I rarely get hoagies anymore because of the way they are made.. but today I decided I'll give it another shot. I don't know if the person making it is just mad or there's just a very cheap protocol for making them.. if I wanted a crappy one with nothing on it I'd go to subway where it's cheaper. I order cheese and turkey and got one piece of cheese on the whole thing but 10 pieces of turkey... I asked for mustard and mayo and got no mayo and barley detectable mustard.. I asked for tomatoes and got one.. it just seems like I paid money for half a sandwich that pretty much just consisted of bread.. and I feel like this happens everytime I don't understand.

Had a young lady named Georgia help me tonight and received horrible customer service and showed no proffesiomalism. She would say things like "think about me when you go home" and "you guys have three sandwiches" and complaining about it. She was being very loud and playing around with her coworker the entire time. Also throwing food around when making the sandwiches no delicacy what so ever. Train your employees better please. We should be able to feel comfortable not discomfort.
food preparation
I purchased a sandwich and received it and it was made wrong.i have provided a video of the order slip and the product I am complaining about . I was unable to eat the sandwich for I do not eat lettuce and I had to discard it. I was at work on a lunch break and could not return it. I would like a credit or maybe the employee can receive more train in food preparation and food safety. I do not believe that they have received any. I could have had a food allergy . That's something you All should take very serious.
panhandling and unsanitary conditions
Walk into wawa past a homeless person EVERY SINGLE DAY. Today a young man was shooting [censored] and doing minor surgery on his foot right outside the front door. It is common knowledge that those who use needles to inject drugs are most likely to have Hepatitis C and HIV. This is right outside a place that serves food. This particular Wawa is in need of a security guard, as it shouldn't fall on your employees to chase these people away. I spend approximately $6000/year on coffee and cigarettes at this establishment and shouldn't have to be hassled by panhandlers at 6am every day. GET A GUARD store #119 at Richmond and Allegheny.

This morning I walked in trying to purchase food asked the two girls who made the food if they had a bathroom they both told me it's out of order with great attitude! When I get to the front of the store I asked someone else that person pointed to the bathroom. Being frustrated when I was done using the bathroom I asked them why would they lie to me and it turned into a he said she said fight. The over weight manager then came over n instead of listening to my side started tallkin crap along with the girls and taking their side! Very unprofessional and I go here all the time this never happened to me before

I went to wawa tonight around 9 pm for a date night with my husband. We decided to stop by Wawa and buy a sandwich before going to a movie. I ordered my sandwich and then headed over to get a coffee. A young girl working there was yelling that she just went to the bathroom and peeed over aand over with her hands in the air. As I approached the coffee area she was behind the counter making coffee. She was talking to other co-workers about "terds". I had gotten a cup of coffee at this point but was so grossed out... I poured it out. I had never had such a bad experience and I am appalled at her outbursts. I am a loyal customer to Wawa but I am considering not going back after such behavior. I would assume other customers were as unhappy if they overheard her as well. Her co-workers laughed a little but asked her what was wrong with her. I hope this situation is taken care of because I would hate to see you loose more customers. Thank you for listening.
sandwich makers
I haven't had an issue at this Wawa in all the years I've been a customer, but lately, on different occasions, two sandwich makers, at the Tinton Falls, NJ location, will only call out the order numbers for certain people. They just leave the orders for others without letting them know their order is completed. At first, on one occasion (11 PM - 12 AM) I thought I just didn't hear them call my order number, but when it happened a second and third time (7:15-7:45), all on separate days, it was obvious, as we made eye contact and a smirk was on their faces. Sad that is how they feel a little bit of power, but still wanted management to know.

I am writing this in light of an unfortunate event that occurred regarding your Wawa staff. I believe an investigation of specific personnel is required for discrimination of religious belief and racial profiling, which resulted in threats, verbal abuse, stealing my money, and falsification of information.
The incident started at 3 in the morning when I ordered a Philly cheese steak at the automated computer and it printed out my order. The man making the sandwiches named "Nathan" proceeded to tell me they were out of steak so I asked for it to be made out of chicken instead. He then began putting ham. I am Muslim and cannot eat any pork products, as I told him this he raised his voice and said: " so you can have sex and get drunk but cannot eat pork?!". I told him I am married and do not drink alcohol and regardless, my personal life should not be reflected on the decision I made to eat. I explained to him that I am a customer and this is when the cashier "Kimberly" came and proceeded to also threaten to call the cops. This whole time my voice is calm and my tone is even, showing no signs of offensive behavior while being discriminated against. She gave me a choice of being kicked out or getting a refund, so I chose a refund. Come to find out she put the name on the receipt as "sheriff" as further attempts at intimidation, the refund was in the amount of zero, and my card statement shows they took my money without issuing me a refund. I asked for their names and they refused. At this point, I would like to contact corporate so that they can launch an investigation on these individuals, as these are the personnel who represent your company and it would be a shame if the company was represented by spiteful racist individuals who steal and lie.

ordered a philly chees steak, the employee forced me to order a philly chees steak with pork inside, i asked him not to add pork and he start screaming at me at 4:10 pm 09/03/2017 i asked him polity to stop cursing me out, manager saw the situation and start screaming at me for no reason as well AND her name is kimbelry .
i asked her to be polite and talk nicely but she was so rude and she start calling me [censor] Arab and a [censor] Muslim .

