I am a current wendys employee and I believe that some of our employees are being treated unfairly... First of all, me. I was tld to slice tomatoes one night at about 830 pm for the next morning and I wasnt even nicely asked she just told me I had to and I was in the middle of doing other things so I told her that I wasnt going to to them because I was in the middle of doing things night shift is supposed to do and I didnt feel it was right for me to have to do morning crews job when I wasnt morning crew so my manager sent me home.2 days later I called out because I am pregnant and was having stomach pains and needed to see a doc so she cut my hours for the next 2 weeks... When I told the manager above her she just agreed and said I should have listened to my manager on shift... Then next 2 times I worked w// the manager who sent me home she made comments abut how she would make me slice tomatoes one night... So I asked her for corporates number and she told me she wont give it to me because she will get in trouble which tells me it is against policy to slice tomatoes the night before so why am I being penelized for not doing something that I am not supposed to do in the first place...

Thats me but there is also a girl I work with who gets 5 hrs a week but wants more and they tell her there are too many people workin to give her more hrs but they hire new employees! She is now being told she doesnt get her hrs because she doesnt do gher job right (No one ever trained her properly to give her a chance) so then she got more hrs next weekend they gave her 4 to close and 5 to close this weekend she asked a fellow employee if she could take her shift the manager on shift ok'd it but as soon as the manager who writes schedule found out she took one of next weeks days away

Please some one tell me what we can do about all this!

I am glad to see I am not the only one with a sexual harrassment and slave minded managers, goddess help the next one to sue the company. It's a corporate pandemic, not a singular event. The would cut my hours, or over work me and roll back my hours. I had death threats from an individual I refused to have sex with who would tell staff and customers all sorts of sexual acts that did not occur. He would make racist and sexist comments about me, my crew, and a manager that got fired because of his stealing. I know how him and some of the other managers were skimming the tills and got her fired but I don't know how to prove it. I quit the job when they claimed 'If I were nicer, the harrassment would stop' they would also try to make me do my job wrong just to prove who is in charge even when the person is not. I have never had such a bad experiance working for any company as this one. They will never see another penny of mine, and I am proudly not their doormat, not their [censored], and not their slave. Too damn bad, but women's rights, anti-racial discrimination laws, and religious rights all exist. As does the rule about firing employees who steal from the company or threaten their coworkers or bosses with death threats...they appearntly forgot those. Don't bother with HR, go straight for EEOC and a good lawyer with that company. My only bad working experiance was with them.

I worked for store #29; and I have had to deal with death threats, racial slurs, sexual harrassment that started on my shift and didn't end until right about the end of my shift..THE ENTIRE SHIFT. I have had to deal with them cutting my hours or treating me ### for complaining about theft, sexual harrassments, hours cuts, exessive hours when they would roll back the clock, not getting a break because they were pissed off...and the occasional drunk or high manager. I've had managers text, sleep, play video games, or sit in the lobby doing nothing on my shift. When I complained to my District manager nothing was done. I have even figured out how some of the managers were stealing and making other people pay for it. I just don't know how to prove it, but with the scores I used to get in customer service how could they do nothing but cuss me out because of another employee causing me grief and threating to kill me because i'm not nice enough?! My job is to do the 'sparkle' service to code...not be a doormat, a [censored], and a kissass. I'm not being party to corporate theft or even better time clock theft. I informed them of my EEOC rights and that I wanted them...They're lucky I have no desire to contact AREN on my behalf over the way I was spoken to and treated for a 1 1/2 out of 2 1/2 years working for them. I have never heard such sexist, racist, bigotist, inflamitory speech in my entire life as what I had to endure from my coworker. No one short of hell deserves to hear it, we went from 10, 000 in one day to 1, 000 in one day and they couldn't figure out why.

