I've been using wish and had no problems, but now I can't put my payment method and it's the same I've been using, I went to payment issues and they ask mi for a copy of my ID and I send it. But have no respond. Maybe I'll have to cancel my account and open a new one. Please can you help me, never had any problems before.

Customer service
The ability to resolve a problem is not user-friendly. I am not a technie and do not understand the language of assistance offered nor do the phone numbers provide a live individual for help. I used to use the company quite frequently but something happened and I don't know what. Now my password is no longer valid and facebook is not complying. I would like to return my service to the previous status and continue to shop — but they are forcing me to abandon their website and company.
I'm sure this issue has affected a lot of customers, especially those who are senior citizens and/or disabled individuals like myself.
I'll admit to being "old school" in a modern world, but I still exist and what help that I can understand.

False advertisement of product prices
Wish advertised low prices for their items and when you hit the buy button, that price doubles up + taxes + shipping. Shipping is another issue. They collect the money for shipping, and say that your package will arrive between the specific days, but it does not arrive on those days. Packages take more than 3 months to arrive. This is absolutely ridiculous Wish.com operates in America that way.
My eyelashes that disappeared from my order history
I orders eyelashes on Wish.com from a store named abiaojiaju on the 9 September 2020. I was not able to track my order since the 16 October 2020 and was unable to even get any help from Wish Customer support via the app and via email. My order was supposed to arrive on the 4 December 2020 but nothing has arrived either.

Account suspension
My account has been suspended for like 2 months now and I have a little over 20 euros worth of wish cash just sitting in my account.
My id was confirmed, I changed my password like a hundred times like they asked already, but woop-de-doo, my account hasnt been unlocked for a long time. Wish support gives me the same response over n over again, and I just want my money back, either irl or gift card form. Cuz id rather take a 20 euro wish cash gift card and use it on a new account then to have it sitting in my account and digitally rot. And so far when I get an answer from wish support saying they unlocked my account, they lie. So now I cant even send any more support messages to them cuz ive been pretty much blocked from doing it.

A pair of faux leather cowboy boots that were never delivered to me.
They are a company that prides themselves on theft, and poor business efforts. It turns out that [censored] run the show. I am working very hard to have them shut down. In other words; they suck. I placed my $58.00 boot order on September 2nd; 2 and a half months ago. To date; I still do not have my boots.
According to UPS Innovations the package was shipped from Hong Kong; and would never be able to ship to me. These guys are the purest form of scam artists.

I am petitioning for a complete refund of my order, including the $12.00 shipping charges.

Recently, I am unable to sign in with my email and password with either Firefox or Chrome.
I have been placing orders with them since 2017 and have not really had any problems with the website before. I was able to make an order the other day and have tried numerous time to login to check on the shipping time period, but am unable.
I use an email+password (not google or facebook login), and nothing has changed there. I enter the information then click the "Log In" button and the scrolling images on the left pause momentarily, then continue scrolling. It does not login, nor does it give an error message. I've tried two browsers (Mozilla Firefox and Chrome), both of which have worked before. And somehow I placed an order three days ago.
I've had very similar problems and they are about to lose a regular customer due to their user-unfriendly approach to solve customer service issues.
