Wish area rug

On Dec 5, 2016 Invoice# 58459759946ea23105846747 I ordered with wish.com for a tote and an area rug. The total for both pieces came to $65. I received the tote which isn't genuine leather as advertised, and it has an awful chemical smell. I have yet to recieve the carpet. I made a complaint via voice mail and received an email stating that my tote had been shipped and would be arriving soon. I submitted another inquiry about the rug/carpet, and noone will answer or return my calls and email. I tried to leave a message the past few day and the automated voice says the messaging system is full. I realized after reading the packing slip that these items are being shipped from Japan and fear that this is a scam business network. I tried to look up my order history and it's been deleted, so it appears that you never purchased anything. I saved my invoice and transaction number and will take this matter up with my credit institution. I don't want to wait any longer for an item that's never going to be shipped.

Wish changing toilet bowl lights and being charged twice for the same order

I ordered five(5) changing toilet bowl lights and only received one (1). I sent an email some time ago requesting the other four toilet bowl lights. I never received a response or the product. My credit card was charged twice. I would also like for Wish to return my money for the overcharge amount. No one ever answers the phone. I hope the BBB can get to the bottom of this. It is a website with various items from scoop to nuts, but I am not pleased with my first order. I was looking forward to becoming a regular customer. I hope this does not happen to any one else.

For all you newcomers perhaps purchasing a gift card with the exact purchase amount would be wise. Be careful ordering from Wish. I hope my issue is resolved soon.

Wish bluetooth wireless headphones pink

On december 4th I ordered some bluethooth wireless headphones pink which were suppose to arrive by christmas ans still havent recieved it now they give a new date of january 1st if I dont receive it by then I am concidering a refund and will never use wish again I am really concerned bc I don't know if the product was out of stock and the never even said

Wish troll doll

I ordered the 23 cm poppy troll doll.they charged me twice, also cancelled an order and never got a refund on either item. You call customer service and never get a live person just a computer generated response.several emails saying to do this and that you can check your order at anytime, well you can't. I've contacted an attorney, district attorneys office and better business bureau. They are scammers and liars

Wish ruined the christmas of a disabled child!!!

My sons gifts never made it! Your customer service rep was rude and uncaring when I requested a refund because there would be no mail on 12-25-16 & 12-26-16. I was told I had to wait. Then to add insult to injury you changed the date to next year! My sons other gift was never delivered I went all over the neighborhood looking for it. I was told it would be refunded and it never was.

When I order all the christmas gifts for the family I made sure the delivery dates were before christmas. I have not received half the gifts. The outher half was broken or poor quality.

Wish I have christmas gifts I want to return

Their web site request a picture of the item to be returned. But I am not able to it, you get an error message that says oppps unable to upload the picture. I did get a couple to up load. Then you don't have any way to submit it or to contact them.
I have 4 watches that track steps ect, they operate on a 24 hour clock. A regular watch with a broken latch. Glasses that lights on them, not bright. A hearing aid which is so big. A train set that is so cheap that any normal 3 year old boy would break in the first hour and bracelets that are so small they would fit an infant.