So something was stolen from you while you were at work? You still have to watch your belongings wherever you are. I don't think so.

i have been a manager for wendys for the last 6 years and i have never been treated the way this lady does i have given her all the respect and have followed all of her directions orders and request. i believe that there is a big problem with a general manager that goes and talks to the crew and other managers about a problem or a dislike with another manager, as a general manager you should have the professional mentality to keep issues with the person you have the issue with and yourself it is not a game or a joke. i have been requesting a certain two days off for the last two months as a paid personal days because of the fact that those two days my childcare taker will be out of town. now i don't think that 2 days out of the month especially since i am not one that ever ask for days off that should have been an issue. i have tried to confront her about the situation through text phone face to face and also through other managers. now when you threaten my job because of two days that i needed off for reasons that are or should be understandable. i hate to bring the racism in this, i feel strongly about feeling like she is discriminating against me because i am white. i am the only white person in that whole store and the things that she has said done and her actions has given me no other choice other then to believe this. i am getting tired of being told i am ### at what i do because believe me i work hard always have and always will and if i have to get documentation from other wendy's i will. i have worked and several different stores here in utah and also north carolina i will not stand to be TREATED this way any longer if i have to find someone else that will help i will.. i am very compassionate about my work and my job and Thomasine has ABSOLUTELY NO PASSION FOR WHAT SHE DOES AT ALL.. this is not a position that she should be in if you don't know how to treat your insubordinates then how are you really treating your customers?

Same thing here in Kansas, I'm a single mom and my GM cut my hours to 4 hrs a week which is $29 before tax, I asked her why I don't get more hours she said that's the only time she needs me, I can't raise my kid on $29 a week, and i'm the only one who she does that too. And she keeps hiring more people.

See I read all these and they sound slightly familiar to me. Except I have been given a chance to learn all the positions and I was getting 35-40 hours a week through the summer and now winter kicks in. Since then I have often 11-18 hours. Most of my hours went to some lazy overly ### about working females (not to be sexist but all my management is female and so is 75% of the crew.) but when I'm there I work my ### off and get several compliment cards when on register or even coordination for front. I even got one on sandwiches and our food is ###. You know this if you smell the
Chlily meat. Am I right!? Today my manager threatend to cut my hours because I was taking pictures of her texting right in customer view and then organizing a gossip circle around drive through. I decided to say f*** you ### I'm taking calculus in high school and I'll be making more then you ever dreamed of when I get out but for now
I'm going to take all these pics and send them you our district manager Jason, Ohh and Lisa if you ever read this. This is how you lost your job.
Ps. Don't go to the wendys in fruita Colorado. They are some of the most lazy pices of donkey ### I've ever seen. Well 95% of the ones. Except for
The closers. We kick ### ;)

We just returned from Wendy's (Sunday evening, Feb.10, 2013 at 8pm. Thee were not many people in the store, but I noticed that the employees were not very organized. I had to wait an inordinate amount of time for my order. As a matter of fact, the man in line before me became so angry about his long wait, that he left without his order. When I got home, there was no sauce (which I had specifically requested) for the chicken nuggets and no ketchup for the fries. I have managed a number of businesses over the years and the experience this evening at this particular Wendy's was completely unacceptable.

I would think if you have managed businesses over the years you would have been smart enough to check the bag before leaving to make sure sauce was in there.

These stories are nothing new. Same crap is going on at the stores I work at.
I currently work at a Wendys in Manchester, CT.
The crap at Wendys that I had to put up with:
-sexually harassed check Thank God I got him to back off, if I he didn't stop I would have sued him and the company for everything they got
-not getting along with certain employees check
-nothing I do is ever good enough check
-they cut my hours check, thanks to college they only give me 3 hours a week no more no less
-since I'm not a manager's favorite I'm definitely screwed out of more hours and respect for who I am and my work ethic
things are so bad between me and upper management I had to call equal employment opportunity commission on them because I was given a bad reference. Now they and myself are looking forward to the day I can afford to quit.
I swear once I quit and work somewhere else I'm never ever eating Wendys ever again. Why support something that has been nothing but a thorn on my side? Besides I rather eat at a real restaurant like Gordan Ramsey's Maze Grill in New York or Main Fish Market in East Windsor, CT!

