Hi . I live in MO. N. County near Belfontine rd. I know for sure that this White Castles has the poorest service . I was just there this morning . I placed my order at 555am. With one vehicle in front of me at the window.i was second in line. I didnt get to the window until 630am. I dont know if management care about if customers have to go to work etc... i just don't understand how this is ok. And does the owner of this facility know about the poor service & that the company is losing money. I witnessed 2 other cars behind me drive away. Yes this happens all the time. On Thursday morning a couple days ago as i was headed to work & stopped there & there was no one inside. It was 530am. I didnt even receive a receipt.
the employee and manager not being about to count back correct change
Me and my brother placed two separate orders. My order total was $3.20 for a 5 piece cheese stick, I gave them $20.20 which would mean they owed me $17.00. My brother ordered a 3 piece cheese stick and 6 original sliders which came to $7.03 and he provided exact change. They cashed them out backwards and only gave me $13.17 in change and when I tried to explain to them the problem the "manager" had to clue how to do simple math to fix the problem. She said the register was counted and it wasn't over, which is impossible. The register was never touched, I could see it. She refused to give me MY money and told me she could only take my name and number and give me back my money only if the register was over. I asked for another manager and she was able to u understand the math (thank god) and fixed my issue, while being nice in the process. Unlike the other girl who slammed the drive thru window in my face. I'm honestly appaled your "managers" can't do simple addition and subtraction.

The 3rd.shift lady was rude and I was sitting waiting in line for 20mins before she even took my order . As soon as I pull to the window to ask if she would take my order she won'ted to complain to me that it's only 2 people and she was making a crave case. At that point I just won'ted to place my order. So instead of her asking me what I won'ted she proceed to tAke the other people behind me. If I wasn't so hungry to feel my family I would have left and not return.

When to the white castle on Telegraph and schoolcarft at 1am my order wasn't right missing fries and my burgers wasn't hot or fresh. I stay 3mins from there and my food wasn't worth eating I never had a problem up there it must be under new management. I order a number 1 and 2 with a med hashbrown to get a half full carton and not to get it fresh like I asked is very unacceptable. Then for the #2 there was no fries in the bag.
horrible drive thru service
We waited at the drive thru to order a simple menu and we were told to wait. Well we waited and it took over 4 min to come back. We repeated our order. We got interrupted with the total. We asked for it to be repeated back to us. The lady was obviously annoyed and read it back. You had a male employee on his phone walking around not doing anything. Then we waited aside for over 10 min for our food which was wrong. We felt going back was gonna cause a problem and didn't feel safe. It was a disaster

I live in st. Louis. White castle offered the black bean burger, which was highly superior to the "veggie" burger... Then it stopped offering it. Then wc offered fried pickles... Now they are gone. Will either come back? They both were good and were the main/only reason I go there, as I am a vegetarian. Please bring them back. The black bean burger was good, though sometimes staff did not seem as though they wanted to prepare it quickly. They would warn you it might be 10-15 minutes, other places would do it in 5 or less without complaints.

On 6/23/17 i will say im a faithful customer with White Castles I love the food but it seems the service on dickerson road get worse daily. I currently waited in line 22 mins for a number 1 for cold fries and a flat big red.Im sorry ti complain but your location on Broadway downtown Nashville is prompt if i lived in the area I would only go to that location.

I just went to the drive thrun to get my family dinner. I was eating a cheeseburger when I bit into something hard. Once I realized there were other hard pieces in what I was chewing, I spit my food out and saw pieces of my tooth! Whatever was in my burger completely broke my tooth! I am going to have to get a new tooth implanted. This needs to be addressed and resolved immediately!

