Floor mats
Ordered and paid $229.36 for WeatherTech floor matts front and rear seat. After a week of checking order status expecting to see a shipping/tracking number I only find processing as status. I found it suspicious to take a week to process an order so I checked the Better Business Bureau and find dozens of complaints about orders never being shipped, or taking 2 months to receive or taking 2 months to get a refund or credit issued. Evidently I should have checked BBB or WeatherTech before ordering, because I never would have ordered from them. WeatherTech is as close to a scam as they come. Take you money and wait months to ship is nonsense.

So on Wednesday November 25th at around 3:00 pm I've arrived at Wethertec Burlington Ontario location to purchase a floor mats for my vehicle. At first nothing out of ordinary a gentleman asked me for my vehicle information and etc. At one point we had to go out to check the vin number to match the matts. then we returned and check the stock unfortunately it was out of stock. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, he give me an estimated dates and that was it I was on my way out. At the door I realized I had one more question to ask, so I did came back and started asking, at that point a another sale person or manager (on the chubby side between 40-50 with a mustache) that had an office directly behind the counter where I was at, came out and rudely pointed to me to stay directly behind the glass of the counter. I must admit I was a little bit on one side of it as I just came back to ask quick question of course keeping my distance and also wearing my mask. As I position myself accordingly to his directions, I've realized that this person was not wearing his mask AT ALL! I asked him where was his mask he RUDLY and with ignorant tone responded that he does have to wear one as hes inside his office. So that got me thinking. He is inside his office with another salesperson inside that WAS wearing a mask, he did came out of his office to point that out to me without the mask, but the most troubling thing to me was that he is there in front of general public walking and lecturing like a hypocrite spreading his germs WITHOUT THE MASK!
As we are in such bizarre times with covid-19 this whole fiasco should never had happened, but obviously there are some people that do not care about others health or wellbeing at all, parading all over the showroom without the mask acting like they were above everybody ealse.
To me its just plain Stupidity and I'm asking the upper management why is this happening at retail store? Because of people like that there will be no end of covid anytime soon and city of Oakville will go to lockdown just like Peel and GTA, and mark my words this will happen
Again I'm asking the management to review your surveillance system as situations like this are forbidden. And also you will know who that person is exactly and maybe its also a good time to train or retrain your staff members on covid 19 protocols, especially when it has to do with publics health. What this person did, act and responded is just unacceptable. Do reply to this review as soon as possible as I'm and probably others will be very interested of the outcome
Floorliners don't fit
I ordered Left and Right Floorliners and Rear Floorliner by my New Mercedes Benz G 63. The Right Floorliner doesn't have the same rentention pegs as the car has. The floor mat isn't the same size and doesn't cover the top left rentention peg. Leaving the peg and carpet exposed. WeatherTech states all floorliners are made to custom fit cars but that statement isn't true. Very Disappointed. I called Customer service and they didnt help .
Did not receive my order
On May 31, 2020, I ordered a sunshade and cover for my car. As the item did not arrive, I called WeatherTech Canada after 2 months. I was told that it was being manufactured and it would arrive in 2 weeks. Again, it did not arrive! I emailed a month and a half ago with no response. Today, I left a voicemail. It is going on 3 months and I cannot get hold of anyone at WeatherTech.

The front mats are fine, the rear floor mat is poorly designed . The material is too thin and subject to deforming from normal use. Further the design did not take consideration that when moving a front seat back that the seat track could and does catch the mat and bends it towards the rear. Here are two pictures showing these poor performance traits.
Up until this set of floor mats, I liked your products very much. This is probably the fourth set of mats I have purchased. We also have purchased a double and single Pet feeding station which are fine.
If unable to solve the quality of the rear seat
Mat for our Lexus we will no longer purchase weather tech products as you seem to have lost your focus on quality designing of products. Friends have also complained about your quality of the new cup/phone holder, it's to bad because it appeared to be a reasonable design.

my window air deflectors only the front parts "problems"
for my Hyundai Sonata 2013 recently ordered and installed as per your instructions but the front deflectors will not let the windows all the way up I have tried all recommendations but 'ZERO"result.just at the very tip on top close to the top
not in front of the glass! If I push with my finger to the out direction then the window will flip in.I was planning to use a heat air gun and direct the hot air to that upper corner and bend the plastic out so that it will clear the jam?What is your
recommendation about that plan can I do it and not burn or
damage the plastic? Please advice and thanks for your time

