Women manager in the morning unprofessional loud and using derogatory language in front of customers and employees. I didn’t get a look at her name tag but she’s white with tattoos. Store number 810 in Delaware around 7am/8am.

To see the deli stations shut down ask employee on register what's up he said they are opening at 5 I said its after 5 oh Idk then
So I wait and wait I say to another employee #785 can ypu add salsa we are not open and we are not opening for another 15 minutes ask to speak to supervisor no one comes out I said to someone else I need to speak to the supervisor someone comes out which I don't think she was the supervisor but whatever!
I want my money back she said oh you gotta call we are short staffed and more employees just came in I said where because they same ones thats here now been here since I walked in 20 minutes ago Like wtf I'm reporting this [censored] to corporate Got to wait 30 minutes for one thing

Waffle bowl
January 26, 2021 at 8:55am. By far the worst waffle possibly on the planet. Dry and sugary disaster. They advertise it on their POS like we finally brought it back, but it's marketing garbage. They need to retire this thing and never bring it back. Disgusting. They need to be clear that you are not really getting a waffle but a hard hockey puck that has a waffle-like appearance.

I ordered a classic cheese steak and classic hogie at the wawa store at 10006 Jefferson Davis hwy at 340pm they made both sandwiches with the cheese being about 2 inches shorter. The very rude girl with black hair made a comment oh well that's a classic. I asked to remake and she said fine we will just throw the other away and she still made it on a short roll. Please get rid of rude workers.

I stopped into your Wawa location on Collegeville Road in Collegeville PA. yesterday and purchased an ice coffee and blueberry muffin. after about a half hour I decided to eat the muffin and surprised that the muffin only had one blueberry ion the entire muffin very disappointed, I was too far to go back so I did not and threw it away. you may want to check your product out

I was treated rudely. Subsequently I called in and nobody has returned my call - so I complained to BBB. On Wednesday 12.29 2021 I went into WaWa at 8330 Ridge Rd, Port Richey, FL 34668 at or about 9:00am. I bought an egg bowel and $20.00 in gas. As I was standing in line at register 1, a worker opened register 2 and called out "I can help someone here." Being the next person in line I started over to register 2. The kid behind me jumped in before me. I asked the attendant who was at register 2 if they meant to call "the next customer in line", explaining that I'm in a hurry to get to work and they just laughed off the matter. When I spoke with Emmy (supposed "manager" ) - they said that I could call on Thursday 12.30.2021 and speak with the general manager. Of course, when I called I was told that the general manager called off sick. The treatment I recieved as rude and dismissive and the person at register 1 who had not provided me with my receipt, when I went back to retrieve it, yelled out to the store, "can somebody help this guy, because I've got customers to help. This created a hostile environment as a means of their lashing out at me, and completely marginalized the fact that I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER and had they done their job the correct way the first time I would not have had to come back to them.

Coffee/Checkout
Recently (last month) I was on a trip and went to 4 different WaWas in 3 different states. All four did not have any Regular Coffee available or brewing. I ended up going to Panera Bread.
Recently, here in Virginia Beach, I just had the same experience at 2 different WaWas including on place that had 2 Regular and 1 Columbian urn all out of coffee and nothing brewing. This was at 3pm not exactly during am or lunch rush hour.
On top of that in both places that was only one cashier and both places had customers 12-15 deep waiting to pay.
At first I was prone to blame the employees. However, the line to pay made be realize that is is the LACK OF EMPLOYEES that is the problem.

I have second degree burns on my side from the lid coming off while I was still in wawa parking lot the pain I felt like I was burning Alive I was in some much pain I ran drove home taking off all my cloths screaming at my daughter and husband to please help me. My food was not hot and also my drink didn't taste right and I got sick from this and this happened on the 12th and I emailed them and told them about it and didn't hear anything back yet this happened at Port RICHEY Wawa in Florida and I spent a lot of money in there and I Will never go back to that one and I am a loyal customer
Self checkout
Went to self checkout to pay for my food then waited 15 mins for anyone to notice I needed cashier assisstence only for the machine to lose my order then the cashier said we could get the food for free then charged me anyway this is absurd and frankly I'm very upset by it I want nkthing to do with this wawa and I was a valuable customer

Nastiness of staff
The nastiness of the staff making sandwiches and when they make mistake they have an attitude then touch the food to swap out tops of the sandwiches because they got it wrong with what's saying you could have done this you damn self. One employee in particular is a it is a blonde who works behind is arc's behind that counter area that makes the sandwiches. She should be banned from making sandwiches and dealing with the public her attitude escalates with many people every time she is working it is working she does not need to be working with the public she's better off working by cleaning the toilets..
Now comes the next part when you ask for a manager they all seem to hide because they know something is coming because of the radios that they utilize, comma the manager his name is Martin Came out of the office and went the opposite way who did not want to deal with it the assistant manager his name is Chris he did not come out of the office as he did not want to deal with it.
Another issue that has been a constant occurrence is that they seem to run out of creamers for the coffee at least almost every week for at least the past 6 or 7 months.
If the same excuse is the truck comes in tonight
Yet this past week they had no creamers and the excuse again was the same however the next day they did have creamers to yet 2 days later they are all out again saying the truck comes in tonight.
If this seems to be the same constant problem is problem why doesn't the management order if intimate order additional cream is to avoid these situations
Are these managers starting to get 2 lacks that they're jobs that their jobs too comfortable in their jobs do what they want to do it's about providing the customers with the best service possible and this is not what is happening there between coffee creamers and nasty staff corporate needs to get in there and straighten their [censored] out

They ask everyday whether I would donate change to charity but never tells you what charity.. I frequent many different wawa's an this one I only one that asks to keep change for charity... Is the charity for the employees use? Very skeptical and suspicious. I went to a different wawa today and asked them whether they ask to keep change for charity an they said they never do... The one that want change for charity says cause of coin shortage. Funny no tore asks to keep change... Maybe charity is employees...Concerned customer.. Maybe go to other wawa or maybe just stop going to any of them.

On 11/2/2021 I used a Citi credit card around 1 Pm for lunch and that evening it was flagged for suspicious activity. I frequently go to Wawa but this has made me uncomfortable making purchases at Wawa. I had emailed corporate but haven't heard back.

I had an interview with my local WaWa everything seemed fine until I came to work, the manager s aid to me my criminal back round check came back and she said i cannot hire you because of what was on my back round check.however after speaking with corprate they said my report was still pending therefore she lied to me which caused great concern that this person lied and decieved me.

It has been a few day that I have been trying to order frappe, smoothies, shakes and other drinks and they are not available and that area is close. I have been not only to one store but a few and it is the same situation. What is going on? Does that means Wes will no have that type o beverages? Are you discontinue in that service?