Not sure my emails are going through. Appx 3 to 4 weeks ago I took my 3 great granddaughters to White Castle on S Emerson in Beech Grove. After getting my girls out we go to the door. Big sign on door said dining room closed due to a wedding. My oldest being 10 says White Castle is never closed. Very disappointed. Are they allowed to do that. I'm up in age and never came across this. The youngest is 2 and wanted her White Castle. My car older and didn't want drive to another one to disappoint my girls again. Sincerely Pamela Turner
bad customer service/incomplete order
There was no line in the drive-thru. Not busy at all. When the lady took our order at the speaker she wasn't ready and had to repeat the order. Paid for our order and when we checked our order the fries were missing. I had to honk the horn several times before she came back to the window. The employees were too busy gossiping to do their job. When she finally came back to the window and I told her she forgot the fries, at first she tried to say we didn't order fries; looking on the screen she corrected herself. we did get our fries but this is typical of this White Castle. Customer Service is bad and never changes.

Went through the drive threw and ordered cheese sliders. When we got to the window and looked at our order, there was no cheese in them. So we waited until the worker came back to the window and told him and he took the burgers that i already had and touched into the back and just put cheese on them. After saying nothing and slamming the window in my face. After nearly throwing the burgers back out at us as we were trying to ask for ketchup, he slammed the window again. We waited a couple minutes until we honked the horn and he came and we asked for ketchup, where he took much longer than he should have just to grab a couple packets. Mind you, there was noone else in the drive threw so it is not like we were holding anything up by asking for ketchup. It was overall an extrememly rude employee and this is not at all the first time I've had issue with the customer service at this location.
drive thru policy
I went thru the drive thru at the White Castles in Dolton IL on May 27th 2017 around 6am. I waited in line for about twenty minutes. Waited at the window for about 5 minutes until the worker asked me to pull in the handicap spot and he would bring my order out. When he arrived with my meal he forgot my soda. It was ok because I was ready to go. But when I pulled off, the Dolton police pulled me over for parking in the handicap spot. Wrote me four tickets and impounded my vehicle. This is my second e-mail. I would like to speak to someone personally about your drive thru policy

Went there on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 6p just before taking in a movie across the street. The restaurant did not appear crowded, and we were just going to stop in for a quick bite before the movie. How hard could it be to get 4 burgers and a sack of rings? There was 1 person standing at the register in front of us. The "manager" appeared to be helping the man with a gift card. We waited, and waited. We waited some more to be helped. I counted at least 5 people behind the counter. I girl was on her phone, 2 guys were dancing and laughing, all the while oblivious to customers. The "manager" apparently had to point out that someone needed to take our order, because she asked a woman to do so. We ordered and had to repeat our order twice. My husband wanted extra pickles and onions on his 2 burgers. This was at 6p. I went to our seat. He remained at the counter. Again, we waited and waited. At about 6:15, he brings the tray to the table. The order was wrong. He received 2 double cheeseburgers, which appeared to have been warming under a light for some time. The edges of the burgers were rubbery and the cheese was not even melted. We did not have time to take the stuff back as were were supposed to meet our friends at 6:20. My husband sat down and after examining the food, said, "I'm not eating this." "And, rest assured, I WILL N O T come back here." Worst service I've seen in a while. Totally unacceptable and quite unbelievable. I don't see how the place stays open if that is the norm.
all of my cheeseburgers were cold
I went to the White Castle in Indiana on 38th Pendleton Pike, and I ordered a Crave Case w/out onions which were cold and they put onions on it anyway. A sack of chicken rings, a sack of fries which were cold and three cheesesticks. My only things that were hot were my chicken rings and cheeseticks. I called to notify them of my order mishap up there, because I live about 10 minutes away, to let them know. They told me they didn't have a manager in, and told me to call back Monday. I didn't go back up there because my kids were hungry and we had already been waiting for almost 30 minutes to get our food. I really love White Castle and we go maybe once a week. I just want to be compensated for the service that I endured.
peach smoothie
I got a smoothie with my meal today May 4th at about 1pm. As I was drinking it I bit down on what was either a seed or hard piece of plastic, hard enough to chip my molar. Looking more closely I realized that the hard substance was through out the entire shake, I recently thought it was peach chunks. I went to the store and the gave me a refund however I will now have dental bills and pain. If someone would contact me immediately to resolve this problem that would be great