I went to the 8099 orange Ave location in Orlando, fl for my lunch break. The staff was very slow and I am very dissatisfied. I spent almost my entire lunch break waiting for my sandwich to be made and by the time I received it I finished majority of my smoothie and had 5 min to get back to work. If I would've known it was going to take so long I would have went to Popeyes or Wendy's for lunch.
apple peanut butter dipper
I purchased a apple peanut butter dipper at approximately 4:55 p.m. on 9/1/17 from the Super WAWA by the Ocean City 9th street bridge in Somers Point, NJ 08244. I'm sorry I tossed the receipt or I could provide store #, it is your newest store in Somers Point if that helps at all. On the lid it said sell by 9/4/17 followed by TFNJ239 2.
My issue was that about half of the apple slices were turning, I mean they had rotten spots on them and on the whole they had that tingly taste like hard cider; I thew about half the slices into the trash. Those that I ate were still passed their prime, but I was hungry.
I have come to expect very high quality from WAWA, and this is the first time I have been disappointed, so I thought I would share this experience with you. I'm not looking for a refund, it wasn't that big a deal; I just thought you would like to know.

quesadilla
I am a teacher of i ternatiobal students. I always include a trip to Wawa as part of the international students orientation because it is easy to order, and they can order by pictures.
Lunch is provided, but two of my students today preferred to pay for their own lunch at Wawa rather than eat the takeout Chinese food provided.
Attached is a picture of a hair that the Chinese student is picking out of his quesadilla. Really gross. I think you've lost more than a few customers today.

I ordered a chicken sandwich, when I opened the sandwich the outside of the roll was covered in pizza sauce. I did not order pizza sauce. Also a worker got really angry with me for a second about an order that did not have to do with me. It was a misunderstanding but either way I shouldn't be treated that way even if I did make a mistake. I'm very upset about my sandwich it is disgusting and would like to know what wawa will do to reimburse me for this sandwich that I can't eat because pizza sauce is all over the outside.

Manager named Tiffany and co worker named Tammy with very nasty attitudes at 2184 Irlo Bronson Kissimmee. Never going back there again! These women had 2 other seperate customers there complaining about them before they got an attitude with me wow I could not believe how unprofessional they were. gas prices
My comment, tonight after working two jobs I needed to stop and get gas, now let me tell you how wawa is my go to store for everything. I vist two of your locations one in Sanford and the other in Orland off colonial. Everyday one or the other or both. Tonight I have to say I was let down as I approached wawa in Sanford I noticed the gas prices higher than the 7-11 across the street. Now I'm not talking 2 cents it was a 10 cent difference and 11 cents higher than the other gas station across the street. This is sad I have been going to wawa since I was 17 I am now 41. My business for food, drinks, gas and cigarettes. Tonight I choose 7-11. I was born and raised in N.j. And couldn't wait for wawa to come to Florida, told everyone I knew down here about this company. This isn't the end of the world but it does show greed and that's sad considering how this business started and grew.

Customer service in their store is good; customer service for their credit card is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I lost my card. The only number I could locate was for Citibank. There is an option for reporting a lost card BUT the 3-digit number located in the lower right corner of the card you are reporting as Mia is required. No sentient customer service Wawa employee is connected to this telephone number. After dealing with 2 Wawa customer service people by e-mail, I realized this was less an issue than I thought. My request to replace the card has accelerated to cancelling it.

I went to the register with an express sandwich and was going to use my $2 off discount, but the man working the cash register was unable to scan the barcode on my phone. I ended up having to pay full price and I otherwise would not have bought the sandwich. I notrmally wouldn't have submitted this complaint but this is the 3rd time the app has failed to function when I'm checking out in the store and I don't know what the point was of loafing $50 onto my account when it isn't even working appropriately.

I've been going and spending money as fair as any one else for 5yrs at same store, early tonight this was the 4th or 5th time I was talked to ingrunt, and snickered at to, by different employees, several employees are ingrunt to me, on different occasions, different subjects, there is some polite employees, however I feel u should aleast address ur managers thank you!

general atmosphere
Wawa store #08013 at Richmond Ave and Allegheny Ave is a disgrace. I get coffee there every morning and every morning there are homeless people panhandling and drinking alcohol. Today I had to step over a man lying on his back. When I told the manager about it, he had to stop what he was doing to tell the man he had to leave. As I filled my coffee I also noticed a piece of syringe on the floor. Then as I left, the man was still sleeping outside. This wawa is desperate for a security guard. If there are homeless people outside, you can be sure that when they go inside they are shoplifting. I'ts not fair to have these experiences as a consumer first thing in the morning or as a wawa employee at the start of their work day.

In the last 2 weeks I have ordered a medium mac and cheese in 2 different locations and had the medium size cup been filled half way. First location was route 130 and lenola road in cinnaminson nj. Second location was on the corner of 38th st and spruce st in philadelphia pa. I have been going to wawa all my life but you have just lost my business.
buffalo chicken quesadilla
I went to wawa to get some good for my girlfriend and myself after working all day and her studying all day all I wanted was a buffalo chicken quesadilla so I Ordered a BUFFALO chicken quesadilla & when I got home to sit down and eat to my surprise they forgot the buffalo sauce... I already drove all the way home and wawa is a good 15 minutes from I tried to eat it but it's not that appetizing
