My son recently witnessed a child being abused in walmart, wilkes barre pa. He approached the child abuser and warned that he would contact police. She of course became irate. He contacted police and while waiting for police to arrive, he remained in the same area as the abuser to ensure that he could point her out when police arrived. The abuser realized that he was monitoring her actions, and went to customer service to report my son and was escorted out by three undercover personnel. My son attempted to speak to the undercover to explain what had happened, only to be told that he needed to leave. He did not leave because he wanted to make sure that, again, he could point this woman out to police. The undercover personnel did everything they could in an attempt to intimidate and bully. They threatened a charge of harassment. When the police arrived, they spoke to my son and mostly to the undercover security and ultimately, my son was then presented with a document that he was told he had to sign. The document stated that if he is found on the property in the next three years, he would be charged with trespassing.in summary, because walmart's undercover security staff acted inappropriately, and disregarded my son's attempt to obtain assistance for this small child, he is now banned from entering walmart. Walmart staff treated my son as a criminal, and offered "protection" to a child abuser.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is what is wrong with America. Too many people want to interfere with how parents raise their children. This is why children are so ###ed up these days. You hit them it is abuse. You raise your voice it is child abuse. Honestly twenty or so years ago if your son called the police they would say the child was just being disciplined. It is no wonder children are committing violent crimes and using drugs these days. They are also told if mommy or daddy hits them they can call the police. No wonder delinquency is on the rise.
The children are turning into brats. I just read a complaint to I think Walmart where a young boy. I think 12 to 15 or so wrote, not wrote bragged about how he was stealing and how many times he was stealing, the same boy bragged about nearly drowning a younger child in a pool. When someone said that is father should have whipped his ### he told them he would call CPS in this case and his friend already did the same thing and the father got into trouble and his friend is the same bullying shoplifting juvenile delinquent as the boy who posted the letter. With all the parents being falsely accused of abuse it is no wonder children are acting like ### and little brats. These boys claimed to have been like this for years and have threatened or actually called CPS when their parents tried to correct their behavior.