My two daughters went in to place a to go order, ( 2 chicken combos ) While i waited outside in our car, Finally walked in after 15 mins of them placing their order, My girls are 13 and 14yrs old so they basically weren't given the time of day. The Blonde cashier was VERY rude to them and me when I walked in. I told her nicely its been a good 20 mins by now, and she replied I told them it would be a long time, What is this girl thinking? She talked to me like i was a dog, UNREAL! Long story short we got the order 28mins after placing the order with only one other customer in the whole place, i Ask the manager what his name was and he rolled his eyes, Looked at his name tag and It was Marcus night manager, He didn't even say sorry or anything, This is not like the wendys we've been enjoying over the years thats for sure. I will never go back to that location on 22hd street in Va Beach, and I will do my best to keep all other locals away from that location.., They need a new Staff thats for sure...

I am surprise to see that so many Wendy's employees have the same problems. I was under the impression the situations, like the ones stated above, only occur at my Wendy's. After extensive research and testimonials of similar situations, I have come to the conclusion that every Wendy's(that I know of), and perhaps every fast food restaurant, are the same way just with different individuals and slyly different situations that tailor to those individuals. Now that I know this, my eyes have open up. I have made the decision that if I don't want to keep taking the humiliations, unfairness, jealousy and every other negative component of the job, then I have to move on. I have to make something of myself. Do something with my life and get a better job with more rights and fairness on which I am not taken advantage of. We all should aspire for greatness or at least fairness, which in Wendy's I don't think is ever going to happen.

I am a work at Wendy's to and I agree with most people who complain here that we the workers are being unfairly. For I have work for 7 years and i have deal with many managers. I have deal with managers who get away with anything. I have deal with managers who I have tell me to give away counterfeit 20 dollar bills manager who hate/dislike there jobs and tell the employees that they don't feel like working because they don't won't to get stress even if its just an easy job to put the fries away in the frig. Managers who goes to work and do nothing but play around wile the employees do the work. Even managers who tell the employees to go on break and go back to work because it was busy and the 1/2hr break time is not up yet and been told a lie that they have been clock in to go back to work. I also have been told that family and not dating code workers when I have seen managers with family who with just different last name work at Wendy's as Managers and employees. I don't know why Wendy's does not make a back round check. I am still at Wendy's and I don't way they would make some of there employees become managers and think that they are all that and think they can get away with anything. I have 2 at the Wendy's I work at mangers not teaching the new employees the right way to do things and then when end up writing the employees up when they did not know what they did wrong. When managers who gets in a mad mood who get to yell and cuss at the employees when they did nothing wrong/dislike them. I still have to deal with managers who think because he is a boss of me I own him things. Like because I know how to make Chinese food and know were to shop for Chinese candy I have to give him Chinese food and candy because he is my manager and I have to give him stuff when he ask for it. Like because he a manager I give him stuff if I like it or not and being a manager are never wrong. Just yesterday I was send back home early because I told him screw you because he told me to take orders when there was only two people in line waiting to take their order when I saw the dining room was a mess and I was not the only catcher at front. At the time I was done taking orders and when I ask the next group of people if I can help them they say they were in the group and the other catcher has gotten them so I took the chance to look at the dining room to see if needed a cleaning and it did. I took the chance to go to the back of the kitchen to find the items I need to clean the dining room and my manager told me to take orders with out looking at the front to see what is going on. I told him that the other catcher has it and the dining room is a total mess and need a clean before any one complain about it. The manager told me that he is my boss and I have to do what ever he says because he is the boss( real maturer, for what he say it was childish) So I told him screw you and I end up getting send home just because I was trying to do some thing right and stop people from complying. That is also the same manager who keep asking me for stuff like I own him something and just because he has for it I have to give it to him. what kind of management is that? You tell me, so if my manager wont my house and car I have to give it to he because he the manager and he ask for them? I swear Wendy's really need to see and check what kind of people they are herring for management because the ones they have now already think they have the power over their heads.

