Fraudulent charges
I have had fraudulent charges on my account three months in a row. I am unable to reach anyone at Women Within to correct this. I believe a class action suit should be considered against this company!

Product and return service
I ordered two tunics, one long sleeve and one short sleeve. They arrived in two different packages. There was no packing slip in either of the packages.
It turned out that both was too big. They advertise free return/exchange with the return lable - problem was ther was no return lable. I chatted with a representative and he refused to email me a return lable because " you had ordered that size before and not returned".
Another proble is that the sizes of heir tunics and tee's are inconsistent - can vary as much as 2" in the length of the garmet.
Another proble is the inconsistency i quality. I bought a thermal long sleeve tee some time back. When i reordered the sam, the quality was very poor. I am keeping that tunic, though bet i am not buing anythin else from them.

I am complaining about a very very rude customer service representative
I called to order a gift only. The representative kept pushing other items or services. I told her no repeatedly. I told her to stop but she kept over talked me I told her to stop repeatedly. She didn't stop even when I ended up not stopping to the point I I had to raise my voice. When I got her to stop she continued being rude. I called back and asked for a supervisor I was told there was none. I have dealt with this company for years and never been treated like this.

Ordered a winter fleece vest online. The website never stated that the item was out of stock. I ordered on Nov 11th for a birthday gift on DEC 14th. Not only did I not get the item, I was not informed that it was back ordered until I called looking for answers. I have since called several times and only gotten the run around... i was told that it was in process, whatever that means.It is now Dec 23rd and I called again yesterday and was told the exact same thing. I was not provided the opportunity to try another color of the same item that was in stock or a refund or exchange. I was told none of these were options

Will not change due date cause of fees added to my account because no one was answering phones at customer service
In April or May of 21, I returned items. I was calling & calling cust serv to find out how much I had to pay since I returned & to change payment date. It took months for them to refund money. I made so many phone calls & no one was answering phones, so they added late fees & interest charges & now im delinquent so they can't change due date. No sense!

I ordered from woma within 05/21. The items I received was bigger sizes and different from items I ordered. I sent back the whole order and asked to change to different items. I received not all items I ordered and they was bigger sizes again and different.

I am afraid once I read all these complaints. I am a new customer with WW. I just saw a charge on my bank account, that I didn't recognize. I looked Comenity Pay and found this comment section. I know now it was the payment I made on my first credit -purchase. I think I'll pay this account off, then remove my bank account information. I will also notify my bank once it's paid off, to block that company from charging me more. I won't order anything else from them after I pay them off.

I advised the customer service number as soon as I received the merchandise on or about August 15, 2021. I also sent a note on the return slip together with a cargo pant that I received but never ordered and other items from the same order. I demand a full refund of the merchandise, including sales tax and shipping paid to receive the items. As a result, I affirm that I refuse to pay the following amount because I did not receive the merchandise. I have tried to call numerous times without any success. The last time was on 11/12/2021. A representative told me that I had returned the merchandise too late, which is incorrect because I never received the merchandise. The other rep told me that they did issue a refund via a gift certificate for the items they received but not the items I was charged for but never received. I demanded to speak for a supervisor, and the representative disconnected the call. I called again, and I was transferred to a person who said that she would apply the gift certificate to the account and look into the matter to issue a refund for the items I did not receive. As of today, I am still waiting for an email notifying the status of my refund for items not received.

Woman Within shipped a completely different color dress and a larger size. It was not what I purchased and this was a gift. Yet, they did not return the shipping cost. I explained this clealy in the box with the returns. I had to mail the return to my Mother, then she had to ship it out. I found this extremely hard for my 90+ year old mother to have to find someone to help her with this. I am very displeased with Woman Within.
I am owed the $25.00 shipping. At this point, I will never shop with them again. I have had several issues over the years and this will be the final blow.

Why would it take 2 months, or longer, to have something shipped if this is a USA based company? USPS - FedEx - UPS, etc. can be used and it shouldn't take that long to get an item that is in stock to another state in USA.

In April I placed an order for a blouse, stretch jeans and a ten-pack of underwear. Order wasn't coming so I tried to call customer Service. Sometimes they didn't even answer and sometimes they put me on hold for so long, I just hung up. I am severely disabled and my fingers are numb so it is extremely difficult to type. The hours and hours I tried to reach someone took its toll on me. Once I got through and was given a tracking number was invalid. So, once again I started the some thing for days and days and many tiresome hours. Finally one day I got through and was given a different tracking number. It still took many many days. Finally a package arrived and to my surprise the blouse was not what I ordered, the jeans were not what I ordered and the ten pack of underwear I didn't even open. My day care nurse said there was a return sticker. I told her to seal the package and take it to the Post Office for me. She did that. WW kept billing me with late fees and the $87 some order has now gone up to over $200. They have put me on credit accounts as if I owed them money! And I get harassing calls from Comenity Bank! I was told IK needed to give them a tracking number. When I told the nurse to take it to the P.O. I assumed the return sticker was the usual return postage paid. The woman from the bank nastily said to me "that's how the world works!" What about the way Customer Service has treated me? Hours and hours of days and days of wasted time on a sick elderly lady?
Desired outcome: I would like them to zero out my account and take me off all credit card companies.
I feel you. Worst customer DISSERVICE I have ever had. I have ordered from them since 1980-something and spent a lot of money but they don't care. They know that women who are plus size and have limited financial resources are at their mercy, so they don't care.

On Sept. 12th I placed an order with Woman WIthin for two pairs of pants. Woman Whithin gave the package to Pitney Bowes to do the actual shipping. I started trying to track the shipment around the 22 of Sept. The tracking information showed that the package was sitting somewhere in New Jersey for the last 10 days. I contacted Woman Within about the package. They told me to contact Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes said to contact the Post Office. DO NOT BUY from Woman Within. Their shipping setup is SLOPPY. Pitney Bowes is almost useless when tracking packaged. FIND ANOTHER WAY TO BUY CLOTHES.

