asked me to pay 10.00 extra and they would get my order that should have already been at my house to me ASAP! Customer service does not care! I will cancel my monthly subscription for grocery delivery. They do not care about their customers.

They just want the extra $10, that's their purpose for doing this to people. And that's with your monthly subscription. They sucker you in by delivering your groceries ASAP with the free trial. As soon as you subscribe, then place your first order they will make sure you get your grocery 24 hours later in the hope that you will pay the extra $10 to have your grocery expedited. Its all a big SCAM!

Walmart Organic Peat Moss

I placed an on-line order for multiple items within the past couple of weeks. The only order that I have not received is an order that I placed for organic peat moss and I believe it was from Espoma. I have no way to track it because I can't locate the e-mail sent to me by Walmart nor can I track it on-line because there's only one order showing up in my six month history of on-line orders. This is the 2nd person that I have chatted with about two, different issues because the problems were not resolved the first time that I complained. The person that I chatted with today, between 11:00 - 11:15 a.m. told me that they would escalate the on-going issue of receiving e-mails from a closed account, but when it came to assisting me with the problem of not being able to view my six months history of purchases, they immediately ended the conversation, which's very rude on their part, and that's not how I expect to be treated as a customer. Prior to ending the conversation, they told me that I must have made all of these previous purchases as a guest, which's not correct.

Desired outcome: I would like for someone to speak with this individual and then I would like feedback.

Walmart Unqualify employee

Bought a tv online on january 20, 2021
The tv arrived broken and took almost 3 weeks to arrive {was supposed to be only few days)
I started a return online and few day (still in the frame time to be return at the store as I was direct to do)
They did not accepted it (not the store employees fault) the walmart computer did not let them take it back
They send me to fedex saying I was supposed to send it back at the fedex store they couldn't accept it either (walmart did let them do it either so I got a different cod to return it at walmart store I went back to the store for the 3th time they again could "read"the cod and so they couldn't accept that either took the costumer service 3 hours to finally get someone to authorize the return of a broken tv
That I has already paid for for 3 days.
Almost 10 hours just to return a broken received tv
3 hours with my 2 years old baby (tired. Hungry, crying) waiting for walmart to do de right thing
I have been a loyal costumer for years and i'm very disappointed

Walmart 40 gallon size great value freezer slider zipper bags

I have used three of the bags and when I closed them they won't seal. I ruined a loaf of bread with the first one because I didn't realize it didn't seal. It is a box of 40 great value gallon size freezer zipper bags. Please send a replacement box or refund my money. I have bought these before and had no problem. On today's date @walmart store #5671. A female cleaning employee, was standing around the front end complaining of feeling bad and having body aches. She didn't look well. She had been at work for a while and in and out of the restrooms. Her cart was left in the middle of the isle, in front of the store. I just found out she tested positive for the corvid-19 virus. Walmart Curbside pickup

I placed a pick up order the evening of 2/16/21. The pick up was for 5-6 pm on 2/17. The morning of 2/17 about 10:00 am I went to add a few more groceries and it was already too late to add items? It showed it was preparing? Here my order was a pick up 5-6pm 8 hrs. Later and I can't add more items? So it showed preparing all day!? Then about 5:00 pm it showed it was ready.. So for 8 hrs I couldn't add any more items.. Your loss, and mine too. I got there at 5:30 ish on 2/27 and there were 6-7 cars waiting. Most of us just sat there, no one came to help us? About 30 minutes went by, I finally stuck my head out my door, told a young kid my name, he walked away and I waited another 15 min, he never returned, or my groceries.. Finally I gave a girl my name, and she was helping another lady, who was actually packing her own groceries, while the walmart girl assisted her. In fact there were a few customers, bagging their own groceries. My groceries came out finally after maybe 40 minutes? The girl just threw everything into my bags.. I mean they were a mess... Never again! This is poor customer service and this is not the first time!

Waited over 40 minutes for them to tell me that they only has my order for 8 minutes. I waited over 40 minutes with workers passing my car for them not to have notice me. If I had time to seat there and be ignored for over 40 minutes in Texas weather I still would not do it. It is better to either pick a different location or get it yourself. Save yourself the time and patience.

Walmart 1. Service 2. A product (great value zipper bags)

1. I purchased Becel on sale for someone who had a multiple list of health problems. It was the wrong kind. I returned it & told the girl this snd that i had to get one that is low in salt & cholesterol. After returning them I went to the cooler to get proper ones and upon returning to the girl she refused to give them to me at the sale price saying that the price had changed overnight. I said I was just returning the other ones for the low salt low cholesterol ones & they were on both on sale. She refused to ring them up. They were on for $1.97.
2. I've run about to numerous stores looking for a product and cannot find them. Then I've written Walmart a number of times but NO ONE ANSWERS ME BACK. I want to purchase 8 or so Great value zipper snack bags size 5.1" x 4.7". Again NO ONE ANSWERS ME BACK.

Walmart Unable to log in

Earlier this week I tried to log into my account with a new order. After multiple tries it turned out the site was not recognizing me. I tried several times with my current password, then tried the old one, then, reluctantly, agreed to change my pw. I filled out the information and was instructed to wait for a confirmation code — which never came. I tried several times, over several days. Then I telephoned: first I was told the system was not running correctly and it would resolve. Tried several more times - still no confirmation code was sent to my email. So called again - she hung up on me. Next day called again - this woman also hung up. I was explaining the enduring problem, perhaps testy, but not rude. Although who could blame me at that point.
Well, I can get the stuff faster through amazon - I just preferred walmart — in the past. Now, I realize to get what I need, it will not suffice. I've already wasted four days trying to order. I am extremely disappointed in walmart.

Desired outcome: who knows - I assume you are losing customers. Certainly I tell my friends to be wary.
