Wish customer service - crystal wolf necklace in bright violet

I have had several issues with customer support not helping with my issue regarding this item.
1st Complaint was sent Nov 27th 2019. I received two of the three necklaces I ordered crammed into the same package but not the third. I contacted support asking why I hadn't received the third necklace with the others and was told by an agent, Vic, that since it was not passed the date the necklaces were supposed to arrive, Dec 6th 2019, I had to wait to make a complaint.
The 6th came around and no necklace and the arrival date changed to the 13th of December so on the 7th I made another complaint that I still had not received the necklace. A support agent by the name of Joseph asked if I wanted a refund and I obliged. Then another support agent named Kristy Ann issued the refund and offered for me to reorder the item. The order number for that order was 5dbff101d34ea79bfbcb32b8. I reordered the same day.
The arrival was supposed to be the Dec 19th 2019, however by the 18th the date had changed to Jan 2nd 2020. This where I also realized I was refunded for the wrong item so the original necklace is still floating out there somewhere. So I contacted support to inquire on the change and was told by Jason Bryan, another support agent, that the item is set to arrive on Jan 2nd, 2020 and nothing else.
I contacted again to state that didn't answer my question and was told by the same agent the same thing. So I made another complaint and received a response from James Ronald and was told the same thing. I was stated that if I didn't receive a real answer I would take my online shopping else where and was once again told the same thing with added information on how international shipping is difficult with large packages which makes no sense because the first package with two necklaces weighed only a few ounces by the same support at this point I once again stated the entire issue once more, this time with very little patience.
That was yesterday Dec 20th, 2019 and I have yet to receive another response sense. The order number for this necklace is 5dec0d0355cbedaaee9951d8. I am seriously considering not using Wish for online orders any more. This isn't the first time I've had to reorder and wait longer for an item. The last time I waited nearly 3 months. To which point I had forgotten about it as I was refunded for both and gave up on trying. I had only received one meanwhile they both had been shipped before they disappeared off the map only for one go resurface.

Wish tablet

I ordered a tablet for my mother on Nov.18th I just got my credit card bill and the tablet charge is on it but I did not get it I was charged $34 on my bill but were is the tablet. It was going to be a christmas gift I am very upset with this service I thought it would be better to order on line because getting around is hard for me with MS I hope this can be fixed.

Wish shipping and delivery

Ordered two smart watches from wish. Order #5dc9fof04aa47cd55131d670. First confirmation was arrival of nov.12 - nov.15. Did not arrive. Next date was dec.- 8 - dec. 15. Did not arrive. Several e mails still no package. Electronic assistant non assistant. Wish gave me credit on shipping. No package, grandsons christmas. Asked them to call me no call and no package. Notification of refund on order. My card has not been refunded. No customer service at all. No telephone number to call. No christmas watch for grandsons. One very angry grandma. There is no communication from wish once they take your money. Would never recommend wish to anyone. Worst customer service I mean absolutely no customer service. Shame on wish. I am a human and would like to speak to a human. Please call me. [protected]. This will go on answered as I have asked numerous time for help and it falls on deaf ears.

Wish mens watch and an aromatherapy humidity dispenser

It says that I recieved them. I never recieved any packages. Ihave yet to recieve any of my packages. I need this all corrected. I want what I paid for. they are Christmas presents for my grandchildren. Please send them to me. Iam very upset about this whole situation. If I had recieved these packaged I wouldnt be writing this complaint. please rectify this for me

Wish cancelled order repayment

Hi I purchased a product from your company but decided the product wasn't what I was looking for wasn't right for me so I cancelled the order and wish reimbursed me, when I checked my bank account the cost of the product had been taken out of my account how can this happen when I receive a email stating that I'd been reimbursed only to find that the money had been taken out again. I am really struggling to understand how this can happen I don't know what your policy is regarding this practice but I don't think it's appropriate as you have access to my bank account details. You need to rectify this error asap so I will leave it in your capable hands and hopefully you'll sort it all out thank you, yours sincerely, Ronald Thomasson. Wish illegal charging of my card without my permission

I was charged $255.00 for items I only looked at and did not order. I have been refunded all but $47. I want the rest of my money refunded. You charged a card number I had on my account illegally. Wish refund for canceled item not received

I placed 2 orders of the same product by accident. Wish claims that they canceled the orders but I still haven't received my refund. They say it was canceled on the 4th of December, it is now the 16th and they have no legitimate way of contacting anyone, they have no customer service representatives. Is this a scam? How do I get my money back? Are all the other apps associated with wish like this as well? Who do you talk to? Customer service number? Email? Like seriously what is going on?

Wish trying to buy

have been trying to pay for the items in my cart, it keeps telling my to verify my identify, I have make several purchases, same name, same credit card, same address so I have no idea what to do, it will not tell me how to prove who I am, need help, would like things in my cart soon, what do I need to prove who I am and why does this pop up now after all this time. Thanks!

You NEED to delete the photo you posted of your card! This is a public forum! Everyone can see your card numbers and information and not everyone has good intentions... someone is going to use it to fraud you. What are you thinking?!

Wish ordered ear buds and charging box on nov 18

Ordered product on nov 18, went back on wish to check up on delivery date and it said that custmer confirmed delivery on nov 20. But rite up under it said on nov 27 departed from airport to destination country usa .SO my question is how did i confirm delivery on the nov 20 if the prouduct is leaving the airport to the USA. Needless to say i did not receive or confirm anything. These items are christmas gifts and i need to know what is going on. I spend my money through this company, most times there is no problem, but saying it was delivered before it reached the country is something else!

