The employee took a picture of my card and tried to use it during the time of her possession and when she gave it back to me it said my cvv was declined but she never enter my card in the system she put it n the machine so I shouldn’t been receiving that text from my bank that someone was using my card her employee number 1018 White Castle on 5618 w north Ave chicago il 60630

White Castle #1 Combo meal

Ordered the above with extra onions and add mustard.. pulled over to eat it and could hardly find the onions and no mustard or packets. Frustrating. Happens a lot. Order on receipt was correct but not filled by cook.

I know staff is short but they need to pay attention to what they are doing.

White Castle Order not received

08/03/2022 1230am. Order #19160. I placed an online pickup order to the Covington, Ky location. Was charged the $15 for my order and I received a confirmation email with my pickup time. When I arrived at the drive thru the employee said he could not make any food because he was the only worker. I reached out to the corporate office after leaving the drive thru, still no response so I’m posting this here

Desired outcome: Refund my money & a gift card for my next purchase.

White Castle Incorrect order

Ordered online. My son when to pick up the food. No sack of fries. So I went back to get them which of course meant food was cold when I got back. Also asked for 4 sauces. Ranch, honey mustard, mayo and the marinara for the cheese sticks. They only had ranch and mayo. Also they gave my son a med and a small drink because they had no large ones. Now I understand this is not the employees fault. But this company needs to know that things that should be available but are not. Also ordered was a chocolate shake. Usually I think the shakes are great there but this one was terrible. Someone needs to look into that machine. 07/28/2022

White Castle Customer service

First of all White castle is supposed to be open 24 hours. The location at 2221 Hyland Blvd Staten island closes around 3 am and doesn't take anymore orders. Then they don't even have the dining room open for months. So tonight July 23rd at about 11 pm I am in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes. When I finally reach the speaker the teller tells me that the order isn't ready that I was picking up for to come inside. I told her every other night dining room is closed and now I've been waitinf in drive through for 20 minutes just to go inside and wait more time. Every time I come to this White Castle they are extremely rude, and when taking my order they say " what do you want?" Aren't they supposed.to say " HI welcome to White castle" And they constantly don't have Strawberry banana smoothies.This time the lady told me to cancel the order if I didn't like how she wans me to do things.

Desired outcome: Better training of employees and better management.

White Castle Incorrect order

I originally wanted impossible sliders but the location didn’t have any so I ordered a fish slider, mozzarella sticks a medium drink and fries. They gave me everything but the fries and 10 cheeseburgers. As a pescatarian I don’t eat cheese burgers so it was a waste and I must’ve been charged for them as well. I would like a refund. I went to the White Castle on 10339 Grand AveFranklin Park, IL 60131 at like 9:30. The guy at the window was super rude and abrupt as well.

White Castle poor service at drive through

I am writing to let you know how disappointed I am, once again, with the staff at the White Castle located at 95th and Cicero, Oak Lawn, IL. On at least three separate visits my experience has been unsatisfactory. As a business owner myself always appreciate it when a client lets me know when my staff has not met expectations so I can address the situation. I usually visit this location in the evening, after any rush hour and every time I am waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. Tonight, July 17, 2022, I arrived at 9:10 and wasn’t able to place my order at the drive through until 9:38. I sat in a line of 3 cars for 28 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, then another 10 minutes waiting for my food. At the other visits I had similar experiences. I am wondering why? Poor management? Workers who are not properly trained? Whatever the case I do hope you will address this with the manager at the mentioned location! I will take my evening craves to a different fast food place in the future where the order doesn’t take 28 minutes. Please keep in mind this is a repeated problem!

White Castle Service

Drove to the Carol Stream location last night to get food. I waited in line 15 minutes to get to the order menu for the lady to tell me that she just took the last order from the car in front of me. It was only 11:15 and she tried to tell me that they close at 11:30 and she has to go home and be with her kids. What kinda [censored] is that? Y’all have people that’s turning away money 45 minutes before closing? It’s always a problem at this location. Please get rid of the people that work there. I watched over 10 cars get turned away because of lazy workers.

