long wait and cold food
Today 11/28/2017 at approximately 2:30 i went to purchase a number 2 with no onions and pickles i waited 20 mins before i got my food and when i received the food it was cold and it had onions and pickles on it i couldn't go back inside because i was on my 15 minute break from my job.., please yu need to do better than this or hire more workers very unhappy customer

So I am from Cincinnati, Ohio and decided to stop for some White Castles after work. So I attended the White Castles in a neighborhood named "Westwood" that is off of Harrison Avenue. So first of all I am sitting in line waiting for a good 15 minutes prior to me even getting to the speaker... so I eventually reached the speaker and was placed on hold for another good 15 minutes... After sitting for so long I barely wanted to order anymore so I did anyway. First off I may I just say how rude the employee was that worked at this location. BY FAR THE WORST ATTITUDE ANY PERSON COULD HAVE. So as I was placing my order the employee interrupted me in a very rude manner and said "what" with a harsh tone as if I was frustrating her... And to add on I was not even able to finish saying my order since I was rudely interrupted and at that, the employee decided to take the initiative to end the conversation and leave me with an incorrect order and price. So at that point I was extremely mad and had lost my appetite. So I just reversed back out the way I came since there were a line of customers in front of me that had been waiting even longer than me. I just know when I decide to attend a restaurant, I'm not just paying for food but I am paying for SERVICE just as well... this employee needs to lose her job or something, she was EXTREMELY RUDE... I will NEVER attend this location again and I will tell everyone else not to attend just as well. Worst experience ever!

I ordered 2 WFL CKN without pork and gravy 1 bistro turkey sandwich. The turkey was plain and dried on the edges. The waffle sandwiches both had bacon. I bit into the waffle sandwich and just thought the waffle was burnt or really crispy. It was burnt and had lots of bacon on it. I have not eaten pork in over 30 yrs. My body rejected this sandwich @ 2am - 3am and I thought I needed to go to the emergency room. I spent $11.68, the person that took the order did not give me this order. The person that served the bag was older and not very friendly. I almost think it was on purpose to putting bacon/pork on my sandwich I repeated it too many times no PORK or GRAVY. I want my money back.
If you still have it, bring the food and the receipt back to the location of purchase for a refund or replacement. If you have discarded it, there might not be anything they can do for you.

I went to the store at dearborn heights michigan @ beechdaly and ford rd twice for my lunch break and i am a mail carrier so i dont have much time to stand around. The first time they ignored me never taking my order this second time today i placed my order and they over looked it. I never reeived my order but everyone behind me got theirs. Im truly upset wirh rhe service i wasted my entire break waiting on my oreder which i never received...all i got was ny refund because i would not of had time to eat. Truly disappointed.

We waited in line for nearly 15 minutes there were no cars in front of us or behind us. No one had communicated with us at all letting us know that it would be a long wait. My husband put on the horn in the car and finally somebody came to the window and said what's up? We explain to this supervisor or manager that we had been waiting a long time for our food. She exclaimed that "we had a Crave Case before you" and "I told him (the other worker) to tell you what was going on. No one had told us anything we were completely ignored at the window it's really sad that it took us putting on the horn to be noticed at all. Being in restaurant management for many years myself this was a completely horrid display. As we were explaining our frustrations to the supervisor our food had come up, she had no real desire to fix the situation and she simply gave us our money back and closed the window. First off you are a fast food restaurant! You make burgers that is what you do! What happens when somebody orders 2 Crave cases do you have to shut down the entire restaurant? Being told that there was a Crave Case ahead of us and using that as an excuse instead of trying to rectify the situation is completely unacceptable to me. I'll have to say I was pretty excited to try the newly remodeled White Castle in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, but sadly now I will never go back. We happened to take our business and our money to McDonald's and it took a total of 2 minutes, there we were greeted with smiling faces, and no excuses. (even though they had other customers in life.) I don't expect anything out of this complaint but I would sure hope that your management team would follow up with training and informing your employees on how to properly handle customer complaints and issues. In the business of fast food waiting 15 minutes at a drive-thru with nobody in front of you is completely unacceptable people go to fast food places because they're in a hurry and because they do not have a lot of time. The last thing that I'll say is that if somebody would have simply communicated with us and told us that they were busy and had a large order ahead of ours we would have been a lot more understanding it was the fact that we were completely ignored and like we didn't matter. North Bergen 11/10/17 the girl behind the counter was fake-smiling "too much" like she knew something...i sat, began to eat in the restaurant...and i over heard..."you gonna watch him eat dat"? ..." should go right in the garbage"... i took a taxi and finished at home ...later that night i woke up projectile vomiting like i was poisoned and i was not drinking alcohol.