I been working at Wendy's for two weeks, and my car just got towed on the day i was suppose to go to work in Rosenberg TX. So i called my job and told my co manager that i wouldn't be able to come to work until tomorrow because my car got towed. And she tells me to catch the bus to work, and I told her that there are no buses that run down here because i work in Houston and the buses run down there. So she yells on the phone and tells me well you better find a way to get close to the bus stop n catch the bus here now. Then hangs up in my face. So i didn't go to work that Saturday, my question is can they fire me because that will be my first write up, and I know u get three.can they fire me?

I am a current employee working at Wendy's. There are so many things wrong. When we get busy, our sandwich maker gets too overwhelmed and randomly leaves his station. There have been many occasions where I would take orders and run back there to make the food. Every time I get put on sandwiches I have it out before they finish ordering it, but of course grill person is never doing their job. Every time I point out a mistake while someone's making a burger they say "well that's why you don't eat at wendys" and continues to leave it wrong. Every time a customer is screaming at my manager, he just walks way and I have to play manager and try and fix everything. I've gotten many compliments for actually caring like normal employees should but their excuse is "I don't get paid enough to care". You have the job and you should care. I'm 18 in college making 7.25 but that 7.25 is for doing my job right, not to be a slacker. Every time I need help, nobody helps me. My drawer was 32 dollars short only to find out my manager stole it. I always found myself doing morning shifts job when I was a closer because I was told to. I got wrote up for the 32 dollars short and my manager asked random employees to sign as a witnesa. Luckily my coworkers aren't stupid and wanted nothing to do with it, one even offered to help pay it off but I refused. This job kills me but I have bills to pay until I'm done with school. I can't wait to have a decent jov

Working for Wendys absolutly sucks! I work at a Wendys in Jennings, Louisiana. I am constantly being picked on by one of our female managers boy toys that works with us. He is always talking very rudely to me and trying to get the other employes to do the same. He comes to work and just sits around and ###s with the manager that he is messing around with. No matter how good of a job I do, it seems my workis never good enough! The managers are not able to give us any real structure or piece of mind working there. They take up for the people who kiss their ### or the ones who they are sleeping with at the moment. ( what a shame )! It doesnt pay to complain about anything to the head management because she takes up for the store managers. We are always wrong and I feel like our complaints are always going unheard. We are lucky if we get one 5 minute brake our whole shift. rather that shift be 3 or 10 hours. I am 4 months pregnant and I never get a brake to eat lunch or diner. This makes absolutly no since to me what so ever. I thought because of Dave this would be a really good company to work for but with the idiot management and the lazy co-workers I have at work I think that Dave would be terribly disappointed! Get off yor ### and quit worrying about your little boyfriends and come up with some real structure and management skills to make Wendys a much better place of employment.

I work at Wendy's in Albuquerque, NM and I've been there a year and a half now. When I found out I was pregnant with my third child, I was being called a [censored] and loose. At 4 months pregnant another worker there, that has a problem with me (not sure why) hit me in the back in front of my GM's boss and no actions were taken. I asked to talk to my GM when lunch rush was over, I explained everything that was going on with this co-worker and I got yelled at for being rude. I've been busting my butt this whole time and when i went into labor early because of complications several workers and a manager were very disrespectful saying I was lazy and hoped my child didn't make it and never had to see my pathetic face again. I brought this up with my bosses boss and he was mortified and said he was going to handle it. I know it's stupid but ended up going back after 6 weeks and now being treated worse than ever. The manager and a few of the workers are saying that I opened my legs to every guy there and all around Albuquerque all because my son is white and blonde like me instead of like his sisters and dad ( they're dad is hispanic) and I really don't know what I did to be so disrespected. Now I close more than normal because workers are quitting and leaving with no notice like crazy and on a Sunday night was so disgusted with the conversation I was stuck listening to on the headset about sex, porn and how my co-workers and manager wanted a customer to come back so they can rub they're faces in her chest and do things with her. I guess that's what happens when you work with 4 guys on a Sunday night and your the only female there.

