filter in search area
It would be extremely helpful if on the app for wish when you search something up if there could be a filter button so that you can filter your search to information and price and other things. This would make searching for certain things much easier and it would be extremely helpful. Also if you could arrange things from price low to high or vice versa. I have spent ages trying to find something in a certain price range and I know many other people have so I believe that this would be helpful to many people and that it would help customers.

Has been order a Youma folding mountain bike from wish on 17 of February 2018 and on order history show 9th of march is delivery date, but that date instead of sending a bike, the seller sending me a small parcel with a scarfs on it and a letter, in a letter just a excuse for delay to sending a bike, but the painful things is the seller use same tracking number of the bike he use that for a parcel, that mean, I do got a parcel with a tracking number of the bike, but not the bike, , the wish company still sending me a final note for the bike items, but the whole story is nobody want to know? The wish company already answer, the items already out of tracking date (30 days ). In this situation I really do not know what to do, wish already turn there back on me, so please help, all I want is my money refund

Hello sir ! My name is Tam luu, on 17 of February 2018 I has been order a Youma folding mountains bike on wish and in order history show is 9th of march 2018 is delivery date, but this date, instead send me a bike the seller sending me a small parcel with a scarf and a letter, letter contain all the excuse for delay to sending the bike, and also a tracking number sticker on the parcel is the same with a tracking number for the bike ( show on the order history) has been complaint with wish but they always ask to go back to order history and contact a support, but always pop up with the order already out of tracking date (30 days).
I know I'm in trouble, I'm a retirement man, do not have much money, I just would like to have my refund back please

I ordered several things from WISH and never have received them.Also there daily giveaway is a bunch of Bull###t, I have won several times and got ripped off...DONT WASTE UR TIME ON THIS CRAP..! I used an order discount at the time of my order on April 15, 2018. It was successfully applied. I submitted my order and it received an email telling me that there was an error and that I had to re-order. I did so and it did not save my promotional code. I requested that they kindly add it to my order... as it was applied correctly for my initial order. I received a very robotic response. Not personal at all and my request was not addressed. It was a valid promotional discount code, and he was unwilling to work with me.
Disappointed especially because the error was on the companies end and my request was fair and legitimate.
I would like the requested promotional code to be applied to my order as it should have been. Thank you.

On the 3rd of April 2018 I took a screenshot of a laptop advert and also the description of it which clearly outlined the specs of a laptop. The price was free and I paid $NZ4.00 for postage and packaging.
My phone recorded the date the screenshot was made. I wrote to customer support regarding why the advert had suddenly changed to advertising not a laptop but instead a laptop keyboard cover. I also provided a photo of the two screen shots I made and the date that my phone recorded it being taken which was the 3rd April.
I had a email sent to me days later saying that yes indeed the advert was false and please wait until my product has arrived, then I will be refunded. I can only assume the product is a keyboard cover.
I don't want a refund. I want my computer as it was advertised.

The 1st order that came were clothes claimed to be large. My Brice who is a size 10 could just fit into them..
All further DELIEVERED were of all substained. As for an example a kitchen which arrived in a crushed box had a Chinese plug not fitting British standards. All wish wanted was pictures of the deflective item but nothing was done.

When I go to wish for the giveaway I am there 10-15 minutes before the giveaway starts and when I'm there it doesn't refresh when the giveaway starts. I refresh it and still nothing but at 9:18 everything is gone because it won't pop up to claim. Its completely ridiculous. Ive been doing this for the passed few weeks. I saw a ad on Facebook for a pool que for the price or 100 when I went on the app it was 1899 this is very bad advertisement. Would want to pay R100 for the product or eil report this. This is false advertising and is bad for your company name . I have bought me my stuff if wish and many problems have popped up like not get products after 6 months e.g. like SIM card, glasses, fishing gut and meal prep boxed. Your service is poor and really hope I can get these products for refunded.
bait and switch
I ordered several items such as computers and when I went to check on the items they were changed to things like photos of computers or mice that will work with computers. I notified American Express and they cancelled my card and told me to see if this is a Bait and Switch scam. Looking forward to getting the items. Will check on my orders today and notify Visa card as well.

I had ordered on accident a case xx knife march the 6th. I had immediately stopped payment on it and the merchant had already taken the money for it. I emailed them telling them my mistake and they had assured me that my money would be refunded back to me by march the 21st. A week past the refund date I check my card to see if they had did as they said they would and come to find out they hadnt.
I'm still waiting for the refund, since I had made an attempt to contact the merchant and get a response back I put it to the hands of my credit card company for them to file a dispute since no merchandise was recieved. I'm still waiting to hear from my credit card company in re to the dispute as well.