Anyone can have a bad day this I understand. But at one particular w c restaurant on west port road in louisville kentucky there's "always" something? This time rude cold unresponsive service! Who does the hiring for this branch? They are grievously failing the public. I usually go anywhere to eat to avoid this place. Just got off of a long shift at work. Stopped at the Riverview Mi store. Pulled up to the speaker and was told to wait a couple of moments. I sat there for a minimum of 15 minutes at the speaker without even getting to order and was never asked what I wanted. I then proceeded to leave, I was too frustrated to wait any longer. I have never ever waited that long to order

I from St. Louis, mo and went to the natural bridge/airport location. The drive thru lady was incompetent and rude. Not only did she get my order wrong, she didn’t even give me everything I ordered. Not to mention I didn’t even get a receipt. By far the worst service and I will never return there again. Putting the word out for others to not visit.

Went into glasgow, Ky location to get an order of two crave cases one with cheese, one without, and two 0rders of 20 piece chicken rings. As I returned home and inspected my food they were still cold in the center and there was not even one order of chicken rings not acceptable at alltried to call location and couldn't reach anyone no answer.

I love your hashbrown and every time I order them I ask for them to be fresh and this time I get home and they are soak in grease which you can tell that they been drop in the grease again and they taste horrible. I'm going to stop coming to your establishment for the poor quality of your food. This is not the first time this has happen and I am tired of going back up there so they could fix it right. I used your in-app on my iPhone this past Sunday evening (9/3/17) and found it was very well put together and easy to use and would be super convenient to have the order ready when we got to the store which is a good 18 minutes from my house. I paid for the order through the app as well and had the confirmation number of 5693 ready at 10:04pm at the Matteson store. It all sounded good till I got there and no one knew anything and then they checked into the order and stated "wow this is really a thing we do" which I thought was weird and then they had to prepare my larger order which took another 10 minutes in top of the first 5-10 minutes to find the order, etc so it took almost 20 minutes longer on something that should have been ready considering I even prepaid for it. I wasn't very happy but waited and figured I would contact main headquarters with my concerns.

You have a employee name melissa that works at the dent location and I am a customer at this store I come there twice a day to get coffee I was in your store on Saturday and melissa and her Husband showed up to try to fight another employee they her I don't have my work clothes on now Maggie come try to get Maggie to come fight her and there where other customers in the store at the time and just left and did not order. I know that u have lost a lot of customer do to Melissa because she wipes her noise why she is cook with her gloves on and her appearance is very nasty looking I will not even order if she is there and her attitude sucks if she make your order wrong she will argue with you and tell you that's the way you wanted it she as also been called out by customers telling her to change her gloves because they say her wipe if her noise when cooking that's just very disgusting
didn't have all my food
Hello I just left White Castle drive through in cold springs it and don't have all my food. They didn't give me two orders of onion rings. I also bought cheese cups for them but without the onion rings it's pointless. I wouldn't complain but this happens almost every time we go to this White Castle. There is nothing more aggravating then having a huge order for our whole family and then realizing when we get home that someone's not getting all there food.
