I purchased a leather handbags that on close inspection showed pieces of the leather missing along the boundary edges. I notified wish and to two separate sets of pictures for them. I was in the middle of a refund when my cell phone died and cut off the process. When I went back to complete the refund my purchase was deleted from my purchase history. I have had many emails with wish about this problem they and they send me to a website that shows purchase history from which mine was deleted. I have since turned this over to PayPal for resolution. You never get to talk to a person. If your chat is cut off it seems your whole conversation is gone. Lori J bush

I ordered two items from WISH.com. totaling 65.54. Black Friday. I logged into my account today to see where my items are and still says processing order. Also asked me for a picture of my drivers license (I sent it. Stupid me). Now supposedly my account is not restricted and I will get my order someday. E-mailed customer service but they are not answering my questions. Why would you want a picture of the back and front of my license? What do you do with that information? My daughter orders from you all the time and you have never asked for her personal info. Waiting for an honest answer from a real person please. Every Christmas wish is saying I canceled my items and I dont have to go out and shop plus got them at a discounted price and I need them being on a fixed income. That's false advertisement I wanted that order. How do I go about getting that order resubmitted before Christmas? I also want to know how do I let them know to stop canceling my order without my permission?

I bought what was supposed to be a Robovac, a vacuum cleaner robot. The picture and the description looked good, the price was right. I was going to give it a try. What was shipped was something that looked like a toy plastic disc, a small disc with a hole in the bottom to put batteries. No cover for the batteries and the battery doesn't fit. And it doesn't work at all. I wouldn't even buy it in a Dollar Store. I contacted the wish customer service and they told me a have to pay to ship it back. I will NEVER buy anything from them. Unacceptable.
Do nto buy any electronics from wish and be careful with everything you but becauser the pictures posted are not the products they ship. My Wish daily giveaway icon on my mobile app is gone since November 2019. Is it removed for everyone or only my account? Asked the contact support and they said you have to claim the giveaway at 9-9.15pm and to checkout within an hour. Of cos, I know. I already claimed few times. I purchased a miniture dolls house in Oct and no were on the description did it say does not come with dust cover . Not in till it was delivered did I realize it does not .which makes it useless .and I've lost £30 I've contacted them every day since delivery and nothing . I ordered a corset which after applying the promotion code and getting a discount was priced at €13.35 inclusive of transportation cost. When I clicked to pay I used Klarna sofort payment and I authorised the transaction from my bank but even though the money was booked away it did not reflect in wish app. On checking why it was not going through I realized that the discount price had been removed from the order summary details and the price had hiked to €14.10. Any efforts to conduct support were not fruitful.

They make the items look so good, only to get you to send your money in. THIS PLACE IS A SCAMMER! They also don't provide an email where you can get help, it's all online through an automated bot that has only one thing on its mind, TO HOLD YOU OFF, JUST WAITING AND NEVER GETTING TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PROBLEM, THAT YOUR ITEM NEVER CAME. why does wish my account has a problem
I ordered a product on wish, made payment and after about 3 days i got a mail telling me my purchase will be refunded like why? Before then i got this message popping up on my wish account telling me "we are sorry for any inconvenience" they need me to take a picture of the bank statement of the product purchased... I did take a screenshot of the debit alert on the product and this message still keeps popping till now, wish sent me a mail saying I made an unauthorized purchased which I don't even know what they mean about that, I only made an order made payment and wait till it gets to me, my money was debited, and I surfed wish app... The contact support team is not helping at all I just need reasons why my purchase is refunded because I didn't ask for it and why that message keeps popping up

I ordered for six products. (7/11/19) from wish of which two arrived today (27/11/19). One an earring and the other a necklace. To my surprise, I opened the package that is suppose to contain necklace as labelled only to see a pair of socks inside.