Desired outcome: A free meal or gas reimbursement. Gas is too high to be driving to a business that says open online but closed for services when you get there

White Castle Overpayment for water

White Castle store number #020026. TM#726 Sunday 17.2022

My customer service was not really a bad one, I just wanted to express my concerns for asking for water with my purchase. This is the first time that I had experienced this at any White Castle, I know prices have gone up, but I work at the hospital, and they do not charge for fountain water, and I know McDonald's will charge you 0.25 for it. The cashier was charging me $2.79 for a large cup of water. I know that the cups are not free, but a bottle of water, I don't think is that much. I think that the cashier's attitude was not good at the moment and that is what he decided to charge me. I just laughed to ask for the store number and had to come inside the store to retrieve my receipt, so that I would know exactly what store that I needed to share about. Ruby Branch

Desired outcome: The purchase of a cup should not be more than 0.50, please, thank you, and I'm sorry are desired responses, that should be expressed by the cashier's, positive feedback to the upset customer may and will change the outcome of the sell.

The white castle that's located on St. Charles rock rd in Brighton I order breakfast combo #13 2 sandwich hashrounds and drink the only thing was good was the drink. My sandwich my bottom bread was so hard had to take it off just to eat it and my hasrounds had was so soggy with grease couldn't even eat those

Hello

For about 60 years my wife and I have gone to white Castles in our area. Before we met we both used to go to Bloomfield, NJ. We moved away and only got there a few times. About 10 years ago you built a store near us in Ledgewood, NJ. Hooray! So a pair of old people would go once or twice a month. We even take some to friends. Anyway, enough with history.

We hadn't gone for about a month and finally got there 2 weeks ago with a major disappointment. It takes us long enough to figure out the Kiosk as it is. But now I see you replace the whole HiC line with this new fad drink, AHA. First of all that stuff is caffeinated. The drink is sparkling, which means it carbonated. And it Zero Calorie. Many times there is an aftertaste.

I'm an engineer. A pretty smart one too. I owned my own company for 22 years, defying all the life expectancy rules of 7. I added new products to my offering all the time. But I didn't abandon my other offerings. As a manufacturer I had the option of reducing the models offered, taking away the slowest sellers, and introducing the new model line alongside. To save space, we listed the other options where the two would compete. My point is whoever the marketing genius that came up with the drop the line idea, needs to spend more time in reality.

There is no reason why the AHA could not be just introduced to see how it would fly, Not everyone wants the same old mundane soft drinks. But what do I know, I'm just an educated consumer. And a pretty upset one. I can't eat 6 double cheese with AHA. A Lemon aid or Raspberry lemon aid would have been better

I asked for my burgers well done they gave a sandwich with wet bread extremely wet bottom buns I had to put my food in the trash right there I didn’t even walk out the restaurant with it I am a loyal White Castle customer and never experienced this before I paid 9.00$ for nothing these people are messing up your food chain name with food like that here is the store #020050 sale#[protected]

White Castle Improper service

The White castles on national turnpike should be closed down since they don't want to work they close the whole store down at 1:35 and said if they was closed till 2:00 for lunch break and I had an online order and used one of my coupons and now I didn't even get to use it because it expired because of your team crew this is the second time I've had a problem with the whole White castles the one on bardstown road they need some act right in them too there's very rude up at national turnpike being all smart while they're sitting out there smoking marijuana and I've got the pictures and the sign where they put it over to intercom and they thought it was cute and smiling and laugh I'll never come to White castles again and I'm going to let other people know cuz I'm posting on Facebook social media anything

White Castle Chicken Sliders

I was so excited to see chicken sliders for sale at the store I work for ( Rite Aid ) I bought 8 boxes of 4 slider in each. When I opened one of the boxes I found that every two pack was only one piece of chicken for two rolls. So I just had to check all of them and they were all the same. Am I supposed to cut the chicken in half for the rolls. I'm not sure. Please let me know. I buy your hamburger all the time. I just love them.

White Castle White Castle in Columbia MO

I just was at the white castle in Columbia Missouri off 63. I had to wait 20 minutes for 10 castles. I didn't mind the wait as bad as the customer servce. The girl at the window was stoned or acted like it.the place was filthy filthy filthy. Trash bags full in cooking area. Full out back. And then my castles were barely warm. And this isn't the first time so not only will i not be back Im going to turn it into the health department.

Address is 7th Street Rd, Louisville, KY 502/363-2605...Receipt is very light cannot read information clearly. Sale #1830749 (?) Date 6/15/2022 Team Member 42359. Ordered 2 1921 Specials - tomato was the size of a quarter, buns were stale, 1 had 7 pickles, 1 had 2 pickles, no lettuce on either. Onion Rings were over-fried and outer batter was hard. 8 hamburgers were very sloppy in preparation...meat patty was hanging off the buns. VERY DISAPPOINTING ORDER.
