Customer service
I went through the car wash late last night. It was dark in late so I chose not to vacuum my car at that time due to safety issues. I just went back at 8 AM this morning and was told I could not use the vacuum. I offered to show where I purchased a wash the night before and even noted how clean my car was on the outside but the manager continued to tell me I could not use the vacuum. This is very poor customer service. This is the car wash on Challenger Avenue in Roanoke Virginia. Manager was rude!

Car was damaged as it went through car wash in Shreveport
My wife went to the car wash in Shreveport and our car was damaged. The attendants were slow to respond. They said someone would call but no one has and it has been 6 days since the damage occurred. The car has serious front end damage and needs to be repaired. I have now gone back to the car wash location twice but no one will provide the number of someone I can talk to about whether they will agree to fix the car.

I went to the carwash, while in line I was approached by an employee who asked me if I wanted to do a membership for a month for $15. I agreed, he took my card, put himself between me and the computer and asked questions and filled out something. I at no point agreed to a continuing membership nor was I given a copy of anything to know that I was agreeing to a monthly membership. I was not told the fee would go up. The district manager agreed to refund me the money until I advised him I couldn't come a hour away to get it. I advised him I had looked this up and they had 1000s of complaints for fraud and that they needed to refund the money without me driving over there. He ended up refusing to give me my money back or do anything to correct this issue. I asked for a copy of what I signed since I was never given it, I asked what info they have on file for me, I was told no. They wouldn't provide any info. I have never seen this supposed contract they claim that I signed.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.
I'm going through exactly the same issue. I went back after I found a 30 dollar debit taken right from my bank, and the 'acting manager' couldn't find me in the system at all. Through license plate, name, phone... and he gave me a card with web site and phone number, but I am NOT in the system. Of course no one answers that number. What kind of fly by night outfit is this?
I have just moved to okc from another state so you'd think my plate would stand out.

I signed up for a promotional rate of 19.99 for car wash that included wash, wax, rain repellant and tire shine now over the past few months I notice I received just the "Basic" wash. I signed up in 2018 for unlimited washes, it's nor 12/2021 and the package I signed up for has changed without notification.
I have tried several times to contact Zip by leaving request on their web site but no one has bothered to contact me back.

car wash damaged my vehicle
I went thru car wash at 9310 Mansfield Rd. and my drivers side mirror cover was shattered, my car has dent under bottom was dented on the frame, scratches and dents all around my 2020 Chevy Malibu. The attendant that was there looked for my mirror cover but did not find it. The attendant that guided me in came shortly and found my mirror cover scratched and shattered into several pieces. The site manager was not in duty today and the attendants called and asked will he do an incident report. He later came once he found out I called police to do an report. Which he replied to get 2 estimates that are printed and not hand written and he will submit incident report to corporate. Cancel membership
During a visit in November to closest Zips on Webb road in Wichita I asked the attendant what he needed for me to cancel my membership. We have a lot of similar car washes going up around town and zips is 2nd tier in quality and customer service. He told me he was INSTRUCTED that he could NOT cancel anymore people or he'd be fired (guessing a lot of people jumping ship to competitor up the road). So I went online same day (weeks before billing date) and submitted all information and clearly asked to cancel. I was just billed today and this is unacceptable. This is after my city employee discount price was changed with no notice or information.
To summarize, zips threatens their employees jobs if they handle customers membership issues in person
They have changed pricing randomly with no notice or explanation
Now continue to charge after trying in multiple ways to cancel as outlined in their membership agreement. This is being disputed via my bank and will be turned over to the local BBB
Desired outcome: Full refund asap, and stop threatening your employees for taking care of member requests

What a joke. Guy just barely splashes soap on front windshield. No one at the end of tunnel to dry off car...no use trying to find a vacuum that works and I drive off to go home and at least clean my front windshield for myself.
Wow and only cost $10.78 ! What a deal. I have given this place a chance to
get better, but looks like maybe gets worse. I can only hope they will go out of business and someone better will come and take over in the future.

