I've have used the same 3 cards several times and got wonderful stuff from u but when I go to use my card it says that there is something wrong with my account? I would love to continue shopping with u guys. So hope we can fix this matter ty.. I no there's money on them cards cause it's Christmas money. have been shopping with you for a month, I dont have bank statement yet to send you. From the comment ive read, I dont feel at all comfortable with your customer service. Im hoping Im wrong! No other website asks for such information and I would like to understand why? I would like to continue to use Wish as I have recomended you to my friends and family. I would like you to reassure me that I can use my account and that my friends and family will not be as dissapointed as I am. my wish app no longer has the daily giveaway
My Wish app no longer has the daily giveaway it always has before. My friends also always use wish to buy their stuff for cheap great deals. If anybody knows the way of fixing the problem so we have our daily giveaway back on Wish app. We would all greatly appreciate it. I ordered $140 on Wish and had no problem with my payment info. I went back on later to order two more Tees and it would not let me. Said there was a payment issue and to go to www.wish.com/payment issue

I did NOT want to order I was scrolling up and my order got placed I dont I know how it did that but it did I did NOT give you my permoission to use my credit card information nor did I give you my pwrmission to keep my credit card information on file! I ordered 2 separate items in the middle of October, both had delivery dates for the beginning of November. Have received emails saying they won't be here until the 18th, which is too late for when I needed them, I would like to cancel the orders, but am unable to. They were for a special occasion and won't be needed now. I am so disappointed not to have them.

Recently I purchased few products from Wish.com only to be told that it was a one only deal per day, meaning that I could buy it for the asking price and fully pay for the item and the amount stated for shipping and the money get charged in full to my credit card, then few days later, I get to be told that I was not successful in purchasing that item...apparently the deal is such items gets advertised really cheap, so many people can buy and fully pay for it and the payment fully process and the money goes to Wish, then they select one person only out of all those people who paid for the same product, that person (if really exists) gets the product for the advertised price and everyone else miss out, in that case, you gave to go online and process how you want your refund paid, either original payment method and in that case you need to wait around 14 days to get your own money back, or you could choose to have your credit as Wish Cash, if you choose Wish Cash as your refund, you're meant to get the credit on your Wish account to use for other purchases, however, any Wish Cash is not refundable in future.
I find this to be nothing more than a new inventive way to steal your money, hold on to it for at least 2 weeks before refunding (if it's refunded at all) or being forced into having to spend that money on other products...that is fraud.
It took me 2 minutes to process one refund via the only method available for me which is online customer service chat system, I have more than 200 transaction that I would need to refund in the same manner, that is more than 400 minutes from my time wasted to only get my own money back... I am demanding my full refund being processed immediately and being compensated for the time I wasted so far to process more than 60 transactions to date.

I have had an email from Wish today thanking me for changing my email address and password. I can't access the account now and have cancelled my debit card that was linked to my PayPal account. I still have my bank account details on my PayPal account as I'm an eBay seller and am waiting for payment for items. The Wish support are useless. After me emailing them they replied that I need to log in to my Wish account to view the answer! How can I if the email and password has been changed. Will my bank account be safe?
my recent refund on a purchase
I received the refund of $.75 on an item I ordered that was no longer available. But the shipping cost was not refunded. It was charged to me but not refunded with the refund of the item. The texting method on the app does not allow your to expound on your issue and only focused on the refund. I thought that was the case a while back but did not get any results. But today I'm taking it further...it's unfair to treat a customer or anyone for that matter like that. I expect to see my shipping cost portion refund as soon as possible.

For one on their website I'm trying to login and each time it tells me my password is wrong so I go and do the forgot password thing and every single time I go back it says link has expired.
