a returned item has not been refunded
I sent back TWO smart watches in one package. It was received by customer service. I was credited for one and not the other. I have been emailing them several times over the past week and a half. No one can help me and the app does not allow for an option that matches mine. I have proof that they received the package with both watches, but I was only refunded for one.
I would contact the better business bureau. That's always worked for me.

I've had my account blocked for reasons unknown to me. They have bots with automated responses, not live people. I can't get this resolved. I've filed a complaint and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Wish is owned by Contextlogic. I hope to find contact info for them. I now feel I have to go through my credit card statements to make sure I wasn't overcharged and verify that any refunds promised to me were processed. I trusted this company. Very disappointing.

Won on limited quantity deal. Then they took it away. Its happened on 4 items now. I won 3 tablets. And the guitar. Its changed from arriving to refunded. Really not happy about it. I will not be using wish again. Its just one big con. How can i win it. And then all of a sudden take it away. I noticed one of the tablets got changed from arriving. To refunded. So i screen shotted the others. So i have proof that these items should be mine.

I have received email from wish that the item has been delivered. Nothing came to my address, i ordered jacket and ear wormers, they cost some 300kr so i want my product delivered, please. I want when i ordered something and i paid for it, to be delivered. Thats professionally. I have sen multiple adverts on Facebook and various other websites that are advertising medicinal pills. My sister has attempted suicide in the past by overdosing and I have concerns over her doing so again so I believe this is highly inappropriate to marketing to people. Especially to people my age when I know so many people who would love to buy such an item and end their life. If this is not pulled off the website I shall be contacting the police.

trying to get in contact with wish to buy
I was buying from wish a while back well now that I have a different credit card and I'm trying to contact them for some reason they will not let me used my new credit card and wish wants me to First Take a picture of my credit card and my bank statements and submit that to them the ones that I've bought something with. How can I buy anything if I can't buy anything. That does not make any sense. They need to let me in and buy at least one object or item just to get my foot in the door to get started then it would work.
I've had to make a lot of complaints about wish.com the services, the description of merchandise and final quality of the product how they had made charges of nearly £15, 000 on my Barclaycard, when they hadn't sent me a bill for what I'd purchased. Nearly all the things I'm alleged to have purchased came without an invoice listing what I'd purchased and from, and when it came to returning things it became an even bigger headache, I wandered round Wimbledon and south London trying to send them back through their couriers Hermes and The Royal Mail, when I was run down a sweet shop owner / employee shouted at me that none of the packages had return had prepayment addresses or labels. I was also very concerned by them asking me to have my photograph taken with my bank statement and other personal information, considering I have good crediting rating and other banking details. I found a lot of the deals and products to be of corner store scams to other stuff that qualified scams of a much bigger order...and I have been forthcoming about them but there seem to be a lot of unauthorized transactions that have taken place in my name.
the Chinese medicine came through in amounts that had no quantification or told what they were, what they were for or how to use them the best dose for them to be effective I have products that were so not what I ordered, or packed so that they were not only the same product but the sizing all wrong.
I must be one of the last people on this earth who has never shopped on the internet, and after hearing other peoples stories about shopping on the internet with search engines like Amazon I thought I'd take the plunge with Wish and what a bad experience that turned out to be. i have to close now as my internet site is about to close but I have whole load of stuff needs to go back.
I did raise problems I was having with wish.com with barclaycard as the internet kept crashing

Tried&tried to get information /tracking of a suit I ordered 30/08/19/ 2/09/19.i have written & tried to track the item. unauthorized charges
do not use this site. they will make unauthorized charges on your account. I have 6 charges on my card and I am pissed. there is no customer service agent. they have a customer support page that automatically generates a response to you and you cant type out the issue. on top of that it takes them 3 days to read about this issue. I didnt even have an account until charges were made and then I had to open an account to get to literally no one. stupid [censored] retail app. now I have to dispute this [censored] and its gonna take 5 to 6 weeks. absolutely [censored].

wish.com creates fraudulent orders
Shortly after payday, we learned our checking account had been completely cleaned out, due to not just our regular bill paying but a Wish.com charge for over $3000. We traced the purchase to my husband's Wish.com account, which he hasn't touched in months. Yes, one lesson is to not have debit card information online, but this does not excuse Wish.com running a fake order through the account. The expensive items were billed to us and the shipping address was ours. Neither of us had created the order. Extremely dishonest.
