Several days ago you notified me that my account id had been changed to [protected]@10mail.org. I responded that I did not make the change, but have received no further information and am still unable to logon. Now there is a charge on my bank account for $33.06. I don't think this is my charge. I want this taken care of NOW!

false advertisement
Wish.com made false advertisement for 50 cents products online after purchasing multiple products and made payment they cancelled my orders and when asking for refund no one is processing until now its been 4 days upon cancellation of orders .I tried to submit multiple request to the customer support its just frustrating but no one is giving the right answer and no one will process for refund.
This company should be banned for conducting business online .
I have submitted to BBB that this is a scam business and submitted online a negative reviews ..

My name is donna maginnis, I have been a good customer. I certainly hope that you can rectify this problem/complaint! I placed two orders on! 0/05/2019 & I have never received any of them! You charged my card $46.69 & then $70.75 on october 5th. I have been trying to get anyone rectify this situation and return my cash! I have enjoyed doing business w/you people & would like to get my money back because I think I have been taken advantage of/orstolen from by you. Please return my money so I won't feel stolen from, so I can go back to shopping with you!

The day after I ordered my rain coat I realized there was an old address on file. I advised Wish immediately. The address doesn't show when you order. The address was never updated, I advised I didn't receive the product & nothing is being done. I will complain on every on line site you have. I can't call by phone the call is disconnected. I have attempted to use the on line assistance multiple times with no assistance.

I added an item to my checkout cart, I realized it was very expensive so I decided to take it out of my cart. I went to the order checkout cart and I only had enough time to see what was in my cart before it said my orders had been placed and they charged OVER $100 to my bank account. I didn't even have the option to review anything, I don't know which bank account they took money from! I immediately went to the support chat and cancelled my orders... it said my money should be returned within 14 days-- I never wanted them to take that money in the first place! This wasn't an issue with a fraudulent vendor, this was a problem with the Wish marketplace. They're too quick to take your money, and slow to return it.

On October 4th 2019, I tried to make a purchase on the Wish app. The transaction was $25.62 and was declined citing "insufficient funds" however there was more than enough money in the account to cover the purchase, and the $25.62 was withdrawn from the account by wish. Since the app registered it as a declined transaction, there was never a confirmation email, there is no order number, but wish still has my money. I have since gone through two months of emails with wish trying to get this money back only to find out that their ENTIRE customer support department is automated. Not a single human being has reached out to correct this or to properly understand. My account is now locked and with it $61.01 in wish cash meaning wish has effectively stolen $86.62 from me for no apparent reason. On top of that, I tried creating a new account which they locked saying it was stealing my information, locking another $11.41 in wish cash on that account. Bring the total of stolen cash to $98.03. When shopping on wish and scrolling through the items I may see a necklace that says $1.00 so I click on it or click "buy now" the item then become $5.99 or more. Why? I don't want to find something I like just to realize it's not a good deal after all. Post the correct price on the front page to keep me from wasting my time. The prices really used to be this low which is why wish was good.

I have not been able to click on the Refund site to say what I would like done with all the refunds. Please just put them back on to my Paypal account from now on.
I don't know why but when you click on how to refund the little circle just keeps spinning and spinning and never goes to Customer service so I am notifying you in this regard and hopefully it will resolve all future issues as I seem to be having massive refunds lately.

I I am submitting a complaint in regards to my winter boots I ordered them prior to ordering any of my other items, I've ordered for items after ordering my boots all my other items came in they said my boots would be here November 7th then it was November 14th now it's November 15th through the 18th I have no tracking information I've messaged wish multiple times and it's still nothing back I've even emailed the company I've got nothing back and I would either like to know where my stuff is or I would like a refund

in late oct. i received an ipad 1. the problem was that i had ordered an ipad 2 air. i wished to send it back. i received an email that i had received my order. after several days i actually received it. this was pretty much what i expected because i ordered from them last year and got the same results. this year things were different. i got an ipad but it was 1 instead of 2 but i didn't know it until my brother told me. i asked he knew that it was a 1 and he only had to look at the cord. it was much wider than the current one. well, i contacted wish and explained the situation. the next thing i received was a blank computer screen. i replied. i have been replying and getting the same messages time after time. anyway, it's been a pain!