Wish cracked beads order complication

Four different orders of the 200 pcs cracked beads. For the record the following messaging is not intenId like the personally thank Wish and the seller for completely ruining my christmas, I had nothing to give and completely embarssing me in front of my entire family. I fully understnad christmas is for being with loved ones, sharing a day with people you dont see often. I had ordered four different colors from this seller along with another set of beads from a different seller, I was counting on one of the multiple bead orders to arrive in time for me to finish the presents i was making. I cant afford much but my idea was perfect, hand made and personal to the ones I love. When i checking the location of my orders and realized they wouldnt arrive in time I proceeded to request a refund no to long have after the itmes were proccessed. Their response was that I would need to wait till the item arrive (set to arrive after Janurary 1st, 2017). Most of my family visit from out of town and wouldnt be able to send them their gifts via usps. I begged and explained that i really needed them to arrive sooner or for a refund to just go buy some beads in store. There was plenty of time for either wish or the seller to cancel and refund, the packages didnt even get shipped yet. The only thing I did not do was contact paypal and see if they would have some heart and assist in resolving the matter. I patiently waited for weeks after refund request but nothing was delivered. I sat in my vehicle yesterday because it broke my heart to see the disappointed look on their faces. So this is how Wish, the Seller and myself are going to handle the situation. This is not a request or up for conversating about, I am not asking I am demanding a full refund immediatly . I am not waiting for the items to arrive, and if im told to do so I will glady be contacting who ever I need to get this matter resolved. I have had nothing but problems with Wish since I started order in october. Examples are as follows, Broken/ damaged items, items not arriving on the correct date, items/ parts missing or opening a completely empty package, jewelry in the wrong sizes and or turning my fingers green. Time after time I have contacted for refunds on every order I have placed. I have sent many pictures of the issues and thankfully have kept those on file for this exact reason. The very second I have received all of my reunds in full, and all other orders have been completed I will be glady deleting my wish account. Along with making sure everyone I know to not to ever go through wish for shopping online. I have saved this entire message for any further problems, and will be sending it directly to Wish customer service, including this seller, and any if not all review blogs. For the record I am not angry while typing this or is it meant to come off as completely rude but I am fed up with dealing with the same problems for months. There is nothing anyone can do to resolve this other then the approved process of my refunds. Please do not make me climb the chain of command just to get this fixed, If that is needed then so be it. Thank you for your cooperation and No there is nothing else yall can assist me with.

Wish orders that wasn't placed

I place do an order from wish a few months ago I got that item it was a watch and come contacts lens for Halloween. A few months later I noticed some charges on my card but didn't pay them no mind at first because they were small amounts until they started adding up. I canceled my card and they refunded me my funds my bank did however wish blocked my accounts because they said I made the purchases and got the items. I told them I didn't make them nor received anything they told me to send a statement of my bank and I did they told me to send a pic of my ID and credit card and I did. They unblocked me and then a few hrs later they blocked me again. I created a new gmail account and tried it that way but they won't let me order from that one either. They give you a Custom service number but you can't speak to anyone they deal directly through email. I believe I should be able to speak to someone in this matter because it's not fair that I want place orders and I can't due my card number and information being used without my approval. I'm pissed and I need to know what else is there for me to do to approach this issue I'm very upset with wish

Wish pokemon ball with mini figure and baby pull along phone

I ordered a pokemon ball with a figure inside and also a baby pull along phone. The pokemon ball is for my cousin on christmas and the phone was for my baby nephew for Christmas and here it is Christmas day and i still have not recieved nothing. I ordered these on like november 26th and the arrival for the pokemon was suppose to be on December 22nd and the pull along phone was suppose to be on the 23rd of December. I am just really wondering where my items are?

Wish ruined christmas because of you.

Yes I was told that most of my gifts would be here you he 21st. Or 24th at the lasts. I haven't received most of my gifts and the problem is I ordered them as Christmas presents for my daughter and family and now it's ruined. I also ordered them with plenty of time to get here. I understand that the tracking is merely a guess onot when. They will be here, but wish.com has completely ruined my Christmas. I have thousands of Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook followers will know just what kind retailer you are.

You can't expect retailers to deliver on time at Christmas. The amount of parcels and letters going through post offices at this time of year is astonishing. If you had ordered your gifts earlier and not at the last minute you would have had everything you wanted. Don't blame the retailer or the delivery company for your failure to think ahead and buy gifts at a reasonable time. You really relied on them delivering to you on Xmas eve? That's absolutely ridiculous.

I agree 100%. I also ordered my son 2 pair of joggers he really wanted for christmas and he is 12 years old. They were to be here by today the 24th of December at latest, I even paid for the faster shipping and still have not received them. My son will be very upset and has ruined my Christmas spirit in terms of online shopping.
3 of my past orders I never even received. They did refund my money but the fact that all they do is apologize n refund is a joke. I think we should be able to speak with a live agent of the company. The fact that your not able to do that when there's an issue just says "baby company" to me. Every place I know of has a customer support live number to call to speak to someone.
I will never order from them again and I have been informed I can sue their corporation due to the many issues I have had. I don't want to resort to that but ruining christmas by not getting a gift order is just crossing the line. My kids deserve to have their gifts on Christmas not a week later or at all.

