I was overcharged for one bag of shrimp it rang up twice. I didn't notice until I got home. I called the store in Eddystone Pa which isn't supposed to close until 11 pm no answer 😡😡😡😡😡 I began calling at 10 pm why isn't anybody answer of the store is still open. I then saw other customers who had the same issues. Is this a common practice?

Walmart Inferior mens wrangler blue jean

I recently purchased a couple pairs of Wangler jeans for men while on vacation .I know what size and always in the past have not had any issues with either walmart or wangler men jeans so I did not save the receipt as I had no plan on returning then .When I put them on they were like half the thickness of my reg.old wanglers and decided I was not keeping them and I would buy some else where but was refused a cash refund which is how *I purchased them was cash all I could get was a gift card and have no plans on making another purchase from walmart at that time or in the near future .if I had made the purchase from a debit card I would not had any issues of receiving a credit to my debit card but when I pay with cash I expect cash back as it was not my fault that walmart decided to sell jeans that will wash out and the material will fail in several washings so either they need to sell the old quality wangler jeans that I had purchased in the past and give you your cash refund when cash is used .They know if cash is used and they know where you made the purchase from and I know I wont purchase another item from walmart as long as they have these practices .next they will do away with customer service and have a machine there as well.

Desired outcome: want my cash back so I can buy my jeans from another .

Walmart cell phones

my complain is about 2 phones i bought from walmart at $150.00 each one they have an offer at that time to be connected with Sprint and the monthly payment for the phones was $4.00 and the monthly for the sprint was $60.00 now thy charging me for the phones $9.00 anyway the issue i have and my complain is, npw they charging me $250.00 for each phone when the deal and the offer was $150.00 I call Sprint and they told me that Walmart is the one had to give me the credit for the $100.00 for each phone .No them. now i do not have no service because a cant pay my bill until they give me that credit, because is too much money. please i just want my refund back in another worth to charge me for the phones only $150.00 not $250.00, , , , , I hope i can hear some answers from you soon, Thanks my # is [protected]

Walmart Great Value 9 Volt Battery 2 Pack

Today, April 30, 2021, I purchased a pack of these batteries for my smoke detector. When I went to install one I noticed that the positive (+) annotation on the battery is on the negative side of the battery (larger contact with the splits around the edge). I feel this is something that needs to be corrected since batteries can be dangerous. Someone who is not familiar could possibly have an injury.

ok, since it comes from a ccp ran factory and you have now expressed your support for slave labor, and the connections are omni directional (meaning it can only go on one way) with the connection harnass, does it really make a pot full of peas?

Walmart Self-checkouts

Self-checkout is a rip off, we as customers, not knowingly, are actually working for Walmart. We still stand in long lines waiting to gain access, we take our items from the shopping cart, we scan and bag, paying the same price for goods that customer pay who do not use the self-checkouts. There are no added incentives offered to the customers who use self-checkouts. However, on the other hand, Walmart saves and profits because the business does not have to hire and pay additional employees. I strongly recommend Walmart offer at least a 10% discount on purchases for those customers who use SELF-CHECKOUTS?

Desired outcome: 10% Discount on purchases for using self-checkouts.

Walmart Loss Prevention

I'm just a concerned consumer. I spend good money at Wal-Mart.
On April 21, 2021, I witnessed one of your Loss Prevention asset protection employees, who seemed to have tracked at least two women stealing a basket- full of merchandise well. The problem was the pink- haired Latina loss prevention employee was afraid to confront them the moment they walked out the door and wanted Wal-Mart security guards to chase after the two African-American women who may have had a getaway car. I watched her berated the security guards for not doing her job. A job that she was afraid to do herself. As a former loss prevention employee myself, I know that a cowardly employee is a hindrance, a waste of wages and an indecent human being.
She should have made some confrontation within the policies of Wal-Mart instead of walking behind them, passively allowing them to leave without a word said to them; using the security guards to get themselves in a more riskier position- without regard for their safety.
The location of that Walmart is in Lemon Grove, California on College Ave.
It is my hope that Walmart will hire more responsible asset protection employees.

Walmart Capital One Mastercard / Walmart - payment due prior to 5 p Eastern time!!!

I like being able to phone my payments in but recently was charged $28. for paying after 5 p.m. Eastern time on the due date. This is the 2nd time I have incurred this late fee although I am consistently paying my bill on the due date.

I live on the West Coast and by the time I get off work and settle my bills it is almost 8 or 9 p.m. Eastern time. My payment was due April 5th, 2021. I always make my payment on the due date and even though "the Capital One Corporation gets an approval for my payment on the due date" they still charge me a late fee because it is after 5p.m. Eastern Time. :(

This isn't right! Most other creditors give you at least till midnight Eastern Time to accept your payment on the due date.

I respectfully request you reverse my late fee. Also, please update your system to accept payments on the due date thru midnight, Eastern Time.

Desired outcome: Please reverse this $28 late charge and update system to midnight E.T.

Walmart Bad experience

I woke up early to go get some groceries before I started work went to the walmart at metropolis at metrotown in burnaby after I filled up my cart I went to self checkout as I was scanning I lifted up a case of 6 pack cranberry juice I was purchasing and it broke the girl that was watching me approached me and I said can you please get me another 6 pack she said no there is no one that can get it for me I would have to go and get it myself. Are you kidding me there were tons of staff members there and all putting out stock. That was bad customer service. She was a short east indian lady chubby with short black hair was there at 730 am on monday at the self checkout area. I dropped my cart and left. What a waste of my morning. How rude and unprofessional she
Was, I will not shop there again, your customers are your number one priority and she made me feel like I was a burden to her.

