This washer came with the house. It is brand new. I have had nothing but problems with it. THe agitator and drum shake when in the spin cycle. Called Whirlpool since it is under warranty. Tech came he checked the diagnostics and said everything is ok it goes through all the cycles. However, I when told him about the consistent wrinkled clothes he said I am not loading my washing machine right. He demonstrated to me how i need to load the clothes which i followed still the unit shakes and clothes are wrinkled. Requested 2nd service call had it scheduled and the repair company rejected my request and never told me. Called Whirlpool CS and got another appointment. Again the service company never showed up and rejected the request. They said I need to send a video to them before they will send someone. I refused talked to a supervisor and received letter from Whirlpool and was told to find a whirlpool service company and pay for the call and then send to whirlpool to get reimbursed. I want a washing machine that works. I have requested an exchange and no response. I would NEVER recommend any Whirlpool appliance with this kind of service
