I place a order for over 30 item paid over 500 dollars for Christmas maybe received about 10 items out of the order that was placed on November 27, 2016 its now February 6, 2017 . There no response from a human . Just website asking dumb question with no response that is of any help

extorsion of credit card photos
This company is a fraud fishing creditcard card numbers - they let you make few purchases and when packages wont appear or apper empty or containing broken/used/conterfeit items they block your account so that you could not mąkę any complain. They wont give you refund, just send you automatic answer that your account is blocked and you should send them the photo of your card to unblock your account. But even od you would - they wouldnt unblock it.

I ordered 17 items from wish. I placed the first one on November 22 2016. I bought then with enough time for Xmas. And I still to this day have not got one of the items. I'm very upset of this as I have never had a problem before with them. And even when I did contact them they just kept saying it's on the way. And at leave have of the track numbers they gave me wouldn't track anything. Yes they refunded me the money. But I didn't ask for that. I just wanted my items. And because they jumped to a refund so fast. I truely feel that my order never was even prosessed. One of the stores wasn't even open anymore. Doesn't make any sense to me. Now I'm very unhappy without any of he products even when they told me they were still coming. But I believe they ain't.

On November 25th 2016 I ordered a sticker for my husbands PlayStation 4 controller a sticker LOL and I still have not received the item. Come on people are you serious it is a sticker it should not take over 2 months to receive this. I heard such wonderful things about wish but this is actually the second item that I have ordered from them that has been late. The first thing I ordered was a phone case which also took over a month and a half to receive and was past the date that they said I would receive it. I will not order from them again this is ridiculous there's no reason for these simple items to take over two months to be received this is crazy. And not only that when you go to try and contact their customer service you can't talk to anyone you have to either email them or send them a message which they don't reply to. Crazy

Dude same, I ordered a ring for a sister in December of 2016 and it's still hasn't come. And I've just been disputing the situation with customer service. I purchased a 925 sterling silver amethyst ring on 12-29-16. I received it on Friday 1-27-17 and it was trashed. As in the setting is crushed, the stone is out, and the packaging was totally mangled. I received a confirmation email that my order was accepted on 1-19-17. I received another email stating my order was processed on 1-19-17. On 1-20-17 I received an email stating one of my products order has been shipped. I have NOT received my order, and I am unable to track my package. I'm really angry my debit card was charged and I have not received any of my items. I would like this issue resolved or I want the money put back on my card immediately and I will never order from this site as it is not accurate and I am unable to track my package. I'd like answers, and the customer support number is not useful at all.
