Cold brew iced coffee
Everytime I go to Wawa I get some kind of 24 ounce Cold Brew Iced Coffee. Each time I pay over $3 for the coffees I always get. Today was no different than any other time, except for the person making it didn't seem to know what he was doing. I grabbed my coffee as we waited for our breakfast burritos to be finished. As a Wawa customer and employee, I become frustrated when I order a specialty drink and 80 percent of my drink is ice. I never run into this problem besides when I go to store #721. This is not the first time this has occurred but I would like a free 12oz specialty drink offer.

There is no difference between a wawa employee getting coffee and them getting a fountain drink for someone. Not everyone drinks coffee. People do drink fountain drinks too. .
Also the Icey machine was up and running. Why have it running ? Was that same liquid mixing for days ? Then shut it down and clean it out.
I do understand not letting everyone get their own to stop or slow down the spread of the coronavirus, but we should be given the option between coffee or simple fountain drink.

I am a Fuel tended at store 967. my GM Debbie Eitel had a problem when I couldn't work outside my available. my available is set for a reason, I don't understand why she had a problem it. she approved the schedule but had a problem with it. on top of that, she harasses me. today she asked me why i'm crying, (I was never crying, but pissed off) I was pissed off at her because at least 2-3 times a week she doesn't schedule any till 10 pm. so there are 2-3 people outside, then she wants to pull someone from outside inside. so that leaves 1-2 people outside at rush hour. if there is 1-2 people outside at rush hour there will be lines of cars out the parking lot because we can only work so fast. she wants to know why customers are coming in the store and complaining about the gas guys not working. then shes askes us what happening, but she doesn't understand it gets bad out there with only 1-2 people outside. im more pissed off that she asked why I was crying (she said this over the radio, so everyone that has a headset on can hear her say this). Isn't that harassment, and insubordination.

I've been a loyal customer for years. I never complained once and was always satisfied with hot food service. I bought a cheesesteak sandwich and when I picked it up, felt like it was just the roll. Very light. Went to car and unwrapped to take a look. There was hardly any meat in the sandwich. I went in to ask for more meat. I shouldn't have to do that. I felt bad for complaining but I would never serve a sandwich like that to anyone. I felt very let down. When I complained, employee did put more meat on sandwich. If I drove home though, and then opened it, I would've been more upset. Like I said, this never happened before, but I just had to vent.
decaf coffee
Wawa on Route 1 North in Lawrence Twp., NJ is my go to store, especially for your coffee. However, during my last week's daily coffee stop, I noticed the coffee (I drink the decaf) has been very bitter. Unfortunately, I left the store and could not return. I know that decaf is not such a "big seller", however, the coffee should still be changed frequently. I could smell the bitterness, but I ubered to the store and had to run. I am going to go back to my favorite Wawa in Hamilton on Youngs Road and Quakerbridge Road because when Fayyaz is there I never seem to have a problem with the decaf. Can you please check into this and let me know what the problem is...I think it is just laziness because the workers there are impolite and do not seem interested in their jobs nor the customers.
sandwich mix up
I'm a pescatarian and had ordered with people who aren't. They improperly labeled my sandwich and I accidentally ate chicken. This mishap cant happen again. Chicken salad and tuna look a lot alike so please in the future label them properly. It was not something I would like to experience and I expect to be able to trust a food company when they give me something they say I can eat. Just a simple double, triple checking of the label is all I'm asking.

I waited over 15 minutes for my shortie sandwich today on my lunch hour from work, and when I got back to my office to eat it, the roll was hard as a rock, the cheese was ice cold, and the lettuce looked like it had seen better days. I didn't have enough time to find something else to eat, and I did not eat the shortie. I won't be wasting my lunch hour at Wawa again.

There needs to be a better system when opening a new register. This is more a general complaint than to this specific store. I've noticed more and more people taking their dogs (NOT including service dogs) into the store. This is highly unsanitary in a store that prepares food. Also, there are shelves with prepackaged food on them that are low enough for dogs to rub against, or sniff at, which can be an issue for people with allergies. Can you please advise people to leave their dogs outside, or at home?
