Firstly let me say I am not complaining about the product. I am very pleased with it and the fact that it came well before the expected date. So well done for that.
Secondly you need to make this website accessible from your customers' accounts. I had to Google to get on here as my complaint is not covered by any of your topics.

So my main concern is with the delivery today 21st September 2017. I was in the shower this morning when I heard the doorbell. Within a few seconds, as I was putting my bathrobe on heard my front door opening. I had left it on the latch as I was expecting my daughter to drop something off. Can you imagine my shock as I realised that it was your delivery person opening my front door and putting the package in my hallway! I was a female alone in the house! It is beyond belief that someone should let themselves in! I do hope this is viewed as seriously as I take it. An invasion of privacy, house breaking, it was a criminal act! Let me stress that the door was not open or ajar but closed, just unlocked. How did he know to try and open it?
So really I don't know what you can do to resolve this. I have had several items from your site and many more on order and had no other problems.

Wish deep fryer/ pressure cooker

I have done a lot of business with wish.com. In their file on me they say I have no purchase history. When I tried to get information on a pressure cooker/ deep fryer I had purchased and not received. Wish files says I have never purchased anything from them. A couple weeks ago I get an email from Wish asking if I had received the pressure cooker/ deep fryer. I replied that I had not received it yet. Now going on my purchase history with Wish my complete purchase history is missing.
I am asking resolve to this problem by Wish sending me the deep fryer/ pressure cooker i purchased.

Wish says I have no products bought. I have purchased many times. I am looking for the status on a pressure cooker I purchased 2 months ago and have not received this product yet. What has happened to my purchase history.

Wish stares that I have not purchased anything from them. They have a buyer history section that allows a person to look at their past purchases. When I try to look at my past purchased they say I have no past purchases. Which is wrong I have purchased many items from them. I was looking for information on a deep fryer/ pressure cooker that I purchased from them but never received. A week ago I got an email from Wish asking if I have received the deep fryer/pressure cooker my reply was I have not received it as of yet. I have tried to call and email them about this problem with no response from them.when you phone call them you can't talk to a live person you get a recording stating to e mail them. Well I emailed them no response. All I want is for them to send my item and update my purchase history.
Can your team help me?

Wish no order and no refund

I ornder may 2017 some shoes and today 20 september 2017
no shoes and no refund i sent so many complaints on wish but all they saying is sorry.Big fraugt this site if i can just report the site i will be happy
never ever in my life i will recomend them to any one
i never had anything intrest of online shopping
but this shoes was suppose to be a birthday present thats was why i order it so long before.
Nothing no shoes and they said they will refunt but no refund
am i ever going to get my money back or get the shoes.
Im so disipointed i cant just leave it like this.

Wish daily giveaway

I live in Arizona and I'm upset about not being able to get any of the daily free give away. Every time it says it has available items, it responds to me saying that the items are already claimed! This is not fair ! Plus only so little amount! This has got to be fixed! I'm not the only one either, there are several other people who have the same problem! Fix it !

Same problem. I'm on the app from 8:50 until 9:15 everyday waiting for the notification saying the giveaway has started. I click the blue button but it says the item is unavailable.

If someone would like i can explain to them exactly how the dailygiveway works and why when you click claim even thought it says 46/70 (For example) that it tells you there are no more available. Please stop crying about something you don't understand. i have won stuff almost everyday even things that only have 1-2 available. The strategy i use can help you alot with practice. So again i would be happy to explain. Just stop crying like a baby cuz your not entitled to anything on that app.

Same thing keeps happening to me. I sit on the app till it starts, wasting my time researching the products, then it pops up that the giveaway started and the blue bars are full. I click claim, and it says "item currently unavailable" but the blue bar is still there just less then before. I click another and another till ive clicked all items just to get the same message. Ive used this app for years and never once have i been able to claim a free giveaway item. My husband even has the same thing hapoen to him on his phone, and my mom and quite a few of my friends. Ive never actually met anyone in person who has been able to claim a free item from the daily giveaway. Then people like this say theyve claimed hundreds of free items and call us liars when they really have no idea that this is really happening.
I dont know who to compain too but the BBB and everyone else will know.

I t is no scam in the past two or three weeks I have already claimed 14 item, then i started to think it was fake because my item didnt arrive but then I got one, and then another, although i have only received two of my items i am satisfied.

Wish can't cancel an order

It won't let me cancel an order. I have tried contacting support but it's [censor]in automated and not a real person! Let me speak to an actual person and not a [censor]in robot! And let me cancel my order! I'm starting to get really pissed off! I'm not going to send an email! I want to talk to a real living breathing person not an automated message that just keeps repeating itself!

Wish trying to buy something and it won't let me

Ive recently tried to buy things on the wish site and it wont let me

Ive done what it has asked me to do on a number of times but it still will not accept my order or credit card. Contacted the bank everything is allright with that.
Ive also brought items on this site and they wont send them until I verify myself which I did with sending three different order invoice on the front of the parcels.
But they wont accept that as proof that it was me neither.