Damn. I was surprised to see this! I work at Wendy's also (obviously), and all the managers are really nice! My other co-workers are, also. I'm still a minor and I get more hours than some adults who commented on this. This really has shown me how lucky I am to work at a Wendy's that actually has friendly employees. We don't have any cliques, as I recall someone mentioning, no sexual harassment, nothing of the sorts. The Wendy's I work at is great. It does royally piss me off that people who work at other Wendy's locations get treated like this, though.

Can anyone tell me what Wendy's work rules are per the Employee Handbook? My son recently started work there, & stated he's entitled to a single meal break. However, on his third day, he was scheduled to work a ten hour shift-7am-5pm. He arrived on time & did the prep work for the day before the store opened. He was then told to take his one allotted break at 8:18-not even an hour & a half into his shift & was expected to work the balance of his shift-8:48am-5pm-without additional breaks. It's my understanding that working 8+ hours without a break violates labor laws. I thought on a 10 hour shift workers are allowed a meal break plus additional paid breaks for every 4 hours worked. He'd asked for the Employee Handbook when hired but was not granted one. Personally, & from experience working a10 hour day, I'm granted one 30 minute meal break & three 10-15 minute paid breaks during my work day. He was granted an additional break-but told it was unpaid. How can anyone expect an employee to work a full eight hours without a break? Can someone please let me know? I spoke with his manager on duty & found she's not only rude, but was quickly trying to dig herself out of a hole of conflicting answers to me about this. She also spoke Spanish & very poor English. My son & I both had difficulty understanding her. This is certainly not what was expected from employment-especially to a minor. Is he not entitled to the Employee Handbook? It's the only way to target Wendy's work rules. Other than that-labor laws vary, but states clearly employees are entitled to additional breaks. There's no reason anyone should have to take their single break less than two hours into their shift & be expected to work what other employees are (a full 8 hour shift) without a break. Please respond with any helpful input.

I have worked at Wendy's for 4 years now. I started at 16 at the Wendy's in White pine, TN. It was actually a great store, mainly because it was a training store and employees had to do the right thing 24/7. I didn't get enough hours so I ended up quitting after about 8 months. Now I currently work at a different location closer to my house and I get 40 hours a week (it's summer time so it's perfect.) Anyways, getting to the point: The Wendy's I've currently worked at for 3 1/2 years: We have 5 people that are still there that were there when I first started myself included. We have NEVER gotten a raise. Still getting paid 7.25 after THREE years. I know how to do everything because Wendy's is pretty much my life and college. The air conditioner/heater have been broken BEFORE I started working there in 2011 because corporate doesn't care about the employees. So everyday this summer we have checked the temp. Everywhere on the sand which station, back hole, front hole, etc. And it was 105 degrees in the sand which station alone. Why? Because that's broken too. Wendy's does NOT care about their stores or their employees. Dave Thomas would turn in his grave if he was able to read all of these awful things, let alone see them actually happening. I love my job, but I've found another one after three years because I'm tired of going to a place that has no AC during the summer, no heat during the winter, still getting paid 7.25 an hour. When is corporate ever going to step in? Probably never.

Nick,

Did you report your complaint to the speak out line? That is where they will need to go.

