I received a Sprayer Tool addressed to me with the Wish logo, yet the store name doesn't match any current orders of mine. I have no idea why I received this and would like to sort this out as quickly as possible. I double checked and triple checked my orders and their store names and their countries of origin, but none of them match up and I dont know what to do.

I ordered a 3mm gold plated herringbone 30" necklace. I received a 10mm necklace. I have tried every way on the web to get in touch with you. Nothing has worked. I want to return this item, but every time I select a reason, it comes up "you have no history. I have ordered from Wish for a long time now. But I give up. I ordered the above item in Dark Brown but when it came it was clearly a golden brown colour
When I tried to report that on the site I was told I had to upload a photo
I cannot upload a photo I do not have a phone that takes pictures and uploads them but unless you do that you cannot submit a web site issue there is no way around it
I sent customer service an email and they told me to 'upload a photo' I explained 4 more times that I could not upload a photo as they kept telling me to do so
Finally they sad we can't help you then ! I found this a really bad way to conduct a site. I should be able to get in touch to sort an issue out and talk to people who care about their customers

Every night I login before the giveaway and stay on the page well before 9pm and it says items are available even after the closing time. Not once have I seen a claim button anywhere. Then poof all gone. Scam alert. This has happened every night for a week. I'm quick but it extends past the promised end time. If there is never even a claim button then how does it work?

I receive my order with wish.com on 4/14/18 a backpack bag (straw purse). The order came receive by regular mail in a plastic bag. The backpack bag (straw purse)damage. The package was fold in the bag, cut, & torn. Not sure why it was not package secure due to it being a straw bag. I really like the bag and would like another one without any damage.

DO NOT BUY! SELLER "Emmashop2016" IS HORRIBLE! FALSE ADVERTISING! Ordered mini crossbow stainless steel (with toothpicks and bowstring included). They charged full price with shipping, but only shipped toothpicks! They would not ship the crossbow per order description or refund my sons money! Totally crooks! The free daily gift is supposed to start at 9 in in at 9:15 yesterday I tried it for the 1st time it never started in today I tried it again and it started at 9:06 and then ended because everything had been claimed it is not fair that I haven't had a chance to even claim it would be different if it started at 9 when it was supposed to and I didn't claim it by 9:15 but it never gives me a chance to even try to claim it I've had enough with this app I don't get things when I'm supposed to and sometimes a product is false advertisement I will go to social media I let them know about this app if it is not changed thank you

I put a 7 item order in April 3, 2018 to Wish.com. I saw on line in order to use a promocode you had to download mobile app so I did on my phone on purpose to use promo code. there was NO place on app to put code so it didn't get added and they made excuse when I contacted them more than once.I tried to track item on site and last tracking was still in China April 7th and their Arrival date was in writing Arrive April 8th . I have requested a refund at least 3 times on the site in writing and this last time they have changed the date from April 22nd to may 9th on purpose for new arrival date and refuse to give refund stating the order is still with in the dates so they cant. Now the are ignoring my last request as I old them I was turning them in. I still wanted items but with a refund as they should accomodate for the promocode they wouldn't add and the late shipping according to first dates April 9th arriving. As of right now I still have no order or refund back on my credit card. I will NOT order from them again ! To change the arrival dates on purpose is wrong so they don't have to refund. They do have to refund. Not my problem they gave date in writing then changed it. I tried more than once to get them to add promocode they just kept telling me where to put it in cart. There was NO place in order to put code on mobile app. I want refund! I have had no response to my last demand for refund or where order is. Last I track still in China! PS remember I said they changed the dates of arrival from April 8th to May 8th after I threatened to turn them in. So May 8th is not original date. I put in order April 3rd 2013. they are fraud and should be shut down. I have rest of inquries on my phone. Hope something is done.

People, WISH has become a scam. Maybe not on all products. But they are scamming on allot of them. You order a certain item, you receive a confirmation email from them. Then when you track it, you will find that it is a different item that is being sent to you. For example, I ordered 35 free gmolo brand laptops and paid $72.00 for shipping. They sent me a verification email showing it was the gmolo laptops that I ordered. Then when I tracked it, now shows that the order was for 35 zeus laptop keyboard dust covers. You can see the pictures both show the same tracking number but the item was changed. I would like to recieve what wish.com offered. Free gmolo brand laptop free just pay for shipping. I paid dhipping for the delivery of 35 free gmolo brand laptops. Or a refund.
Sucker is born everyday. I hate people to be scammed but when someone or website is claiming they will give you a new laptop for free ... Then you try to be smart and order 35 of them, another ... Then they tell you shipping is 72 dollars., another ... Well you my friend, won the internet.
BTW. This must be fake as hell, he claimed it was changed to Zeus laptop dust covers but the picture shows a BETTER laptop (at least the spec wise, did not bother checking if it's real model or not). Either you found a new way to get high or bs posting.

So I noticed that a shirt that I had never even seen before showed up on my "Order History" page and I was very confused about how the order was made because I knew 100% that I didn't place the order. Well I clicked on order details, and what I see is a Russian shipping address. I'm pretty upset that this person was able to get into my account somehow! I know the people at Wish.com must be busy, but it takes them like 3 days to reply, and to me this seems to be a pretty urgent situation!

I ordered a laptop as advertised and got a clear screen. I ordered cell phones and got something different both orders. I've contacted my lawyer as this is the third time I got screwed by wish site.
