Purchased 12 "Lage White Eggs" from Walmart in Valdosta GA Feb. 8th 2021. Decided to hard-boil five of them on Feb. 9th. Three out of the five had black spots on the soft white outer part of the egg just underneath the shell after peeling. The carton says "best used after March 9". Needless to say I threw them out. I have a concern regarding the policy about purchasing disinfectant spray. The store on Military Highway in Norfolk, VA has signs stating that you can only purchase one product. Walmart Closing early

My son of 1 yes will only sleep with a certain pacifier... We could not find his... We were about to hit defcon 5 on child meltdown. Haul [censored] to... Where else... Walmart... At the door at 8:51... Security says close at 11:00. I said i'm aware... It's 10:51. He said we close at 11. I replied its bot 11! He said open in the morning not sure what time! I said thank you for making the fact that you close at 11, it's now 10:55 snd you continue to tell me you close at 11... Thanks to all of walmart employees who felt like it was on to close a little earlier. My son who will sleep very little along with his parents one is a emt and the other an emergency room physician who both have to work and other people's lives depend on it! Your closing 10 mins early and us potentially from fatigue do something that could cost a life... It's not just 10 minutes...

Walmart Third party ami ventures inc.

I made my order with Walmart.ca and Ami Ventures Inc. was the third party. I received the order from Walmart.ca and found no compatible so needed to return and refund. Walmart.ca sent an email to Ami Ventures requesting the refund. I received a copy of the email send...no response. Phoned Walmart.ca and again explained and was told it would be escalated and wait for 48 hours to get a response. Passed...phoned again and explained the issue and told again it would be escalated and wait for 24 hours for a response from Ami Ventures. After a week of wait 24 hours and sent again I finally received an email from Ami Ventures saying my issue had been forwarded to the return department and would receive an RM number within 24 hours. Never happened so phoned Ami Ventures in TEXAS from CANADA not a toll free number. Spoke with Alega R. and PROMISED an RM number within 24 hours. Nothing. Phoned Walmart.ca told it would be escalated and wait 24 hours. Got a copy of the email sent to Ami Ventures...no response. Phoned Ami Ventures spoke with Joel...promised RM within 24 hours. Nothing... Called again spoke with Sophia. She transferred to the return dept. No answer but able to leave a voice message. No response. Walmart.ca says Ami Ventures must give the refund even though I purchased from Walmart.ca. and Ami Ventures doesn't respond to emails from Walmart.ca This battle has gone on for over two weeks. Every person I speak with says wait 24 hours...nothing happens so call 24 hours later and get a new person and start over. So...exhausted from trying to return I thought I'd set up and use as a second security system. Cameras didn't work and not able to add devices to my wifi. So screwed out of $400. no return or refund. Ami Ventures is a scam company. BUYER BEWARE of third party companies.

Walmart Beach's conversational hearts

Whose idea was it to change the conversational hearts? I always look forward to getting these every year when Valentine's candy is put out. This new look and taste is not good. They are way to hard and now have a fake taste...please return to the old way of making them...

Walmart Moneygram money order

My local Walmart would not cash a moneygram money order that had been purchased from a nearby Walmart and provided to me as payment for a truck. They gave me a slip of paper with a number to call, which gave no explanation. I went and got the person who purchased the money order, went to the Walmart that he bought it from 2 days prior, with his original receipts. Their system still, inexplicably to the clerk and the Walmart manager rejected the clearly valid money order. The manager called the vendor line and verified that the money order was valid, but their system would not cash it for me. They were trying to be helpful, but said there was nothing they could do. I told them this was financial fraud, and I was calling the sheriff to come file a report while the payer, manager, clerk (who was also the person who he bought it from less that 48 hours prior), and I were all there. The manger then decided to override the system, not to cash my money order, but to refund the purchaser (he got a superior's approval to refund the purchase, but not cash the money order.

Desired outcome: For Walmart to to actually honor the redemption of the money orders they sell. I lost 4 hours of my only day off due to this.