In a follow-up to my recent conversation with employee issues and consumer relations, I would like to express my disappoinment with Wendy's. I have requested that a follow-up be done, but I have not heard anything. I would like to express another problem. I am owed back-pay and would like this resolved soon before I take legal action. As a former manager I know a lot about what makes a store operate. I am not playing games and hope you take this serious. I like Wendy's but if Wendy's cannot treat its employees right I will take matters into my own hands. I have proof of such injustices and can provide testimonial truth as to the accounts of mine. Please email me or call me for further transparency. Again, I would like to work at Wendy's again, but there are a few issues that need resolved along the way.

Hello Wendy's,

I am writing this as I only intend for the best. This new corporate location has a slew of problems. As a former supervisor at this location I know first hand. I have wrote a review on Yelp and am sending you the same information. The problem with this store is that the management is all family. Jamie needs to be sent to another store as she would be the most qualified to run one in the area. Another problem is that the managers tend to sit in the office all day and talk which is not good at all. The store needs a management shakeup and many will agree with me. I have worked for Wendy's for seven years of which about four have been in management. I know a lot about what makes this store tick and would appreciate someone following up with me. I now am a food service supervisor for the University of Illinois and have expressed my idea that if things change at the store I would be willing to work there, but only for mornings and only if a breakfast menu is added. I am now working on my MBA as it is a 26 month program at the U of I so I will likely have some free time.

Please all of you go to the department of equal employment opportunity center. This is discrimination and harassment. This is a federal case now. They cannot treat any of you like this. You are humans and not animals. You can go to your local department of workforce department of labor or go one online and report it. You are all being abused and treated horribly none of you should tolerate . Go to library ask for website, or do www.eeoc.gov and look for the prompt that says file complaint. With so many complaints this can become a class action lawsuit in court, even though several of you live in different states. Good luck !

Some of you jerks ###s are really saying ugly mean things, but you don't understand that at least they are trying to work, while some of are silver spoon spoiled ### heads that either live off the government or parents. Give them a break, these days to get a job is hard, so your freakin need to do a reality check cause you jerks probably don't have an education or got a job cause someone allowed your stupidity to get a job! Remember your not God, you cannot judge, you do not support any of them, you do not live with any of them, you do not buy nothing for them, don't know them, SO PLEASE ZIP YOUR UGLY MOUTH, because you will not be blessed or looked at when the pearly gates await for you, the gate will say no trespassing, no entry, because no haters are not allowed in heaven for bad mouth, judges that aren't God. I will pray for you, you better start seeking to repent, forgiveness, apologize to them, READ THE BIBLE!

I am an employee at Wendy's, as well. And I don't know what can be done about your supervisor. I don't know even know what to do about my own situation, which is very similar to yours. I work for an ### of a manager, too, sooooo. I can totally understand and sympathize with you. But, I am not even working 5 hours a week. And, I Don't even want to work any more hours than- that-either. Because, I am not comfortable with working my job. Because of jacked-up hours and not really being fully-aware or informed about how to do the job. In other words, I, too, have not been "properly trained". There is a lack of proper any and everything, in this restaurant where I work.

Conceding,
Lack Of On The Job Trained & Orientation

I quit a few months ago. I took my shirt and hat off and walked out on them. I worked at the one in cedar springs Michigan.Very unprofessional. constant drama amongst the shift managers, treated employees like crap and gave crappy hours. Was told I was going to become crew leader within a month of working there. why?! because I worked my butt off and learned every single thing I needed to know there. One of the shift managers did not like me so she ran her mouth to the main boss and boom I never got my promotion. Very immature! Then I was sexually harassed and they never dealt with it properly. They did a huddle and that was it and the guy still harassed me and many others. Managers constantly eating right out of the fry baskets and dipping chicken nuggets in mayo, touching dirty stuff and making sandwiches. Making me do most the work there as if I was already a manager while they sat in the office on their fat lazy butts eating and playing on their phones. I still haven't gotten my last check because they claim I never turned in my "uniform".. I can go on and on about everything that goes down in that place!

