bad customer service and no help whatsoever
Once upon a time I placed an order from this website thinking it was too good to be true...apparently it is! They charged my credit card for the amount agreed upon...and a week later my card was refunded with no reason given and nothing sent as they cancelled the order. I assumed they were out of all of the items I wished to purchase and that's why I was refunded. (this was last year) Just recently tried to purchase a few items again hoping to actually get something sent this time. After attempting to purchase items my account said it had been blocked and that I needed to contact customer service. After a few days going back and forth with a complete and total idiot trying to get my account "unblocked" I was told I needed to verify my bank account and send them a "picture" of the date/amount/and banking information. What? I cannot place the order at all and they want me to send them a picture of something that doesn't exist as I cannot place the order just to prove that I am who I say I am? It's $20 worth of items...not $200. Emailed them back asking how I am to "take a picture of the transaction, if the site will not let me complete such a simple task" WILL NOT try to order anything again from them. yaaa they want a picture of my credit card statement...are you totally insane?

Visited and looked at number of items on Geek/wish.com and placed them in my wish list from wish.com few months ago, August 19th ordered one item$10, August 22nd my card it card send me a fraud alert of $492 merchant wish.com and cancelled the order, next day received a message the order had been processed (seven items six of the I did not ordered) and when I receive them return the items for a full refund, three items arrived before Friday I checked the order and the rest of the items still in process how come they could not cancel them if items not delivered yet?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I purchased $199.00 worth of products from Wish.com July 9, 2016. Today July 14, 2016 i went to the website, and every item i bought had a refunded item underneath it and stated to contact customer service. To contact customer service, you have to leave your email add and info and they stated they would get back to me within 14 days. So they are going to hold on to my money for 14 days ? I am contacting every complaint department in the United States and get something done about it, BBB and the rest. I hope you can get something done about this, Thank You.
false advertisement
They advertise much of the jewelry as 925 sterling silver but it is not and after wearing it for a short time it tarnished and turns your skin green. Also ordered a lot of the clothes and got nothing like they advertised. Very thin cheaply made clothes that falls apart after weAring it once. And there Is no contact info for customer support.

I had made online purchase from the website www.wish.com around of 30 $ on 17th March 2016 and made payment from credit card. After purchase i have been informed that the item would be delivered on or after 30 days. After 15 days i had tried to track the item from my wish account but on order history page it shows that " you haven't made any purchase". After this i had tried to contact customer support team whereby they have just assured me that the goods are under shipment but they haven't give me exact details of delivery. However till this date i haven't received the ordered item nor refund of payment. It seems that i have been cheated by the website.
So i would like to initiate legal action against them. I have mail confirmation of product which i have purchased from the website.
I cannot place my order. it seems there is problem in the processing of my payment. I want it to be resolved so please send me the details of the default. thanks.

I was surfing on the website of the e-retailer by name wish.com and added (Deerekin Real Tempered Glass LCD Screen Protector Film for Canon EOS 70D 700D) to cart for later purchase but the retailer has processed the payment basis on my last transaction history on the same site and charged 7$ from my cerdit card without my consent and then when I requested them to cancel the order they suggested that the product is in transit and it's dispatched from their end.
they also suggested that once you receive the product you can initiate the refund request after some days when I tracked the status of the product on the carrier site It shows as the product has been delivered to me, which is not true and I haven't received it yet.

My friend, there is a tracking number that starts with LS, then numbers and ends with CN. Take that info to your post office. I thought there was a problem with three of my orders from WISH. I have never had a problem until these three orders. I found out the the items were indeed Shipped to my post office who claims they left my three items at the porch when I live in an apartment building. I started out an investigation with the post office two days ago and will contact PayPal as well.
I will be contacting WISH today to let them know what happened as well. I found them to be VERY GOOD at satisfying the customer best as possible. Give this a try and see if you don't possibly come up with the same problem on the mail server end.
If you don't, I would also apply for PayPal credit and use it for future purchases like these.. When there is an issue that's hard to resolve, PayPal certainly gets the job done for you. They give you STRONG backing when using them for outright or credit purchases.

