Wish vk world s8 mobile phone

On the 30th March, I placed an order for the VK World S8 mobile phone for my 4yr old daughter, I thought that the seller (cybermonday) had a sale on as I was only costing us £2 with delivery, all the pictures and all the information regarding the item was for the mobile phone only and nothing else, I did send all if the pictures into wish so they could see for themselves what I actually purchased. Now instead of recieving the item that I first paid for all wish has done is given me a refund, now anyone knows that if a retailer is selling any specific item for a certain price thats the price they have to sell it for as thats what's advertised on the item, even if say the price was mistakenly put £200 cheaper to what the price should be, but that the sellers mistake and I dont see why myself and my young daughter should be made to suffer by not recieving the phone which I paid for in good faith. I contacted wish for there help and all theyve done is basically side with the seller which they are in the wring not me. I expected wish to tell the seller that they have to send out what was advertised to the buyer but they haven't. So I've had to come down this route now and put a complaint in as I'm not getting the correct outcome. I had to explain to my 4yr old daughter that she was now no longer getting the phone that she found and what she wanted, it broke my heart seeing how upset she got. So all I'm asking is for wish to speak to the seller and get them to honour their sale of the phone which I purchased. I'm going to add screen shots if the phone in question. The purchase was coming over from China as well. As you can see from the pictures I bought a mobile phone only nothing else, hope to get this issue resolved asap for my daughters sake

I'm sorry you've had this experience. I bought two of the these phones and phone cases to suit. Phone cases came recently and are very nice, especially for the price. Today, two phone cables came with no information to identify that these are what I purchased instead of the phones. Like you, I read carefully when ordering so I knew I was purchasing these phones.

I wrote to WISH and said if the cables are my purchase instead of the phones, I want a refund for both phones and phone cases as I'll have no use for the phone cases as I will NEVER buy from WISH again. Later, I regretted not pushing to receive the phones instead of a refund but after reading your post, I can see it very likely I wouldn't have gotten them.

I am so very disappointed in WISH. I'd bought from them in the past and was very happy with what I purchased but after this experience, I will never risk my money again. What I received, isn't worth what I paid plus postage.

Why haven't I had no reply back from my complaint that I put in over a week ago? Very frustrating this as wish have just closed down my issue and issued me a full refund, which is not what I wanted, I stated that I wanted what I ordered and paid for.

false advertising on phones and lappys and tablets...when i ordered it said package content was what i was buying...i paid, then next day the package content had changed to ...cable...or skin...or pen...WTF ? FRAUDSTERS !

Wish not save bank account

I would like to bring your kind attention on issue that i have seen today, i am really worried to see my bank statement today when it showed:

3174/RS PKR was credited from my account against with your ref and after some time it was debited again but that thing annoyed me a lot.

i need your clear justification regarding this.

Wish product

I order a ring noble fashion luxury design/ jia hul trade co. I got it today and it looks nothing like I ordered. It is very flawed, on one side of the ring is complete flawed. Wish scam

I'll never use Wish ever again. They shipped my items to the wrong address despite me entering the correct address way before anything ever shipped. As a matter of fact, I set up my account with my address before ordering anything. I have no idea where they got this other address from.

Wish's customer service is the worst I've experienced. There is NO customer service. You'll never get a real human. They don't read the emails you send. You'll just get the same automated email response every time. Their phone number goes nowhere but to tell you to email them. This company is a scam

Do you understand how WISH works? Wish doesn't ship your stuff the merchant you bought the product from does. So that's not wish's fault it's the stores fault...

had ordered few items from wish.com cart system which i told few out to order and left several things in cart and found out later fhat when i gave my credit card number for the few items i took out of cart to buy but found out wish.com charged me for all the items i had in my cart costing me alot of money i had left items in the cart to review later because there were so many pages to look through on wish.com web page i can't afford these charges just because the wish.com order page can't get the cart holding items to work like other web sites

Wish delivery issue

Now when I track shipment online shows as delivered on 3rd April 2018 but I have not received the shipment
I have already mentioned this in review letter of xiazuo but did not get reply

Kindly look in the matter and either deliver me shipment or refund me my money back

Wish service vests for dogs.

Hello. I love your site, but I have found several listing for vests for dogs being sold that include the stickers to turn it into a service animal vest. It is illegal to sell service animals vests unless you are a certified trainer. Selling these vests is promoting the fraudulent use of service animal vests and gives a bad name to actual service dogs. the community of people who have actual service dogs would very much apriciate it if you did not let vendors sell these particulate item on your website.

Wish egg incubator

Bought 4 of them for school project. Received end of December...ordered in November. We just started using them 5 days ago for school. 3 of the 4 are no longer functional...one's motor gave out, another melted and a third smells like burnt plastic!
Two reasons for my email...
First I would like to be reimbursed...but most importantly I want the sellers of this item to remove them from the market as they are a major fire hazard!
I am waiting for a call from you ASAP!

