woman in charge contaminating everything in the building with gross bags on her hands
Watching woman last thursday eve, acting like a mgr, taking control of problems about 615 pm and wearing plastic gloves while ringing up our order for my family, the fingers were worn through and anyone can verify this and go in when she works to see it in action. She is a black lady and hard to tell if she is 30 or 60 yrs but probably in the middle somewhere. The gross gloves she kept on and she went back and forth putting buns down, and working with food and then to register, taking cash, everything you shouldnt do with the gloves on and cross contamination was atrocious. We had already paid for our dinner and noticed she also didnt mind putting her grubby plastic bag fingers (that were brown from God only knows) inside the cups either. Just disgusting at a level that left me one option, to toss our food. About 20$ down the drain and children got a first hand on what not to do. There was a small group of customers at register so I wasnt about to embarrass ourselves talking about what she had done and gross out all the others there but it really was one of the most disgusting things I've seen in a long time.

I went to white castle and ordered the 20 cheese burger sliders with fries with cheese, it was a meal. That was 21 all together then I order two small fruit punch drinks and 1 6 pcs chicken sliders they charged me 33 $ when I called I left my number [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com no refund no. I've been going to this store since it open many years ago, I used to stop by every morning for coffee and samwich on my way to work. Everytime I go in (@6;04 am) it seems to be shift change and there is no one on any of the regesters! I know there is a mcdonalds right across the street I should go to. Now for the bad part this past thursday 8-29-2019 I stopped after work for a sack of burgers and fries to take home, all the doors were locken with a sign telling me to use the drive thru only, do to a lack of staff wtf? I love eating these burgers all the time and just today which is August 20th 2019 I bit into one of the burgers and instantly felt something that wasn't normal which dug into my tooth so I spit out the burger and found a white plastic piece that I pulled out of my tooth. speed and crew
I was at the white castle store numer #010047 on August 15, 2019. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food which was cold and the crew that was working was very rude and ignorant to me. I could see them joking and playing around when they should have been making the orders. I myself am a shift manager at a fast food restaurant and if this ever happened people would have been fired. This has not been the first time that this happened but it will be the last at this store. I will drive out of my way to get better service.
cheese fries
I ordered cheese fries with bacon crumbles and extra cheese. I was charged an extra 60 cents for additional cheese, and on my fries there is next to none. There is even a little less than there would be on a regular order of cheese fries, so requesting extra cheese was a waste of money and for nothing. I also waited 10 minutes for my order which makes no sense because they weren't spending that time putting cheese on my fries.

site unable to process coupon I received from corporate
In early July I made a complaint due to a misrepresentation in a sign and I received a call from the manager and a $5.00 coupon from Jeffry Carper (Chief Operations Officer). Today I went to the same White Castle (#090039) to redeem my coupon. My order came to $15.72 but no one at the site knew how to process the $5.00 coupon so they were only able to give me 25% off which came to $3.74. Fortunately I have been coming to White Castle for many years and there is another location near me so I have another option since I do not want to return to this location again.
quality of food and shortage
Hello I am sending this to show my complete unsatisfactory experience I had with one of your stores. Below is the receipt of what was purchased. Both fish sandwiches were complete disgust. They where very cold and stale and even the buns were completely stale! I can except up to a point, but what was served tonight was horrible. How can fish squares be so cold and stale almost to the point of regurgitation. Also we were short a cheeseburger and my daughters fries. I dont understand why the employee would feel proud to serve such a disgusting food item. Ive been a loyal customer since serving in the military and sorry to say this experience has tarnished my relationship with white castle. I was in a hurry from work to get home to feed my family and this ruined our experience. I will no longer treat my family to your services. I hope you take this message into consideration conserning what was a loyal customer. Thank you for your time.

This place is absolutely horrible! The last 3 time's my boyfriend and I tried going, we ended up walking out. No one would acknowledge us, we gave it a few minutes (one of the time's was almost 10 minutes) and no one would even look in our direction. Last weekend was the last straw.. We walked in, a few employees were playing around behind a wall and one was sitting on the floor playing with his phone, he looked up at us, said nothing and went back to his phone. The staff doesn't care about customer service and they are very lazy. The restaurant also has a lot of bad reviews from people complaining about the same thing. I manage a restaurant, and if this was my staff, I would fire each and every one of them! I honestly hope you step in and turn this place around