I purchased the 1 month membership trial for $15.00 and at the end of the membership trial, to call 855-947-7927 M-F 8am to 4:30pm to cancel, or submit a support ticket at www.zipscarwash.com, if not then the membership would be $35.00/month. I submitted my request to cancel on 11/8/21 at 12:59pm since my membership was to renew on 11/14/21. I noticed that on 11/15/21, there was a charge for zips carwash for $35.00. I have called the number to get customer service at 855-947-7927 (which was on their brochure), then called 501-378-0100 and still did not receive anyone from customer service. I have left a voice message on their answering service and have not heard back from them.
I am looking to cancel their monthly subscription, get a refund for the charge they incorrectly charged.

I tried the zips car wash for the first month and canceled on 9-20-21 and agent told me I had canceled in enough time where I would not be charged for the month of October but 7 days later, they charged me any way. I've tried calling the phone number listed where I signed up and it rings but whatever button you push it keeps telling you their mailbox has not been set up and hangs up so it's virtually no use for them to have a phone. I've had no response from emails sent saying they were charging me yet another $40. I've tried calling your phone number and you keep me on hold for 15 minutes October 29. 2021, then the phone went dead on your end. I'm wondering if you ignore all your customers? I have put a dispute in with my credit card company so if you don't answer them eventually I'll get my money refunded but in the meantime, you've had my money and you've lied to me. I have done single purchases in different towns but I've had such a bad experience that I never want to give your company another dime and I plan to tell everyone about your customer service.

I paid for a membership, got a car wash and my car barely was cleaned, vacuums are out only a couple work ! Which leaves ppl waiting on the lot for a proper vacuum . My mirror was snatched loose during the car wash . I did a incident report, was told to follow up for reinforcements and due to cancellation after they took my money out my account and it wasn't 7/9 days I was able to get a refund . I never got one ! Still waiting for my car to be repaired which the regional even said he would call and nobody has reached out ! Lol and I stay outta town . So I got a lawyer ! Worse business to be apart of, I will never go here AGAIN! The guy even emailed me and said we not fixing no mirrors ! Sorry for inconvenience! I have been trying to cancel my brothers zips membership as he has been diagnoised with stage 4 brain cancer. He/we can not find his membership sticker and Steve can not remember any of the details of his membership. Would like someone to reach out to help us get his membership canceled. His account is being debited each month for the membership fee. He can no longer drive and no longer has a need for this membership.

Charging my account/poor cleaning service
My name is Carrie Cole I woke up to find that Zips had charged my account for services, when I used my card just one time I was not told it would be a charged automatically each month! I never went back after the one and only time due to the poor cleaning I received there they didn't even get my windows clean plus did not tell me I needed to pull side mirrors in and caused one side to stop working! I will NEVER go back! They so far have not contacted my to reverse charges either!

Today September 29, 2021 between hour of 9:30 am and 11:30 am my car was trapped my front tire went over the rail and fell about a foot down. and the employee call the manager who was not on property and right away he said i did something wrong. the point that my car went over there are no guidrail a yellow hard plastic that keep the cars in line. they had been ripped away and standing in a corner. the manager refused to call a service to remove my car after standoff of two hr they call a tow service making me pay. Ive done nothing wrong I have a monthly service with the car wash. also causing some damage to my vehicle there was also a fluid leak coming from my car and I have picture of the things I have talk about

I am trying in every way imaginable to cancel my membership and I am unable to do so through the website. I have made several attempts to call and the site will not log my ticket and when I go back in after I complete the ticket it states that I do not have any active tickets. I registered 2 vehicles for the $9.99 unlimited basic wash special and I have recently been charged $21.50 for the same monthly unlimited washes! I never received any kind of correspondence about this change that I'm aware of and I not very excited about the automatic significant "bump" in pricing! I'm asking to be re-instated at the $9.99 price point per vehicle and also to be compensated for the months that I was charged at the much higher price!