Wish I have been trying to buy a gold chain as l go to payment it takes me to a page where I have to varify my identity but that button doesn’t work

Wish payment problem

Okay this is like the 5th maybe seventh time this has happened to my account I am using my fiance's credit card prepaid credit card is now asking me for a bank statement I do not have one I use the card not too long ago to buy two phones now I cannot even make any type of purchase and I'm trying by Christmas for my two children now can someone tell me how to fix this or can wish fixes because if not I want to take my my money and my business somewhere else because this is getting old I shouldn't have to keep on doing this over and over and over again because of y'all yes the card is in my fiance's name but so what I use the card not even a month ago and now it's not even letting me use it

Wish incorrect item, wish refuses to refund, wants me to pay to return

I had ordered what looked like a nice hair clip in a light brown color because my hair is light brown. What was sent definitely did not match what what was advertised. It was way too dark, almost black instead of light brown and definitely not as advertised! I ordered the accessory according to the picture and number on the listing, and what I got wouldn't match my hair unless I dyed my hair that color to match and i'm not about to do that. Now wish is dicking me around on a refund, and blaming me for their mistake! They want me to ship the bloody thing back on my own dime, too! If they'd sent me the correct thing in the first place I would not be asking to have my money refunded, now would i? If I don't get my money back from wish I can probably sell the hairpiece for the same price I bought it at to recoup my loss, but I shouldn't have to do that. Wish should do what's right! Give me back my money, and I will remain a loyal wish customer. If they don't, there's a very very good chance I will make their customer service agents hate my guts and my screaming voice every single time I call to complain... Which might be daily if I am still pissed off enough about this.

Wish shopping denied

Firstly, my first order was denied after the transaction successful. And my payment was reversed into my account after few days. It was painful.
Secondly, I placed another order by selected some items into my cart and agreed with the terms and conditions in order to make the payment, it was not successful after I input the necessary information.
Please advise.

Wish I order a ring and never got it. it was promied to be here today and never came the date keeps chaning on me also.

My email [protected]@gmail.com.It cost $2.10.Its been this is the third week i'v been waiting on it.Can you please email as soon as you can.Im not understaning why the date keeps changing.I also looked at the traking number and it said's it arrived at my house but it did not.I'm trying to get befor christmas.I'm not sure what to do about it.It was promised to be here by the 14th og this month dec.

I have three outstanding orders that I haven't received in Australia. When I log into my Wish account it says that I have not made any orders yet, although I have purchased from this site before as well! My orders seem to have disappeared from my account, along with my money! Of the three outstanding orders, one was supposedly shipped (according to an email I received) on 04Dec and due to arrive by 18Dec but I have not seen it yet. I am never going to order from Wish again as I feel terribly ripped off and annoyed.

Wish can't open app.

All of a sudden, about a month ago, I have all kinds of trouble trying to get wish shopping online app to open. It just sits there buffering. Is this on your end or mine. All my other apps work just fine. I hope this can be resolved soon, I usually look through the products daily, now I can't look and wish. Please let me know something as soon as possible.

Wish I am having issues making transactions for purchasing a product

I tried filling my payment method to make transactions with the app for a particular product, it didn't process and its giving hard time, please can u help rectify the issue in due time.Not only me has this problem people from different countries re also witnesses to this certain issue.it will be thing of joy in my heart that my issue is resolved early as possible in others to candid purchases

Wish unblock my account and refund my cash on account

Unblock my account. Wish has locked my account. Have not said why and uploading my paypal statement doesnt unlock it. They wont let me use my wish cash which is my money from a refund. There is no way to contact wish I'm getting only automated responses. Very frustrating.

Also the nail led they sent was supposed to be 300watts but is only 50w! Talk about counterfeit. I just want my stuff and use up my wish cash and be done with this but no one from wish will reply ir contact me . See images attached.

Wish locked account

Why is my account still blocked I don't understand what's I did wrong all I want to do is to purchase products and shop for some Christmas gifts and all I get is the something went wrong with you account go to www.wish.com/payment issues for help I have done that Numerous time and have no results what is wrong please let me know I have been thouthis for at least five days why can I not get a bit of help from your support group please respond promptly

Wish overcharge on an item

I purchased an indoor infared grill form your site for $88.50 on November 10th 2019. You charged my pay pal account $298.00 for this item. If you cannot correct this mistake, then I will have to pursue fraud. I received this grill on November 15th and I've written to you numerous times with no contact from you, other than telling me someone would get back to me. This item is also selling at Walmart.com for 89.00 in which case I will send yours back to you for a full refund. I am working with Pal pal on this matter.

I have ordered this drone long time ago on 14/10/2019 and was promised to arrive by the 31/10/2019 but it has never arrived. the description of the product is as follows:
The 2020 Newest GPS RE...
Black, 5g 1080P Wifi Camera, Qty 1.
It is way past the delivery time, I want a replacement soon, or my money back please advice as soon as possible. Payment was made through Pay Pal and it was supposed to be a present to my grandson. At least send me a tracking number. If you check your records you will find that I have ordered a lot of things which I am still waiting for. Thank you