Please help me fix this problem as I like wish and have been bying from wish for a few years. Without any problems

Wish the product I am buying cant get thru

I bought 1 men's and 1 lady's winter clothes to be delivered to the Philippines. I paid it with my American Express Card ending ...2000. But after a day when I check my order history, it indicated REFUNDED. I called my bank and it said the merchant initiated the refunding. I am repeating my order but it can't get through, saying go online to https//win.com/payment-issue. But still I can't move on. Can you please explain what happened. I need these merchandise badly. Thank You

Please be informed that I did make purchase's on 7/10/2017 and 7/11/2017, I have only received a portion of my items ordered to date,
I am also unable to log back into the wish's site where as the server describes that it does not recognize my e-mail address not sure how that could be when my e-mail is visible when I log into the e-mail section, I have also tried reregistering on Wish to no avail so if you could have someone to contact me back to resolve this issue with my missing items I would appreciate it, Look forward to hearing back from you.

Seit langem versuche ich zu erfahren, wofür meine Kreditkarte am
08.07.17 mit. 315, 20 € und am
10.07.17 mit. 203, 30 belastet wurde.
Ich kann mich nur daran erinnern dass ich zwei Kleider bestellt habe die sehr teuer waren aber wish hat beide erstattet weil sie nicht gepasst haben. Laut Klara wurden am 14. August 17 lediglich 190 € erstattet.
Ich bitte um Antwort und Aufklärung.

Im complaing about wish.com site and page app etc. And their custorm support. Ive tried buying something for the past 2 days and it will not let me. I just baught 4 items and now it wont let me. My money is there my bank even says everything fine. I would like to buy my stuff. Amazon does better but their prices are to high. I would appreciate if wish would please fix this and let me buy what i what. Idk what the deal is but i also would like for custorm support to call me and not beat around bush make me listen to 5 ads then hang up on me. Id appreciate if i get phone call so i can speak to them. I will be removing my debit card off their site till it is fixed. Thank.you

Wish the app

I want to order jogging pants and when i want to check the sizes all i can see is the schedual for body wear not for legg wear and that is for every product

Now i want to add some comments in the App about this but thats not an option that i can choose

So make that an option please

And body wear sizes and legg wear are not the same
I need actual information on the length of the pants and i get is body shape sizes i want pants /trousers sizes not chest readings when i want to order pants

Wish a leather jacket I purchased that does not fit on me.

Hi Good day!

I will be needing WISH immediate assistance regarding the product that I purchased last Sept. 5, 2017. I bought a leather jacket that happens to be a small one that it does not fit on me. I already reported this on the wish app itself. I would like to return the product and request for a refund. May my concern be WISH concern also in order to improved and developed WISH company and business.

Wish payment issues

Please reply to my emails as soon as possible before I refer you to Consumer Affairs in Australia and also the USA. Not happy with the service your company is providing around the world and I am trying to get some answers why your not bothering to even contact your customers to assist them with their problems. There were (2) orders placed on wish.com - within 1/2 hr, I cancelled both orders online-our grandson already ordered the Solar panel. our orders were 4/21 - visa ending 9174
The first $117 for (1) solar panel
The second $417 for (3) solar panels
I need to make sure they are cancelled orders and make sure the money is put back on my Visa Card as soon as possible - I can't tie up $500 in the account - otherwise, I may have to call my attorney.
Please make sure the amounts are put into my account ending in 9174.

Wish shipping charges

This question is being asked on behalf of my boyfriend, he can't understand if I am ordering more than one item of the same description but different colour, why do I have to pay shipping per item when they are going to be delivered at the same time. The shipping costs I am paying I could use to purchase more items This doesn't make sense to me. I currently have an order pending for £33 but shipping costs are £20.

I have read that as the deliveries come from different retail stores this is the reason for paying shipping per item, but if I'm ordering at the same time, same item just a different colours, surely you will order from the same company so therefore there should only be one shipping charge.

Wish 2 100 ft expandable hoses

I had purchased the 2 hoses back in June and had not yet revieved them so I am requesting a refund to my account. I am a freqent and loyal customer, and I hope there is no issue with returning the money to my account I have trried to contact someone and have not had good results. I also tried the other option they give you about an order, and I did try it that way, again don't know if it was recived. I hope I get an email to let me know if this issue wil be fixed and the money back in my acount. I do not mind waiting for product, however this was a needed product for the summer use, and now it is just too far past due. I hope you understand my complaint.

Wish horrible quality

Regret I ordered from them. The only advantage is a fast delivery, but it's all. My dresses were a smaller size, I couldn't even put them on. Their material was too cheap, I will never wear it outside. Oh well, I would be embarrassed to wear it in front of my husband. Too bad. It's not worth its money. And they weren't expensive.
I'm so disappointed with these items. I will return them of course and ask for a refund.
Just saying that maybe you should choose different places for shopping.