My best friend was giving birth and in critical condition, I was written up for calling out (5 hours in advance). I'm spoken to like a child, the workload is unequal. Why is it that grill men and women who scrub grease off of fryer filters, grills, take the garbage out, clean garbage cans, scrub floors, scrub grill parts, and grease behind the machines, have blood and processed chicken breaking on their hands, and overall do more work than any other position get paid an equal amount as cashiers who simply take orders and stock ketchup up? Also, Many times we are understaffed or overstaffed. You can't just dehumanize a bunch of people from poor communities who have no where else to go and not expect corruption and lack of respect.

I have been working for a whole year and I'm currently planning to quit . The job is easy since I was able to learn everything from being cashier all the way to making sandwiches. i cover for most of the other crew member who couldn't finish their job in time. I did most of the cleaning since for some odd reason they didn't let any women do any of it . Only men were on cleaning duty . I worked 5 days a week. The managers in there were ok but there was one who didn't know how to talk to the workers like human beings . One manager who people loved to hear but didn't know that he was dirty and still handling the food . One manager gets mad at me for wanting to leave on my time to clock out but they don't get mad at the girl who left on time and left everything dirty. All I have to say wendys is full of crap and I suggest a better job.

Hello, I worked at Wendy's for almost 2 full years under my aunt in law very unprofessional. My first day for training I sat in the lobby a whole shift that was my red flag than but I needed a job right away. Shortly I say maybe 4 months later my aunt in law the General Manager of the Wendy's I worked for she lied and went and told another employee something I never said which caused me and the other employee to continuesly to have conflict in the store until she got transfered. Me and the employee can to a agree our GM was the ring leader. So one of her store pets the Wendy's theif managers and crew members have reported to the GM nothing still have been done about it. Which have caused the GM, to fire me on my day off because me asking her store theif to fix the salads the correct way because I was the head salad prep person the store the if got mad and her and the other managers to lie on me because they all hang together off the clock GM and store theif and other store managers corporate refused to pull camera to see the Truth about the whole situation yes I admit to what I said in the front of the manager on duty the store theif yelled she quit and walked off her job but I was the one fired she still have her job she also caused customers that was in the lobby to leave due to her causing but I was the one fired very unfair situation due to the store theif being the GM favorite.

Hi I'm a former employee from Wendy's in green tree. I had got assaulted by a shift manager an was only at the company for 4 days which is really sad, I called the police mad a report, than had a meeting with the dm an her boss an they were like trying to interrogate me an asking me person things about what me an the officer went over. because I'm filing charges lost my job from a person who is a manager an couldn't control his temper also I was 4 out 5 African American's who works at the company very crude place to work, I have no worries I got compliments on how good I worked from the gm. he loved me, I just really think it is sad that you cant even go to work an have a good day without you think your manager would assault you. something will get done an I will get justice because he should not be in the field if you cant control your little temper. one more thing just imagine a 6foot man pushing on a little 5foot women like me.. location green tree rd. Wendy's on Cochran run rd.

It's hard to believe you didn't hear anything back from corporate Wendys. Did you try the regional manager? They are the ones who have to answer for all of their store managers. You would think with the current economy that all the restaurants would be bending over backwards to make their customers happy because so many now chose to prepare all their meals at home. Maybe being a Wendy's manager is a 'sucky' job and he just doesn't care! They should find someone who would appreciate having a job!

I took my high school athletic team after our competition in Lawrenceburg, TN, to the local Wendy's. I specified my burger to be with lettuce tomato and cheese. When they gave me my food, it was a burger with everything. When I took it back they fixed another the same way. After the third burger I asked for my money back and the manager laughed at me. I have been a loyal Wendy's customer for 35 years but I will not go again. Never take food back unless you can watch it prepared or you will eat food off the floor or with spit or something on it! I complained to the Wendy's online twice and never got an answer. I even identified the manager for them and they never acknowledged my complaint at all. Goodbye forever, Wendy!