Wish women's fashion canvas shoes sneakers thick-soled shoes.

My name is Cindy and on 4/2/18 I was one of the first people to claim my free gift. I claimed the item, it went to my cart, I went to check out and I am being charged for something that is supposed to be a "free item". WHY IS THIS?
I am a good and loyal customer and should not have to be cheated into buying an item.

Hello,
I need help with this problem. Once again this is an expensive item and I paid for shipping. There is not mentioned about additional fees and I bought another item similar with this one and I got it home by mail and I did not paid any fees. This is unfair and I cannot paid any extra fees. The fees are based on the value of the item and as it is an expensive item the fees are high too.

it is because the problem with the seller that didn't ship the item properly, it is already an expensive item and i have not supposed to pay any extra taxes or fees!
it is not the charges in other countries!

Wish I received my tv completely damaged

I ordered a Samsung 50" TV on Wish for $250, but arrived to me with a completely shattered screen. I had to be careful that the screen almost didn't fall off! I sent many complaints through their app and even called them, but only got a voice mail saying to message them through the app. I received a reply after a few days saying to send a picture of the shipping label which is what I proceeded to do, but never received a reply or confirmation since. It's been 2 weeks since the TV arrived, and I would really like my $250 back, and I will never order from them again. TV is still sitting on a corner in my living room taking up space.

Wish I did not get some of my orders..

Please correct this situation or I will not be placing my order with you again if it is not straighten out. Please send me my jewelry and the wig stand and any other orders that have been paid for too. Thank you and I wish you had live people at customer service instead of a voice mail. Very unprofessional.the app stopped working so I downloaded it again and my orders are no longer there. I paid for a 28" gold necklace and a bracelet and I paid for another 28" gold necklace and I have not received either of them. Also. I orders 4 wig stands and I only got 3 and one was broken. Wish didn't receive my product

I have placed order on wish.com on feb 16 and its expected delivery date was march 21 and today is April 1st and still dint receive my package
It just keep postponing my delivery date
I am attaching pictures of the product ordered please check.
I need refund for all my products I have ordered 4of them
And also they have our card details saved automatically without otp one can place order which is dangerous nd hacking
Please do something about it

Wish fraud on my account

I have had an email sent to me saying I have purchased £29 worth of goods from you on the 29th march 2018 and I did not place this order . Somebody else has made this order from my account without my knowledge or permission . I've rang my bank and they have informed me that the purchase can not be cancelled and the payment has gone through already so I need you to cancel the orders so I can be refunded . I am also going to be ringing the police as I have the details of the person who has done this transaction without my permission! Wish titles

I recently bought a ''GTX 1070 TI'' from Wish for 66$ which was obviously too beautiful to be true, when you carefully read the description it says ''Our gifts can vary from necklaces, bracelets etc.. or the graphic card''.

But they make sure that you won't read the description by adding the specs of the item you desire..

The title also says ''Hot sale GTX 1070 ti'', I mean if the title was ''Get a chance to win a GTX 1070 ti'' and the description would've been the same.

So be careful when you buy from Wish, 90% of the products are like that.

It's also the same for the clothing.. you can order your size of clothing but then you'll release its the wrong size. And then if you want another size you'll have to pay the shipping to send it back to China.

This company doesn't deserve to be existing .. it's the biggest scam in the world.

Wish didn’t receive the dress I ordered

I ordered a women's vintage patchwork half sleeve slim fit and flare floral swing dress with pockets color green on 03/05/18, They said they received my order and were process it, deliverly date March 28, haven't heard any think since. First time I ordered and will be the last if I don't hear from them, they already have my money, please check into this matter.

Wish someone making a purchase using my card without my permission

Some use my card without my permission and now the purchases have been made and I want them cancel or find out other options I can do. I tried every which to cancel them and I tried the number please someone help me I get a social security check and this is only giving to me once a month and I have two kid i support off of this check I don't know what else you guys want me to put but basically someone use my card to make purchases from you guys company all together of 305 dollars without my permission I tried every whichbway to cancel the order and yesterday when I check my bank card on line it said the purchases was successful and like I said I didn't make these purchases someone else did now want to know what aren my options and if you can tell me who made purchases and purchases have not been delivered yet can I get my money back or get them purchases mail to me so the person who did this won't over on me

Wish jockmail jock / customer service

To whom it may concern,
Clearly as you can see from the pictures i have provided, the package i ordered was a JOCKMAIL JOCK and what I got is empty and undamaged which means you did not fulfil the order and sent me an empty wrapper. A jockstrap will way nore than 40g. I therefore request a refund or you send me the item as shown and described before i take further legal action. This is will not be the final time you hear from me on this matter until it is fulfilled either with a replacement item or a refund. I have all the communication emails to and from them regarding this
