My sticker didn't work so I moved my car back snd forth waiting for it to work. A man came out flipping his arms with an attitude and rudely told me I needed to hold still because the computer is slow. He also said "see those 2 cameras up there? I was watching you and you kept moving." Date of service 9/3/21 around 6:00 pm. I don't believe there was any need to be rude and I told him yo take it easy

Basically this place uses deceptive business practices. While you're on line getting a car wash, they come up to your car and talk you into getting a free month's worth of car washes. They make you sign a paper if you agree. Meanwhile there's a page full of terms and services that you're not going to read while you're online waiting to go into the car wash, especially when others are waiting behind you and you don't want to hold them up. What these deceptive terms and services say is that they're going to charge you twice as much in the following months even if you don't get your car washes. When you call customer service, you wait on the phone for half an hour. They act very nice and say that they will put in a refund request for the months that you haven't gotten car washes. Then they never get back to you. When you call them up once more, they tell you your refund request was denied a long time ago. I just don't get how a business can operate this way. Making money from fees that people don't realize they're paying and keeping money for services they never rendered. There are many many car washes in Knoxville and I will not be going to zips again period.
Desired outcome: My 2 full months of NO CAR WASHES refunded, approximately $70

San Antonio TX and home offices
The car wash here in San Antonio, TX on Culebra Rd is constantly closed. I call the home office and no one ever answers what time of business are you guys running your take-out NY monthly fees but we don't get the service they say the area msg can only be contacted by e mail is that the way he gets his paycheck also I seriously doubt I will get feedback on this complaint

Damage to personal vehicle
I was in contact with Justin Hecker about damage to my vehicle. The left taillight was completely ripped off and one of your employees found it in side the wash and brought it to me in the vacuum area.
Since approx. July 1 or before, I reported this and the incident report was filled out at the time of the damage.
I have had several email correspondence's with Mr Hecker but I have yet to see my damage check.
He told he it would have to come from corporate but the last time I spoke to him, this week, he said "he had forgotten about it".
I have been more than fair in this claim. In addition to the tail light being destroyed, the rear bumper was scratched just below the light. When I spoke with Mr. Hecker. I told him I would be reasonable and advised him that I would not pursue the bumper damage. It will be approx $ [protected] to replace the bumper but it is a small area of damage. Hence, I am not asking for that.
However, I sent him estimates from two vendors and I purchased a taillight and installed it myself. The cost was approx. $87.
That is all I am asking for. Could someone in your company please respond and tell me when I will receive a check for that damage?

Zips car wash broke the rear windshield arm on my two week old brand new Kia telluride then denied the claim. I wouldn’t trust these folks with your car.
My car was damaged almost a month ago! Am incident report was done on site. I have reached out to the district manager via email multiple times with zero response and I have called the customer service and kept record of the multiple calls with them and still NOT a single word from anyone. The car wash literally took paint off the sides of my car from back to front! Poor customer service! Might I add brand new car when this happened!
I went In to the carwash after work like a normal Tuesday and the machine broke my driver side mirror cap. Employees fishes it out and brought it to me and gave me no information on what to do. I left a ticket on Zips website and NOTHING WAS DONE! I’ve just about had it with this company and am ready to sue. Havent heard one word from anyone and this happened almost a month ago.

I have monthly contracts on two card for $9.95 per car.
But on August 3, I had a charge of $20, another charge of $20 on august 3 and another charge of $20 on August 8…..what is the reason for the three charges?
For a short time my credit card on file had expired, so I understand two of the three charges, what is the purpose of the third charge on August 8th?

tire shine and vacuums
Three years ago i complained about Zips Car Wash on Walnut St, Rogers Ar 72756 not having a working tire shine . This has never been been corrected although its part of what i pay monthly for. The wash is poorly managed, always seems to have problems and for the past month only one of the multiple super vacs are working. I complained last week to the manager and told him it was frustrating to have to walk and check every vacuum only to find one working, He advised e was spending his time working on the equipment inside the wash and is last concern was the free vacuums. I told him they were not free and part of the monthly contract i maintain with Zips. Also told him its been four years since the tire shine has worked although i have put in numerous complaints. Trash can are always full and spilling over.
If i can i go to the Zips on Prairie Grove, Rogers and always find the wash being managed professionally and never having problems with their equipment, This is the third complaint to corporates in the past four years and nothing has ever been done

Monthly Service Fee
We signed up for unlimited washes for $9.95 per vehicle three years ago and were told in writing the price would never go up. Today we were charged $20 per vehicle. The manager told us "corporate raised all the prices."
In addition, the vacuums frequently don't work. The brushes that used to wash the hood, roof and trunk lid have been removed from the wash, why?

Closing early
I pay for a monthly service plan but it is hard to get a wash in when the employees decide to close early.. On July 25th 2021 at 2:10 pm they were closed as evidenced by the blue cones in front of the entrance. The car wash was not broke as there were still people going through the wash. The owner needs to stop his employees from closing early. The vacuum cleaners need service. Many are not working.

Hi. I recently purchased a monthly membership and use your location in Glenpool, Ok. The drying blowers do not dry either the hood or windshield of my auto. It is an Explorer and I don't have the problem at your other other locations, but the Glenpool location is the most convenient. Could you have someone take a look at the blowers and adjust for taller vehicles?

Car Wash Club
Went to get a car wash about a month ago. They had a guy standing at the money machine who let me know for $ 15 I could get as many washes as I could for a month. I gave him my card, and then right before entering the car wash I notice a " little" information that says the $ 15 will be a permanent monthly charge.
I then called him back to cancel this and he assured me he did.
This month I see a monthly charge for $ 35 from Tulsa Ok on my debit card.
I had to call the bank to report this FRAUD and wait for a new debit card to be issued.
Very dubious business practice. I will tell 10 people and hopefully they will tell 10 more people to be aware of this scam.

We feel we were totally scammed into joining the "wash club". The staff were standing out by the entrances to the wash with clipboards, and they acted as if the terminals were not working (as if they were there to manually take credit card payments). They were doing this for every customer coming through the wash that day. They said "we'll process your payment this way, and you'll get a month of washes for $14.99". So we agreed. We did not know this was the recurring monthly wash club contract (at $29.99 per month!). So, later, when I tried to cancel this membership, I go the run-around. First, I tried to contact the local facility - that phone number is disconnected. Then, I called the corporate office. I was told that my membership was actually with a different company (Blue Iguana) and Zips had recently purchased this company, but the paperwork was not fully settled so the corporate rep could not help me. Finally, I found a way to email the local branch - I asked for the membership to be cancelled. A rep called me back, but we played phone tag and I just could not get them to actually *cancel*. I finally put a merchant block on my credit card. Seems like they are making it intentionally difficult to cancel and making the process drag on and on... hoping the customer will just give up and keep paying the $29.99 per month. Also, we felt very duped by the sign-on process. Really unethical business practice here.

I filled out a claims report at The Zips Car Wash in Bowling Green, Ky.
In later March 2021
My rims were damaged doing the car wash I brought it to the attendant attention he immediately shut down the car wash and checked and made a phone call.
He had me to fill out a claims report and I was told it would be sent in to the main office and I would be contacted.
Several days passed and I went back to the car wash and I was told my claim was turned in and I was also given a 800 number to call.
I still to this very day haven't heard from anyone concerning this matter and I've called several times and only got a recording. Today was the first time I actually spoke with someone in the office but it wasn't from the claims office. It was concerning a refund that was taken from my account that I hadn't approved.