Order #[protected]. I placed a large order on February 5, 2021. Only 2 items did not fit properly and I returned them. I chose the ecard gift option as I was going to place another order. I placed another order on February 25 but had not received any notification about the return. On March 1 I received an email saying that my return had been received and was being processed. On March 17 I received another email saying that my return had been processed and a refund issued. After that I got really sick, was out of work, so it has been a while since I placed an order. On September 20I went online to place another order. I could not find the credit anywhere listed in my account. I called customer service and talk to 2 different people Who said it had been over 60 days there was nothing they could do. I was extremely frustrated so called them back the next day asking for a manager. I spoke with 4 different people! None of which spoke very good English. 1 person (Meliza) Said it was refunded to my form of payment on March 18. I went through my bank statements for February march and April. There was never any refund. I called back again and was attempting to talk to 1 gentleman but ended up having to hang up because he didn't understand what I was saying. I called back again In the next person said I was issued an ecard and I was emailed on March 18. I told her I never received that email. She said yes I did! I said no I did not! She said check your spam mail. I told her I checked my spam and my deleted emails and I had nothing. AGAIN... This rep was rude and said there was nothing she could do. It's been over 60 days. So I asked her if they just got to steal my money and she said I guess! I have been a customer for a very long time and I was very disappointed by this exchange! All I wanted was to place an order and use the credit I should have! At this point I have no desire to give my business to this company any longer!

Placed order April 5 2021. Order was divided into 2 shipments. One order not received. Of note I am supposed to sign for all orders because I live 1/2mile off road and don't want packages left there. After checking with neighbors, I made multiple calls to Woman Within. Given different carriers with each call and called them without result. In June dispute was filed and charge removed from account. I next heard last week when I received letter dated August 4 from Comenity stated they determined package was delivered. My call to WW this morning resulted in me telling my story to five different people. Each of them asking questions and ten telling me I had wrong department. Last Peron in customer care told me that I needed to speak to order department which was first person I spoke to. When I objected as I had been on phone over an hour she filed dispue. Bottom line I did not sign because items were not delivered, I should not be charged. Also your team is not customer friendly as there is a language barrier and they don't listen to what's said asking for name for instance after already given

Problem with credit limits and unable to change the payment date
My name is Laura and I am deaf. I have been used this website for clothes for long as I remember back in 1990, many back years. I am on disability plus with my company disability; two incomes. I have had paid all the time after the 17th. BUT there is a catch I cannot able to make my change of date for the payment website. My both disability (every 23rd and other every fourth of the week). I always make a payment but it is after the date bill (around the 17th). My billing has increased because of the constant late fees. I tried to look for it on the website of Beauty Full and Women Within (it started to get a pile of late fees large amounts) and, I hardly order any clothes for the last 5-7 years because I knew I was behind. I CANNOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE DATE OF PAYMENT on my desire! It shows nothing on the website. I am handicapped and this is serious for me that I am not working but constantly make a late payment, or I might have to contact a lawyer. I have no choice. Your company made a very poor website plus they never send me self return envelope. There is a lot of time I don't remember their address. So I used my own envelope to mail but return it with the wrong address. Funny I did look it up online, wrong address! Another late fee or extra late fees. I hope you better understand and I hope I send the right person, nothing above the manager or president but more important to the higher standard with the big complaint. It needs to see my letter. I NEED HELP!

In May I returned over $200 in merchandise and stipulated on their form, "Credit back to original method of payment, " in this case my credit card. I received a letter from Woman Within in June that they are issuing a Gift Card for my return. I called customer service in July and expressed that I want the credit to go on the credit card, never a gift card. They assured me it would be changed, and I'd see the credit in 3-5 days. Reviewed my statement for August and there is no credit. I called again, today Aug 27. I was told I would have the credit but I have to wait 15 days.
Will I actually get the credit? Remains to be seen.

First-time online order while speaking with a representative on the phone regarding shoes. At the end of the conversation, rep. Informed me shoes were out of stock and did not know if shoes were dropped or no re-stock. Asked him to cancel order. This was February. Two months later received package. I called the customer service number and the rep. stated notes indicated the order had been canceled and apologized to me and send them back, which I complied. Well, it's August 2021, and the package left @ the front door, much to my dismay. Once again I called cs and spoke with Jay #30706 on 8/12/2021 where he researched the order and had agreed the order was canceled and he would email the returns department to accept package that was originally canceled. Now I have to admit repeating details from the initial order in February with cs rep was long and tedious but nonetheless necessary. While speaking with Jay, I was instructed to take the package to the post office and have them print me a label, and give them the package. Well, guess what, the post office does not make labels and suggested I go to a UPS store. I did, and the fee would cost $29.99 due to size. I walked away with the package disheartened by the turn of events. Again, I phoned cs and spoke with a manager by the name Meliza on same day 8/19/2021, and shared with her what had transpired and would she send me a label, thereby no out-of-pocket cost to me, since the order was originally canceled. She said she couldn't since the order was over 30 days, ergo, I filled in the spots she was missing and suggested she research the computer and find the order of the notes that had been canceled, and to reference Jay's notes. At this junction, she became annoyed and would speak above me and quite loud when while I was doing my best to give all the full details. She stated that if the shoes weren't returned to the 30 days, there would be no refund and to keep the shoes. I do not have a problem with returning the shoes, however, I feel that I should not be responsible to pay to shipping fee when in fact again, I requested the order to be canceled. I would appreciate if an able body of sound mind would assist me in how to return the shoes without monies leaving my pockets. I look forward to your immediate attention since I'm on a timeline.
