Wish won't let me pay

I keep gettinghttps://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this. And i don't know why please fix thank you i have tried to purchase something four or five times and o keep getting the same stupid error it won't let me pay with pay pal Google or my debit card so what is there problem wish makes it so hard to get anything resolved they need to have a tech on duty to talk to people and fix these problems Vann you help me now

Wish items delivered damaged refused refund

Apparently according to wish they will not refund anymore faulty items as they have refunded too many faulty items. Yet they have a guarantee plus we have consumer rights which wish are ignoring! They send wrong an faulty products then refuse to refund now they will not even let me contact an agent! They have just given me a generic msg that my account is now in bad standing because of refunds received when iv had to contact them because of wrong or faulty goods! They sent me one electrical item that caused a small fire in my home... They won't even take the item down for sale! Incredibly irresponsible of wish an the seller! Please be careful they do not scam you an the refuse your refunds! I am not letting this go!

Wish change of email I didn't make

This happened one time before and I never got money back I lost around 250$, at the beginning they were saying it was my bank all of this and all of that and they pretty mush cancel my account now I opened another account everything was within bgg fine until I order a big one again and they are saying I change a email but didn't send me a email top accept just to let me know, now to wait for there respond because is take from 2 to 3 days to tell you they can dip nothing

Wish cosmetic items

Hi couple of weeks inorder some items around 69 DHS n suddenly I change my mind n I cancel order n after how many days today I got msg that they deduct my money 249.28 frm my account kindly I want my money refund back cancel all items hope before Jan 1 coz I will not stay for long time in Dubai as much as possible regarding my complain u will refund my money .

Wish many products

First complaint, I am getting double orders and I have no idea how to return them.I Lately I ordered a pair of shoes size 44 and they were too tight, then a few days later i received another pair that I have't opened yet.I have gotten a shirt and it is not the shirt I ordered.I ordered Boucheron Toilet water one time and received 2 sample bottles again I ordered the same toilet water and received 2 tester bottles.another time I ordered shirts and they sent me the same shirts twice.I must say is getting frustrating to order anything more from Wish.I have no idea what to do anymore.Please respond, because I wrote once before and no one responded, Thank you.

Wish wish cancel all my gadgets purchase I don't know what is the issue with my account

Kindly help why are you cancelling my purchase and refund my money I got have buy some drone and phones. as surprise for my friends and family kindly resolve My issues with immediate effect return my account as genuine it is I'm your loyal customer whom is highly integrated and this my first time purchase why are you putting me through this experience and got have looking for your hotline number without any success regards

Wish wish app complaint

I have ordered 2 items on whis app in which one ordered amount was refunded as wish cash and onother one didn't received yet even order information and delivery address gone from my app..seems this fake app please help me to claim my ordered amount froq. Wish app..I was accidentally deleted this app from my mobile once and I reinstalled it after my reinstallation there is no any my ordered information in it.. it's rediculas

Wish 2 pairs of shoes I ordered.

I ordered a pair of mens size 3 shoes from the seller Xieginshan in Fujiansheng, China on November11th.2019 through Wish.com and received a small envelope 6"x 9" empty on December 02nd.2019.I am trying to get my money back through Wish.com customer support but to date with no avail.Can you please help me.Also on my second pair I ordered, you can go and check my history record and find out more.I ordered another pair of girls shoes a few days later and paid for it but no sign of showing up.

Wish payment issue/wish account

I'm having issues making payment in my wish account.I have tried severally to purchase and make payment but was declined.Please sort it out as soon as possible.The problem started when I wanted to pay with my fiance's credit card that has a different name that I didnt use in opening my wish account.After that payment which was returned some weeks later.I started having payment issues with my account.

Wish directions/instruction problems

Instructions are in Chinese! There are no instructions in English I can read. The instructions indicate that the unit is to be connected to 220 volts. I was under the assumption that the unit will run on 110 volts. Please advise as to how I am to put the unit to full use.

Wish galaxy s

I placed order number 5D942D80615cBc2cf18fa198 for a Galaxy S9 on October 1st, the phone couldn't be activated, because the prior user hadn't paid the bill. So, I sent you back the phone, I have reciept of you receiving the phone. As of today's date, I have not received a refund. On your website it shows return in progress. Emailing a representative does no good. They say it will take 14 business days. Well, it has been over 14 business days. I feel like all I am getting is the run around. I need resolution on this immediately, because my next step will be to contact a lawyer. You have my money and the phone, and all I have is multiple emails asking for order number and to contact support. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Wish wish account hacked.

