I bought a jacket online from wish.com o 29th October which i paid $150 including shipping. I asked for a size medium and they shipped me the wrong size(XL). I asked them for a refund as it won't fit me or anyone i know. The next thing i know was that they blocked my account. They asked me to submit my ID proof and said that i can get back shopping after 3 days. But i got an email back saying that i can't be unblocked due to some company policy and asked me to email them about my refund request. I never got a reply and they are probably not gonna get me a refund or exchange. The worst experience i had ever. I wasted $150 for nothing!

I ordered a nylon hanging hammock from wish.com back in june and i forgot that i ordered it because i still have not received it. However they are saying the tracking number shows i receieved it. I asked for a refund and they said they were refunding it but then said they cant because their app tracking said i received the item when i have not to this day received it. I am contacting my lawyer today and starting a lawsuit.

About a month ago I ordered some things from wish and changed my mind about what I ordered so I got a refund. A month down the line, and the money still hasn't gone back into my account. Wish owe me £8. I have tried emailing wish regarding the situation and still, nothing has been done. I am very angry and upset that this has happened. I just want this situation to be resolved. I won't be ordering from wish again in the future.

I have not been using wish for the past few and my last order was made earlier this, and I checked my account to find out they charged me. I did not order a thing, tried calling and impossible to speak with a representative. I will like to get my money back and delete my information from their system for good. Too bad I did not check the reviews before I made my order. Purchased two dresses from Wish and received them in a timely manner. But both dresses were in a terrible condition, and looked nothing like pictures, absolutely different material. I contacted Wish customer care and asked for a refund. They said they wanted to see picture before they decide what to do. I sent them pictures and they promised to contact me back later. That was the last thing I heard from them. The worst shopping experience ever!

wrong item and horrible customer support
On September 22, 2016 I ordered a 100cm giant stuffed duck for my fiancé for his birthday. Wish charged me $26 for this size of stuffed animal. However, not only did it come a week & 3 days after his birthday, they sent me the wrong size stuffed duck (super small). I tried contacting customer support only to receive automated responses. I went back to the order and it says they only have the 30cm duck but yet they advertise the 100cm as if they still have it so that's false advertisement right there and if they didn't have the size that I placed my order for then I should have been notified. They now want $110 for the 100cm duck that I originally purchased and because I cannot get in contact with an actual person I'm now stuck with the wrong item and a highly disappointed fiancé who had to wait so long for his present.

Esse local parece ser um muro das lamentações por pessoas atingidas por um mesmo problema. Eu também estou passando pelo mesmo constrangimento descrito por todos acima. bicycle headlights
I ordered two sets of the little bicycle headlights which equals for lights. I have only received one light, not even a set. I've waited two weeks for the other lights to show up to no avail. All I'm asking is for the other three lights. I've made several orders through this company and am overall satisfied with the service but this one order just got messed up.