I placed an order with wish. I never received the two orders. Favor and move the money successfully out of my account. After the transaction was made all of a sudden my account disappears. I still receive emails from West wanted me to place another order but it's as if it has been reset no history. Convenient! I will be filing fraudulent action through my bank to return my funds. As I can see the history of wish with other customers and myself, they deserve to have a thorough investigation done on them and be reprimanded for their actions.

Do not order from wish!!! This web site is a scam... Don't use them. The products are cheap, and they will only send you one item per order, even if it's suppose to be in pairs. I placed Lots of orders to wish.com Now they're saying my account is blocked But still have purchases from my last Order Can I talk to somebody And customer service? I also sent pictures of proof That all cards used on my account was mine. They contacted me and then they closed The emails. i'm having the same damn problem ! they will not reply to my emails ! and now it wont let me track my other 2 items im supposed to be having on the way. this is the second time now, on my 2nd account that they suspended due to so called fraud. its pissing me off. i have sent my photo ID, and the card i was using to prove to them that they are mine! but covered up the middle #'s only showing them half and covered up some on my id too.. it's like they're fraud trying to point out to us calling us fraud.
I just had the same problem three days ago. I have been ordering items from Wish.com and have been receiving them. However there is a clothing item ordered in August whose status still says "Processing". of-course the money was already taken out of my account. Then three days ago as I was making purchases they blocked my account claiming "fraud alert" and requested that I sent screen shots of my Bank statement reflecting past transactions with Wish, they also asked me to send in a photo of my bank card with only the last four digits showing, and of my Driver license with only my name and picture showing. I did all that but my account is still blocked. On top of that they have already taken out of my account funds covering the items I was purchasing at the time, but the items are not being processed at all. I have continued to contact them by email to have this issue resolved but so far no response. I will update you next week

I ordered 52 times from Wish site. Eight never showed up, five were falsely advertised due to the counterfeit item that showed up. Several were of bad quality. I complained several times about Wish enabling and encouraging the corrupt behavior, because they had the power to stop business with the company doing the corruption. The best items I ordered are the ones that never existed or were never shipped. "Shopping made fun" only true for Wish and it's affiliated companies. They have absolutely NO PROBLEM with counterfeiting items and non shipment of purchased goods!

I contacted cutomer support. And stated what happened and said I don't want a refund I want what I ordered. They refunded the money. However I had never even heard of wish until I saw the emails in my inbox and when I tried to contact them they told me how to check the eta on my package but I can't even look at anything because I am not signed up with them! Hi all!
On the 16th march i placed an order through wish for two navy blue colour swiming costumes. Five minutes later i cancelled the order as i was not sure anbout the sizes. I received some emails from wish saying initially that the order was registered and already sent (! In five minutes time) and after my question on how to proceed to return the products. Some other emials saying that the cancellation request had been received and i should first receive the products and then return them. But no info on how to do it!
20 days later that is on the 5th april i received two turquoise colour (Instead of navy blue) swiming costumes and my credit card was charged with the amount of the order.
What do i have to do? How is it working the return and refunding policy? Who shall pay the post fees? Whom shall i contact to resolve this matter, i cannot find any such information in their e - mails.
By the time you give me instructions i will proceed any way to a dispute action through my bank concerning the amount charged.

This was the most terrible shopping experience ever! I ordered some eye shadows and they cancelled my order for no reason. When I contacted them they claimed that I personally asked them to cancel my order! They also said that I did receive my item, but since it did not fit, I returned it. What? These people are ridiculous! I never received anything! I really hate these scam artists! And the worst part is that Wish still has my money! This is the worst company to do business with.
Will go to report them to Interpol tomorrow.

I cant believe these scammers are still in business! Well, long story short. I made an order about two moths ago and like many others I never received what I paid for. Several days later I received a message from Wish saying that some of my things were no longer in stock and they asked e to contact them as soon as possible. So, since they have no phone number, I've sent them a message, but never received a reply. Well, and that's the end of the story. They never replied and I never received my money back. Stay far away from this dreadful company!