Walmart Recent purchase

I received an LG Tracphone Smart Phone as a Christmas present from my wife in December 2020. Serial# 351262763334290 SIM# 89148000006239544727 - My wife purchased phone On Line @ Walmart. Oder# 5952005906402. When I contacted LG to activate the phone, LG was unable to activate as the code was coming up " Unauthorized Purchase". LG told me I would have to go to a Walmart Store - have them re-scan the package Barcode, then call LG back and that would allow LG to continue with the activation. Me & my wife went to Walmart, explained that On Line Walmart Staff failed to scan the Barcode appropriately and LG will not activate the phone. The Electronics Department Manager from the Sheridan Drive Amherst, NY location said there was nothing they could do for us. We even made suggestions to return the phone and we would purchase a new LG phone or do a Purchase/Void on another LG phone that would provide us with an active authorization. Do we have any options to get this situation corrected? Please Advise, Thank You!

Walmart Avenger 93321 16”l x 3 13/16"w porcelain steel heat plate shield

I ordered these burners on Dec. 17th 2020 and shipment was lost. I contacted " walmart.com and Factory Buys Direct.com" and both said customer service will reply within 48 hours . Guess what has not happened? Neither has contacted me and I have no idea how to contact a living human being about situation, being everything is automated vs personal.
Things are great when you get your product, but this sucks bad. Terrible or better yet " no customer service at all". I understand that things happen that are out of control of supplier, but the least they could do is communicate with customer. It's now 1/14/2021 and still not any communication.
It says attach photo of product LOL. How can you if you have no product

Walmart Not acting on our request to reimburse us $50.00 copay for x-ray for fall due to pothole in parking lot.

In late Sept my wife stumbled over a pothole and suffered a hard fall in Walmart parking lot while looking for our car. Her doctor ordered an x-ray, $50.00 copay which we submitted to Walmart officials in early November. They responded that they were in contact with the parking lot maintenance company and waiting to hear back from them. The case manager is Jenelle Gorman, Case Manager I- General Liability

Walmart Delivery and pickup

Hello my name is Patricia Gaarder I had two orders one delivery and one in store pickup. Ended up with nothing. My delivery order was canceled by the deliverer saying he could not get in the building. And my pick up order just happened to be in another city. Your website is the most difficult site that I have ever, ever had to negotiate through. I would prefer to never shop there again. Walmart Online order

I am extremely disappointed with my Wal-Mart online order i ordered a Sceptre 43 inch Tv on Dec. 19 2020 . Received an email confirmation and estimate delivery date of Dec.26, was excited to possibly get it that soon, well when the order didn't show up, i thought, hey it's the holiday season, no big deal . I thought it would probably come the next week ... no delivery . I thought ok well its busy I understand, surely it will come the week of Of Dec 27- jan2 2021... no delivery, it was on sale for the holidays at 148.00 plus shipping which was 158.00, great price, then today Jan 7 called customer service and was told the order was LOST and since that tv was lost it was now out of stock so we would have to order another tv or be reinbursed, i feel like if the order was lost, why should we have to order the same product that was out of stock and have to pay another 23 dollars because we already paid for the tv ! I will never order from walmart again!

Walmart Grocery delivery and customer service

I ordered and prepaid for my groceries the day before ny eve - as you know the banks and everything will be closed the next day. They had a system glitch that changed my order from delivery to pick up - I called and so they cancelled it and then tried to charge me again after acknowledging that it was their fault. They refused to let me speak to a manager and then the manager sent a message saying that she told everyone not to answer my call! This is an outrage!
The manager's name is Virginia. The customer service rep is Kelly. I am putting this everywhere

Walmart buying online

I tried to purchase a $135 order on line making sure that what I purchased everything that would ship free. When I got done it said that some Christmas lights I purchased were f$9.99 shipping.
So I eliminated that order. and it turned it around and put the $9.99 charge on a car charger adapter this time. So I then eliminated that one and it put the $9.99 charge on something else.
WHY?
Then I tried to talk to a supervisor. And they were supposed to call me back in a half hour. I waited an hour and no call. and then I tried it again and they told they would call right back. But refused to call me on my double line phone. So I waited again no call back.
This happened just prior 2 pm EST 12/30/2020 if you want to check. My number is [protected].
And everyone I talked to did not listen to me and kept telling me that if I tried to purchase something that was charged shipping I would be charged. This was not the case. I ordered nothing that was charged shipping.
I want a return call explaining to me the reason for this!

Desired outcome: To not be charged and 2 that you teach your agents to listen to people instead of guessing the wrong answer.
