phone case order
I bought a phone cover on the 20th of November 2019, and it said that it would come in by the 10th of December. On the 10th, it still said it was in China. The next day I checked and the arrival date was moved to the 17th. When purchasing this product I chose to do a split payment as the other half I would pay would be after I recieved the order; on the 14th of December. Now that they have moved the arrival date up to the 17th and not the 10th, it is making me pay before I get the product.
I also ordered a watch in October, it said it would come in by November 26th, it is already December 12th and there is no sign of it coming.
I think Wish should be canceled, its seriousily just a scam company. This company is f*cking retarded and I am so pissed because I am not the only one this has happened to. F you Wish.
your prices, shipping and handling is ridiculous
Wish.com. they have had me tied up for a month now I've been trying to stop her my children and my grandchildren they make it possible with your prices shipping and handling is ridiculous. if they had me tied up with one account needing verification wanted me to email a bank statement which I'm not going to do online I've been hacked before I don't dare. I decided I just had to have these tactical boots I haven't seen my son in 6 years I just had to have them I promised my parents back then I got sick and I got hacked and circumstances left me where I am today struggling . I seen these boots and had to have them so I created another wish I was so proud of myself and thought they were on their way I get online today and they refunded my money is going to be tied up for 2 weeks what good does that do me that was all I had now I can't get him anything thank you wish for nothing!
my account has been hacked and my email changed
I received an email stating that my email was being changed which i did NOT request. I attempted to log in to resolve the issue but cant because the email and password on my account are now changed. I then received email stating that my orders had been refunded, again I did NOT ask for this. I am continually getting a message when i email WISH stating I have a message about it on my account. I cant read it because I am locked out. I have tried to call but no one answers the phone.
unauthorized payments
On the third of April, two thousand and nineteen money was taken out of my account and this is happening about three times a week Paypal was withdrawing the money until about three weeks ago I withdrew my debit cards. Payments ranged from thirty pounds fifty pence to one pound. Now Wish .is making two pounds a transaction I request a refund of all unauthorized payments thanking you.

I had several products I ordered and sent to another location for pick-up. They have that option for cheaper shipping.
Online was showing it was shipped and rejected. The company that it was sent to, said that wish had not sent, and online other people has issues. They never rejected anything.
I just want my order before xmas. Called and get nothing but contact us via email. Really. I want to talk to someone to get my order.

On 12/18/19 I get notice that I have payment issue, with my account.

Please can you allow me to pay for my order in my cart. I just made an order on wish. It says my payment went through but then sent me a notification saying I need to verify my account because my payment method failed. How does it go through and then fail? I'm very upset and if this doesn't get figured out, will not be using this app anymore. I've never had any problems until now and have ordered multiple items from here. Now it will not let me buy anything else but when I click verify my identity nothing happens. And the wish support on the app is not helpful at all. Very disappointed and if my item does not come in by Christmas will not use this app again.

I ordered some items of 100.00 then tried to place a order for 391.00 then for 54.78 and they said they were ordered it came off debit card. I have received some of the items off the 100.00 dlar order that went thru fine. Then my other 2 orders i got something saying they wanted a copy of bank statement showing i purchased thru them. And they refunded my 391.00 and my 54.86 orders. And it will not let me order anything else it keeps comeing up to come to this page

12/4/19 overcharged
On December 4th 2019 I placed an order on the Black Friday sale on wish. I ordered about 40 items and they were all .75 cents. I applied the promo code and went down through each order to make sure the price of not changed and the last 30 seconds. I checked all the items and my total was $17.00. I hit the pay button and it charged me $115.00. What happened? I am so upset about this because taking the $115.00 caused my checking account to be NSF.
Two NSF charges for $37.00 each = $74.00. Please help!

Hi, anytime I tried logging in payments, it's shows there is a problem with my account user. Kindly let me know what the problem is.
I really love to shop on WISH bcos my friends wanted too but wanted to see my orders for surety. The last items I ordered/ paid on PayPal was successful but I was later refunded. I discovered that I was asked of my email and receipt of previous order. I am a new customer and I believed i shouldn't be asked for that.