Walmart Poor shopping conditions

As of this writing, I will no longer shop at the Wal-Mart location in Manchester Missouri. During my last visit, attempting to navigate the grocery isle was a frustrating challenge of having to compete with the large carts being used for the pick-up orders. The large carts were blocking the isle, blocking products sections or bumping into oneself. All of which was madding and frustrating.
Bottom line, I'm gone.

Walmart Quality and Service

Has the quality of Walmart gone down everywhere. I have shopped at Walmart for years and now it seems their returns are getting put back on the shelf, broken or not. Half the departments don't have any employee attendance or Supervisors in store. Your lucky if you have one cashier and 7 families waiting to be checked out. I went in for 4 new tires, full additional services. They didn't have all season/ All terrain tires for my Nissan Frontier and didn't really offer any additional help to complete my needs. Maybe Walmart needs to start hiring people that want to work. Try hiring felons that show promise or raising wages to keep the energetic employees that want to help. I'm tired of waiting for assistance, waiting for 25 min to cash out, tired of poor attitudes just to get home and find out my item is broken. This has happened at least 7 different times in 2 years.

What's really comical about this is that you actually expected Walmart to have any customer service and any kind of quality from item made by the CCP. And all this only happened 7 time in 2 years? after the 1st time, you really kinda asked for it.

. At 2:30 pm we bought 2 Honeywell HPA 300 Series air purifiers yesterday, April 18, 2021, in Wellington, Kansas Walmart. We live 70 miles roundtrip from the store and we are 70 and 80 years old. We opened them as soon as we got home. One was just great. The other one is USED! Filthy dirty filters clogged with cigarette smell and clogged up with black and yellow gunk! There were only 2 on the shelf and we bought them both. I called the store at 5:30 pm and told them about it. The unit powered up ok so I told them to please mail the new filters to me and I will keep the unit but we CANNOT make that trip to the store again anytime soon. I was told I had to bring the unit back for a refund. I told her that because they didn't have anymore units to exchange I would just settle for the filters. She said it is store policy that we must bring the unit back. I asked if it was also "store policy" to put used return merchandise back on the shelf for someone else to buy? All we want are the 3 filters for the unit at no charge. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP US ?

Walmart Selling and delivering expired skincare products

I received a product that had expired 11 months ago.
At first, I wanted it exchanged for an active ingredient product but since I have had no response I now want my money back.
I emailed and left phone messages with no follow up resolution.
I have never used Walmart's online shopping experience before, nor will I ever again.

Walmart Douglass tires

I bought 2 new Douglass tires 28 days ago. In less than 1 month the tires are nearly bald. Of course any warranty is void by alignment issues. While it is true that the car probably needs an alignment, the tires still shouldn't be nearly as worn as they are after less than 1 month(1, 000miles).

ONE MONTH!

The manager at the Walmart looked at my tires, and even admitted that they shouldn't be that worn even with alignment issues, but "unfortunately the alignment issue is going to void the warranty, and those ARE the cheapest tires we sell" to quote him.

Of course Walmart doesn't do alignments either, but you better get one!

The Douglass tire is an amazingly shoddy product made by Goodyear exclusively for Walmart. Walmart and Goodyear should both be ashamed to produce and sell such a product

Desired outcome: REFUND! But that's not going to happen. No use in them replacing with the same crappy tires.

Walmart Self-Checkout Only Option

Walmart has recently implemented a new policy where there are NO regular checkout lanes with cashiers available. Everyone is now forced to use self-checkout. This is not a good customer service move. People are so frustrated they are just leaving their full carts. The self-checkout lanes are so crowded that there is no social distancing and the wait is long. I, personally, will not be shopping at Walmart until this policy is changed. My small town of Sparta has few other shopping choices, but I will do my best to find alternatives in the surrounding area or online (but not at walmart.com). I have shopped at Walmart for many years and recognize many longtime employees who I no longer see. Has Walmart laid off all of them in order to increase their profits?

Desired outcome: Reopen regular checkout lanes (more than one when necessary) with cashiers instead of forcing customers to use self-checkout.

Walmart Grocery deliver

Yesterday we placed a Walmart Order for Groceries. We ordered in middle of night to ensure timely delivery. We were told 10am and then received notice around 11 that order was delayed and new delivery time of 1pm. At 1 order still did not show and we started calling the store. We called 294 times before we got someone on the phone. Several of those calls were picked up and we could hear them chatting and giggling in the background and then the line would hang up. We worked with helpdesk to no avail as we do not want to do a refund as it takes to long to get to our card that way. We offered to have them put it on a gift card instead and was immediately refused and told all refunds are sent back in 24 hours or less which is not true as we have had to refund 3 seperate times now and it always take 5 days. This order had our childrens dinner for last night included in order and has all of our funds tied up into this order. We called today and still couldnt get through to the store and then called helpdesk and was told they would send it out ASAP. It is now 4:30 and still no delivery or update on Walmarts site. We need something done fast. I can provide the call logs showing the 294 calls placed to local store and if you look at the tickets from the helpdesk you will see they also tried calling the store to no avail.

Walmart Grocery delivery

I place orders a lot with Walmart grocery delivery. The last couple of months they have been 1 to 2 hours late bringing my groceries. When I call customer service they blame it on the drivers and tell me to just have a nice day and wait. One customer service person asked me to pay 10.00 extra and they would get my order that should have already been at my house to me ASAP! Customer service does not care! I will cancel my monthly subscription for grocery delivery. They do not care about their customers.

They just want the extra $10, that's their purpose for doing this to people. And that's with your monthly subscription. They sucker you in by delivering your groceries ASAP with the free trial. As soon as you subscribe, then place your first order they will make sure you get your grocery 24 hours later in the hope that you will pay the extra $10 to have your grocery expedited. Its all a big SCAM!