Wish king/queen hoodies

When I placed my order the estimated arrival time December 19th and December 20th I understand that certain circumstances happen that is beyond our control but I just wanted my items the king Hoodia got refunded and I don't think that I'm going to get my item it was a set they were a Christmas gift for my sister and her boyfriend so how could I have one that says queen its no match it's going to be the worst Christmas ever

Where is my order. you charged my account on November 15, 2016.

the coat was supposed to be her by December 16, 20 16.

I have not received it and now your system says I have made no orders. That is not true...I have my statement in my hand.

You charged $54.16 on November 15, 2016.

Wish elf on the shelf

Yeah I ordered 4 of your Elf on the Shelf I ordered a pink one for my granddaughter a purple one for my daughter a blue one for a grandson and a camouflage one for my other grandson I was not very happy when I received all for pink I don't know how they got my order all messed up but let me know how we can fix it if I have to send the 3 pink lines back to you I will but I need my blue one my purple one and my camouflage one ASAP please.

Wish two pair of women's boots

On Dec 2 I Ordered my daughter two pairs of boots one was red and the other was blue. the delievery time was for dec 7th but they never came. i have called during regular business hours and still no answer. i also have emailed wish just for someone to tell me that i need to go to the web site witch i have done to get my refund of $34.90 and i done everything i could do there is nothing else i can do. once again thanks... charlisa henderson

Wish I was charged way more than I was supposed to be

I spent $30 on wish to get my grandmother and my friend some Christmas gifts but was charged $137.95. This has put me and my family in a hole and we are severely overdrawn at the bank. We don't have the money to fix this and I want my money back. This is completely ridiculous and i will never use this site again. I should NOT be charged $36 3 times for $2 items. Wish only got 3 of my 7 orders right and this had better be fixed immediately. I have sent an email and was told it would be 3 business days till I got an answer, but I can't wait that long. Me bank charges me $35 per day if you are overdrawn. And I simply can't afford all this. And even if I could, there is still no excuse for this. I want my money back NOW!

Wish customer service / charging for an item I didn't get

I went to order my items and I put my number in and such and they said they couldn't take my card but still charged me, I'm furious. I've tried calling multiple times and nobody will pick up. I just want my money back. They charged me more than the items were worth anyways. I'm having financial troubles and wanted to buy something for my friends birthday and here they are stealing my money.

Wish late and items i've not received

I ordered pair of joggers on November 24 I was told they would be delivered by December 21st it is now the 21st and I have not received my belongings I attempted to request a refund they want you to give them a message and I'll get back to you within 3 days if this isn't a scam I don't know what the hell it is but this is some b******* and I have paid all my money for this s*** that I have not f****** received and I'm getting pretty pissed off so if I were you I would do my research before you decide to order anything from this company because it's a f****** scam

Wish 3 rings

I have not gotten my 3 orders for rings. Then one company keeps sending emails stating they have a question to ask me when I go to answer the question a message comes up and says:error 404. I dont what this is about but now im angry. I ordered a red stoned ring, a white stone ring and a womans wedding set. Where are my rings. If I dont get the by the last day of december im gonna file a complaint with the better business bureau. You took the money off my credit card. Also when I ckeck my order history theres nothing on my history. Again send my rings or I will purse the complaints to the better business bureau. You may call me at [protected]. Thank you

Wish wish and sellers incompetence to provide a+ customer service

this tracking number is either incomplete or is a fake can not be found on any tracking site even the one package was last scanned at [protected]

the tracking number you have provided doesn't work on any tracking site there are... not even china post so again where is my package and how can i find out where it is ... what united states delivery company is it going to be delivered through... i would appreciate more info then the seller has provide... maybe wish and the seller are to incompetent to provide me with good customer service...maybe i need to dispute all the emails between me and wish... sellers lack of shipping / order info are unprofessional unexceptable which left me with a highly dissatisfying experience with wish.com and the seller if your next email doesn't contain the information I've been requesting since the 12/12/2016 i will be contacting wish.com's management team as well as leaving major back feedback on here for wish and seller on top of taking my experience public to Facebook twitter craigslist forums and the BBB happy holidays at least you guys will have all your christmas gifts on time this yr