Poor Service/ Did not receive entire order
12/04/15 customer # [protected]. I ordered a cargo liner and front floor mats for my wife's car. Only received cargo liner. No notification that my order was not being shipped complete. Cannot get any type of response from Weathertech. Phones are transferred and no further response. I want the product I paid for and an apology from the company for embarrassing me in front of my wife on Christmas Day.
Weathertech odor cost me thousands
We bought a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in May of 2013 installed Weathertech floor mats the first week, Jeep had a odor that irritaded our sinuses we took it to the dealer they could not figure out what the odor was so the only way to fix it was to get rid of the Jeep so we traded it in on a new 2015 Yukon this time I ordered Weathertech floor mats on line, UPS delivered them to my door the mats came rolled up so I brought them into the house and laid them out to warm and lay flat before I installed-them-in-the-new-Yukon-within-30-minutes my house smelled I like my Jeep we realized the odor came from the Weathertech floor mats, we wrote Weathertech they did not respond, this Jeep was 2 years old and had 12, 000 miles when traded we had to take the loss to get rid of the odor we just could not take it anymore and Weathertech could not care less, this Jeep replaced our 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee we had for 14 years and we intended to have this Jeep another 14 years. Would never buy Weathertech mats again and would not recommend them to anyone. They did refund the money for-the Yukon mats

Haven't received our saver seat covers for 2010 3500hd gmc truck
It ha been almost four weeks since these seat covers were ordered. It was explain it would be one to two weeks before they would be shipped. I have emailed no response.. Called customer service said they were still in the wear house... This is crazy after they basically guaranteed they would be sent by the second week... Now as I said its week for and they are still in wear house according to customer service

Not what they claim
After seeing this company's TV ads, I thought they would be worth the expense. I ordered a pair, paid $20 for shipping, and when they arrived, I promptly went to the carwash to vacuum the car well and "install" the mats. Well, to my chagrin, I opened the shipping box, and all that I had received was a standard-sized set of rubber floor mats. They came nowhere near "custom fitting" my car. The driver's side interfered with the gas pedal, the passenger side mat was way too wide and about 4 inches too long, even though I had correctly entered my car year, make and model. I was furious, to say the least.
I wasn't even off the carwash property before I dialed the company. They claimed I had ordered the wrong product, that it was my fault that I didn't order the proper product (Sorry, but "Floor Mats All Weather" is the ONLY floor mat product they carry). I threatened to report them to the PA Attorney General (which I will do once I receive my refund) if they did not refund everything I paid, including shipping. I am returning the mats today, we'll see how much I have to fight in order to get my refund.

Passenger side mat does not fit the specs of a 2015 Honda CRV Touring. There is a one inch difference front to back so that the mat slides back and forth. The back does not match the contour of the seat bracket. They claim that DigitalFit® lines the interior carpet up the front, back and even up the sides of the vehicle’s footwell. Digital laser measurements of interior surfaces offer a consistently perfect fit! there is no perfect fit for their product order #[protected]. Their advertising is false.
Weathertech Floor Matts don't fit
I bought floor matt for my 2001 lincoln ls from weathertech. When you buy the matts, you select by make model and year of car, the obvious inference being that the matts will fit the particular car properly. They don't fit properly. Disgraceful.

Didn't refund my money
My wife bought be some black WeatherTech floor liners for my truck. The inside of my truck is grey so I spent $17 and sent them back with a Return Authorization number. Of course it took about 8 phone calls to get through and I finally had to wait on hold for over an hour to get through. So after waiting almost a month I sent an email and had no reply so I called again and waited almost an hour and finally got a hold of someone who didn't sound like he had much training. He was trying to be helpful but couldn't do much. I asked for a supervisor and he said they didn't have one on duty. He gave me an email address that was bogus. They had received my return and said they set a refund 10 days earlier, but it didn't show up in the bank account. He tried to say that it might take longer but that is crap because debit-credit card stuff is fast these days. He wanted to charge us again for the replacement floor liners but we refused and then initiated a dispute with the credit card company. So my recommendation is to stay away from these guys they have some of the worst customer service I have come across in a long time.

Refund
I bought some floormats for my car and they did not fit so I sent them back. That was over a month ago and I am still woiting for them to credit my account. I ave called three times and they keep telling to wait 4 or 5 days and call back if I don't get it. When I bought the matts they wanted there money before I recieved them! Now I want my money back!!...
