I ordered two bodysuits from wish.com in two different sizes a 2X in a 3X neither one of the bodysuit was made the way it was in the picture The two 2 X was too small to 3X was too bigI've been trying to return the items and I took pictures and sent them pictures and they still will not give me a refund they want me to cover the cost to send the two items back I think is unfair because first of all they're not like the picture from which I ordered they are not shape they are just flat no support or anything and I just want to get my money back it takes anywhere from 2 to 3 days for them to get back with you they do not even have customer service that you can call on a phone number and then it's hard to get them when you go on wish.com They never have the questions that you want to ask and so you can't really give them a response with some other questions that they have I've been going backwards and forwards with them since I received my order which was on the 16th please can I get some help Dolores Phiffer [protected]@ iCloud.com

Some unauthorized transactions were made from my account for a purchase on this app 6hrs ago.This happened four times in a space of 20mins. I have unauthorized charges in my debit card moths after deleting the app. No purchases made. How do I make this not happening again? I don't have a client number because I didn't purchase anything. I want to stop any access of transactions from this company. The only evidence I have is the charge on my debit card. No emails justifying the reason of this charge.

Mate40 Pro Smartphone
I purchased this phone on Wish.com and after I received it and tried to use it was nothing but a hassle and learned was extremely poor quality and should only be sold as a toy. After contacting Wish.com was told they would get back to me after I filed the complaint which never happened. I was detailed and will list issues here. First the phone is sold as having 512gb storage. That is a total lie. I tried downloading a 4gb file and started getting the message I was out of space. Installed file manager is a big liar since it insists 512gb but after installing another file manager the truth turns out only 16gb of internal storage. Next phone boasts great battery life. This phone sitting doing nothing for 2 hours used 10% of the battery. If you're using it for about 10 minutes whether is a phone call or doing web search will use about 15%. Bluetooth will not work for wireless devices more than a foot away. Simply put if you have this phone in your back pocket Bluetooth earbuds or headphones will not work. Phone boasts great camera. I couldn't send any pictures via messenger. There is no way to block unwanted phone calls on this phone. If you install a micro SD rest assured you will not be able to download anything to it unless you use it as internal storage. The phone boasts a deca core processor with 16gb of ram, but overall response is worse than a quad core processor with 2gb of ram. I don't understand as this smartphone is such a deception that has not been many complaints lodged against it that would want the rest of us. Well maybe others are embarrassed and don't care about others.
Desired outcome: This phone is a total lie made by ripoff artists. This company should be forced to refund every customer. Should be banned from selling anywhere or sold as a novelty for $20 or less, not $150 as I paid!

I received 3 jumpers in the mail. They were not what I ordered, nothing at all what I asked for. I contacted Wish through the whole month of June 2021, the same automated message.
They wanted a photo, at the end of it.
This was impossible, as, I finally went to the town library, and they could not attach it to their website.
The refund period is now over, all I wanted was to receive my refund, find out who to send these jumpers back to.
No answer in relation to that request.
As well as being the wrong jumpers, they would fit a 10 year old girl, they were so small.
Can you please help me.

Canceling an order
Stepson tried to cancel an order and they wouldn't let him. Now my account is overdrawn and I need to cough up another $36. to cover overdraft fee. He was told that when he got the order to send it back. God only knows how long that will be. Waited once for over six months on one order. You take money out of accounts and then when you can't fulfill the order you credit money back. That doesn't help me now. I really appreciate the rip off you people do. I will never recommend you to anyone. I hope you go out of business!

Clothing items
I had ordered different clothing items in May 21. I wear normally size 3x. I ordered all items ONE SIZE BIGGER, in 4x, to be rather larger then to come out to small. All items received are at least 3 to 4 sizes too small, even though being misrepresentd as being. size 4x . Furthermore, the materials are beyond flimsy and substandard.
I had requested return insstructions, but I never received them. One8 item did not arrive at all, even though the latest date of delivery was supposed to be on June 1.
Wish's way of operating seems to be based on criminal enterprise. They seem to be set up to take people's money, and to keep them hanging with merchandise they can not use.