My wish account was hacked. Someone changed my connected email and refounded some purchases. I got an email from wish about the email change, and replied to them at once. Nothing has happen, they haven fixed the problem, and dont seem willing to fix it. I resendt email to wish 3 times, but I only get the same auto reply from them. Very unprofessional, and very unsecure if Its that easy to just change the connected email.

Wish aromatherapy diffuser and a mens watch

you people need to rectify this . i really wanted those items. they are christmas presents are for my grandchildren. you said that you delivered them, i never recieved them. please rectify this order for me. I've already sent 2 complaint letters and none of them were replied to. how many more times am I going to send complaint letters to you people.

Wish trying to make a payment

I have tried using three separate cards to make a payment. There is no issue with any of these cards but all three are saying there is a problem. When i try to contact someone via email etc there is no obvious point of contact

Wish non delivery of product

My son placed an order (Order #: 5dda40d20d82f732642963f3) for a necklace over one month ago on the Wish.com website and it has not been delivered. At the time of placing the order he received a notification that it had been shipped. This was meant to be a gift for Christmas but the delivery has again been extended out so it will not be here in time. Wish's quoted delivery standard is usually five business days but this is now over one month. The delivery date for this item has been changed twice now.

We now have to go out and find another gift this is extremely disappointing and costly to us. I would like a refund of this item and I will be providing the necessary negative feedback on their website.

I had to wait through to arrival dates they told me themselves to request a refund I requested a refund and they blocked my account because they say I'm abusing my rights are refunds for asking for one refund that they told me to ask for I am enclosing a photo of the item the only difference is the color is black otherwise that is the same item please help sincerely Tim benfield

Wish a smartphone p30 pro

I purchased a smart phone from wish. Due to the low price I expected a slightly lower quality item but what I received was almost completely useless. So I started the process to return the item. WISH provided me with a pre paid returns label which had a unique ID number and this was attached to the packaging and sent on its way. I tried to leave it a while as I understand wish deliveries aren't the fastest of things. After a few weeks I tried to get an update on the return of the item but unfortunately through the wish app, there is no return information at all. I contacted wish support team several times in order to try and get some kind of update on when I was going to receive my refund for the item. Wish made me jump through hoops in providing every bit of information I had which I provided no problem. Each time they responded, I was never any closer to any kind of answer and the last response I got was the same question they asked about 2 weeks ago and I am getting absolutely nowhere. I tried to contact through the wish app and also to the general support team through email. Wish is probably the worst form of customer service I have ever seen in my life and I'm pretty sure I won't get my money back. The item left the UK on the 18th of November and clearly has reached its destination by now but wish are refusing to pay me back even though they won't admit it and are purposely sending me in circles. I can't even progress any further as the options are so terrible I've already tried everything. When I click on the order I made it comes up stating that there is no such product ID, and the only options I have about the return is 'cancel return, resend return label, nevermind' absolutely useless.

Wish joggers

Good evening I have been trying to place an order and they keep telling me I have a problem with my user account I don't know what's happening and I was directed here so please tell me how I can resolve this issue as fast as possible. Please what is wrong with wish and what I wrong with my user account I have gone to my bank and I was told I have no problem with my bank account so am very sure it will be from wish so please try and help me resolve this issue

Wish delivery, missing items issues

I have now lost money on 2 missing items that shows delivered with Wish.com and no items to be found. Not by my neibors, nor surrounding area. The delivery confirmation states in or around mailbox. I live in a large community with community mailboxes. With that said, "in or around" is to vaugue of a tracking form to indicated it was delivered to the right mailbox. I contact WIsh.com support. Of course no live human but a robot script text chat box on the app. They just keeped reponding with the tracking infor and to check with neibors. No refund no replacement of item. NO further help!

By far the WORST customer support sytem in place. You are providing a product for comsumers and obtaining $$ exchange for it and clients are not reiceiving items adecuatly and you wash your hands with it and keeping the funds! UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! wish.com needss to be investigated like all other scam and defruading companys out there.