My coworker and I drove to our local WC to pick up lunch and take it back to the office. The problems began the minute we were asked for our order. Out of Coke. In the middle of the day. OK, no big deal. So my coworker asked for her #2 without the Coke because that's all she drinks. "9.09, " is all Team Member #592 blurted-out, no thank you, please pull up to the window - nothing. So we intuitively pulled around to window. "9.09, " she says again. My coworker hands her a $10 bill and 9 cents. #592 goes away. Comes back and hands my coworker the bag. No money. Says nothing. Closes window. My coworker yells to the closed window, "You forgot our dollar!" #592 comes back to the window, opens it and claims, "No, I didn't." ? We both exclaimed that she did NOT give us the money. She pauses. Then says, "It's in your bag." WHAT!? She put handled currency in with our food?! I took all of our food out of the bag in front of her - my onion ring box falls apart, onion rings everywhere now - no dollar in the bag! She disgustedly turns to the manager to get the key to unlock the drawer and hands us the dollar - no sorry, thank you, nothing at all. As we were leaving the parking lot to return to work I discover the french fries we ordered are not in the bag - they're on the receipt, we paid for them, but they're not in the bag. We just kept going. This has been bad enough.
Finished? Nah, not done yet. Back at the office, I am finishing up my second cheeseburger and I see a thin black thing sticking out of my sandwich - looks like a hair - IT IS A HAIR! because the hair follicle (not a word often used in conjunction with FOOD!) is STILL ON IT!
Obviously, this is VERY POOR behavior on the part of your team member #592. I'm disgusted and now nauseated because I was down to my last bite when I discovered the hair! Could that visit have gone any worse? Nope. Completely disgusted and rightfully so.
customer service and missing food
I paid 30.64 for my food and it was cold and incomplete I didn't get any of my fries and I was told there was no honey mustard by one cashier but returned to the counter and was given honey mustard by another employee. also the cashier had a horrible attitude and the floors where beyond sticky Sitting in the lobby was a man sleeping with no shoes on and vomit all over his clothes. We had to wait and additional 15 for our food to be replaced because it was cold.

On yesterday evening about 12:10:15 am, we went to white castle # 040013
Located at 20703 gratiot avenue, eastpoint, mi 48021. And placed an order totaling $25.30. We distinctly told the clerk that we wanted everything on our burgers except onions. They complied except there were no mustard, catsup, or pickles.
I drove two miles then decided to check the order to make sure it was correct. That's when we discovered it was not. I drove back another 2 miles to inform them of the error nd gave them back the original order which they threw in the trash. We waited almost 25 more minutes in the parking lot while they remade the orders again. They had attitudes galore in which I calmed myself down from going "there". After all, they made the mistake, we didn't. I will not visit that establishment again unless it's early where we can go inside and check the order before leaving. At this point, I would like a refund if possible.

I went too White Castle today they still have the sign up and on the menu that they are still selling these two products and when I get to order my food I was told that it's a limited time for these items. Why would you get rid of these products when they are the most requested items on the menu. I'm highly upset because I'm not the only one that is upset about this it needs too stay on the menu all yr around nobody wants no corn dogs and all that. Put the #### back on the menu! A upset customer!

White castle is horrible there employees and there so called corporate I swear my six yr old daughter has better customer service then they do I think they hire any one. I've been harassed insulted threatened by there employees cuz I asked to remake food waited for four burgers n waiting 20 mins employees comment said I wasn't important that they meet me outside at 2 am. Gm said she fund me 25 dollar gift card that was blank by ordering number 8 I had to pay with my own money which ticked me off which got shorted 10 burgers and i also asked for cheese didn't get it hair in my burgers y'all should be sued lied customer service Corp. Waited seven mins they didn't do not nor answer my question made me wait ten more mins for there boss which didn't even know how many burger came with a number 8 told me to hold on I want to know who on the hell hires these ppl this is pathetic. I want to talk to someone that can help me. Cus I am beoned pissed. I wish undercover boss can read this and help me because no one else is. Help they should take customer service classes seriously!
