From Feb 25, 2016 I have been trying to login to my account. I have followed the process of forgotten my password. I get several automated replies, ranging from the reset has expired try again or we do not recognize my email address even though seconds before your reset instructions have been sent to the same email address.
I sent emails to customer service requesting a simple call back but nothing. The savings are not worth the effort, particularly when you add in the sometimes inferior quality.
But I do have a way of getting their attention and you may want to use it also. Dispute it on your credit card.
fake sd card
I purchased a 128GB SD card from a seller on Wish.com called FreeLeo. I received it and used it for a bit, but never had any real issues with it.
I started getting corrupt files, after I wrote more than 8GB on the SD card. I then ran h2testw and other software, which determined any data over 8GB was corrupt.
What does this mean? That the alleged 128GB SD card I purchased was NOT 128GB. It was in fact only 8GB.
I realised this way after 30 days of delivery (because 8GB pictures on a phone usually takes more than 30 days to fill up), but Wish.com refuses to issue me a refund, even though the item I received was FAKE.
I am never buying from FreeLeo again. Nor am I buying from Wish.com ever again, because they are refusing to issue me a refund, and because they allow scammers to sell on their market.

I have several charges on my acct. From this site & I have never ordered from them. I contacted them & this to them in a email. They sent me a email back once asking for info I already gave them & the charges have continued since my 1st email on a daily basis! These people need shut down, this is credit card theft. They are not suppose to store any of your personal info anyway. I don't want to close the account because I have refunds coming back. I am freaking furious. There is no Customer service # only email. I'm darn sure now, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! BEWARE ANYBODY WHO DOES!

I bought several items from Wish. They said that shipping usually takes 7-14 business days, but it actually took them two months to deliver my things. Some items were fine, some were of a bad quality. But the most ridiculous par was that I purchased a pair of shoes and received only one shoe! I contacted customer service via email because I could not find their phone number. They never replied to any of my messages and now I'm stuck! I have only one shoe and have no idea what to do with it. I will never order from Wish again! So disappointed!
numerous item complaint
I bought numerous items. It not only took forever for the items to get to me (almost 2 months) but when I received some of the items they were misleading ads. Instead of getting a set, they only send you one item. You order a Salt and Pepper Shaker set and you get one not two. You order Meat Claws and once again you only get "1". You order Super Suction Cups and you receive one all of which the adds show a photo of two and come in sets. I tried a few times to contact them via email because there is no phone number and they never returned my email to return the items for a refund. I will NEVER order nor recommend them again. That is what I get for buying overseas. :(

Several months ago I bought a pair of sunglasses from Wish and it took them forever to deliver those. Glasses were rather cheap but looked nice. Then, few weeks later I was contacted by my bank and told that someone charged my card! When I contacted Wish support they said that they don't know anything and called me a liar. No way! I have proofs! These thieves wont get away with this! So please do not order anything from this scam company. When I checked the reviews I realized that I was not the only customer they have attempted to make fraudulent charges with. Very very bad!

Wish is basically a scam company. I've ordered some items from them and received only partial order (two items out of five were missing). Quality was terrible and clothes they sell come straight from the manufacturer, so most of the time they do not check on what they sell. Wish clothing sizes are based on Asian height and build, so I was not surprised when I received tiny doll clothes. When I contacted Wish customer service I received no reply, so I just donated the clothes. I'm very disappointed and I guess I wont be ordering from them again.

I've ordered a dress from this website and when I received my order the color was incorrect. I contacted Wish customer service and asked for an exchange, but they refused and said that I received the right color dress. I even sent the pictures and still nothing. So either they only had one color and the advertisement on their site was false, or they just did not care and never wanted to help. This is completely ridiculous! Even though I sent the pictures they still insist they sent the right one. Never again!

I made a big order and bought eight items from Wish website. It took them forever to deliver the products, but all eight things I received were great! I was really happy and was already thinking about making another order, but then I received a call from my bank.
I was informed about the suspicious activity on my card. Well, long story short, someone stole my credit card information, made several purchases and wasted over $550! That card was absolutely new and Wish was the only place I've used it. Please, be careful and better avoid this website. Something fishy is going on!

My husband purchased two items from Wish as presents for me. Things he ordered were not expensive, just a couple of dollars each. Few weeks later he received a confirmation email from Wish stating he ordered 5 items and then they charged over $50 from my husband's card. We tried to contact their customer service to ask what was going on, but never received a reply, so my husband had to call his bank and cancel his credit card. This website is not safe, these people are thieves! Avoid Wish at all costs!

I purchased something from Wish website and when my order arrived it was not working at all. My item was packaged very poorly, it was put in a plastic bag, and it was damaged while it was shipping. I immediately contacted customer service and demanded my money back. They said that when they shipped the product everything was fine and refused to give me a refund. After several days of communicating, they stopped responding. Horrible company!

I have ordered from Wish twice and both times had a great experience. Unfortunately, my last experience was horrible, they lost my items. Weeks passed and nothing arrived, so I contacted customer service and asked for some explanations. Their rep said that my package was lost. I asked them the details, but they said they could not do anything, because their tracking system was not working. I refuse to order anything from these people ever again!

I ordered several items from Wish back in November 2015! After I made and order they immediately charged my credit card. Unfortunately, I never received what I paid for. I contacted customer service and was told that my account got blocked, because they couldn't verify that I am the real owner of a credit card. How ridiculous is that? I'm doing online shopping for years now and never heard anything like that! They took my money but cannot verify my card? I tried to contact them numerous times but received no response.
The first thing I did was inform my bank of their scams

I tried to complain but the box link open up an error 404, so these people are not contactable.
I have tried to track the other items but again all I get is error 404.
I have sent the emails to wish.com, I got one reply asking for the order numbers, I did that but no more replies.
I have written to as many links I can open demanding my money and an address to return their trash. I got no reply.
I have learned from the bank they will try to have my money refunded after 30 days if I fail. At least I have reported them to one of the largest banking company in Ireland.

About a year ago I ordered something from Wish, but was very disappointed with my purchase, and never ordered anything again. But five months ago I received a call from my credit card company and was told that Wish charged my card. For the last five month they systematically charged my credit card with different amounts of money. I tried to contact them many times, but received no response. Then I called my bank and asked them for help. My bank contacted Wish costumer service requesting an investigation. There's no other way to communicate with them and it seems like my bank cannot do anything. They owe me over $500! I wont give up and will get my money back. Avoid this scam company!
