no response to questions re: most recent order
After nearly a dozen inquiries, i am still unsure about whether I received credit for the many items I ordered that did not work. The items include 2 phone chargers, a selfie stick and pumice stone (plastic, no pumice) cuticle pushers. I could go on and on about the problems I've experienced with wish.com. I was left with no charger for my phone because of the poor quality of the items you sell. I did not request a refund for the eyeshadow, but it produces absolutely no color when I apply it. It appears to actually be invisible. I don't know what to think about an item listed as pumice when it contains plastic - not pumice. They are worthless. I ordered a shirt months ago in extra large. My thin, young teen can barely wear the shirt. I receive emails in languages I cannot even determine. I speak English, this is the US, and I expect my emails and messages to be in English. It doesn't matter how inexpensive an item is if it doesn't work. Wish.com has a very questionable reputation and I will never order from you again.

I bought salt and pepper grinders. The title and description said salt and pepper grinders. I received on grinder. I contacted i was told the description say one grinder only. I checked again and same as what i read. They refuse to handle my complaint so im in the process of returning ever product bought. Its about $1000. I refuse to buy from bait and switch companies.

I ordered some clothes for my daughters. Some of them do not fit properly. It is so difficult to send them back for a refund. They only sent one shipping label and told me to take pictures of each item I want to send back. Then send them a picture and another one of the pkg to send to them with the shipping label on it!
I have no way of doing this, and would just like to use one label, sending in one pkg!
Please advise... It makes me mad that you can't actually talk to a person!

3d rose king size bed set
I had ordered this 3D rose bed set for my Mother who has cancer so she would have a beautiful bed to get into cause she may not have much longer with us and she's never had a beautiful bed set before! So this meant a lot to be able to do this for her! However we only recieved sheets and pillow cases, no comforter! I want the comforter to make the set complete for my Mother, please! People, beware and do not trust this company Wish, I bought several items from their website and did not receive my order. They stole my money and I can't reach anyone from Wish to get a refund. I did not see all these reviews and had no idea that Wish was a scam organisation. Next time I will definitely spend some time and check the reviews.
My order was made on December 15 and it is now late January and I really doubt that I'll get my stuff. Very bad experience and I still can't believe that companies like Wish are allowed to do business! Avoid and stay away!

not a product issue
I had the wish app installed to my phone and for the most part I love it. But due to business I had to delete the app so I can download other things once my business was done I reinstall the Wish app because I had made previous orders and wanted to check and see the status of them when I reloaded the app I wanted to use the same email and I had originally signed up with. I've done this before and had no problems but now when I try to login it says it cannot recognize my email address even when I try to reset my password. Hello. My sister in law ordered her son a pxp in the middle of December. I believe December 15. I believe the price was $13 plus $5 for shipping. It was suppose to arrive by the end of December but she never received it. She says she has no tracking number and did not use an email. How do she go about getting a refund? No one seems to be able to help.

All I'm going to say is this: Either I have a very sensitive nose or everything made in China literally smells terrible. That's it that's what I want to say and it's the truth every time I've gotten items from wish.com theyve smelled so bad that I'd end up throwing them away bc the stench is THAT STRONG. Imean...everything smells terrible. I know that sounds odd, yes you're right. But I also know this doesn't happen when I order from a US seller, be it eBay or Amazon, or a company based in the USA.
If you have any kind of lung or breathing problems do not order from them. Srsly don't even take a chance, their merchandise their products smell so bad it sends me straight into an asthma attack. The stuff that will get me the sickest- is anything that's plastic. Well it's not REALLY plastic of course. Nonetheless, every single item from wish.Com smells to high heaven. I know BETTER NOW. I will pay more for items made in the USA and no where else. It's not worth the stress the time and energy anything I'd rather pay more and suffer Less.
Rule of thumb- you get what you pay for. Wish.Com confirmed this.

unauthorised purchases
A number of purchases were made using my account totaling £722.85 of which l did not do it personally but l found out on my email that a very large order has been purchased - l sent an email about this unauthorised purchase ! Under normal cases, this bill by far l could manage to pay for it and as such, l am asking that all order be cancelled because people did not authorise the purchase of these orders .

I ordered a pair of boots on the 24th of December an i still have not received it. When it was almost time for it to be delivered, I received an email saying there was a delay with the delivery date. My package was suppose to arrive on the 17th. It's the20th an i have not received my package nor have I received an email about where it is it when it's going to arrive. I would like my money back. My account with Wish says it was used by fraud and won't let me purchase anything. I have bought a lot of things from wish and now they are not letting me purchase anything. I pay through paypal and they want a copy of my debit card which I do not use on Wish. I need to get this resolved so I can again start purchasing things.
